يسعى قسم الخدمة الميدانية في شركة Schneider Electric إلى تعيين اختصاصي خدمة ميدانية (مستوى مبتدئ) في المملكة العربية السعودية، للعمل على صيانة وخدمة معدات التبريد من APC وUniflair والمبردات، وإجراء تقييمات الطاقة الأساسية لأنظمة التوزيع لدى العملاء.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • أداء خدمات الصيانة على معدات التبريد APC & Uniflair والمبردات (Chillers).
  • إجراء عمليات تدقيق الطاقة الأساسية (Power Audits) لأنظمة التوزيع لدى العملاء، والعمل مع فريق المبيعات لإكمال تقييمات التوفر (Availability Assessments).
  • توثيق جميع المعلومات المطلوبة لكل زيارة ميدانية يتم تنفيذها.
  • التعاون مع أعضاء الفريق الآخرين لإتمام مشاريع التركيبات المخصصة والكبيرة.
  • توثيق وتسمية وإرجاع جميع القطع المعيبة المستخدمة في إصلاح معدات APC-MGE إلى موقع التخلص/الإصلاح المخصص.
  • تثقيف عملاء APC-Uniflair حول التشغيل الأساسي لمعداتهم، وإبلاغهم بالمشكلات المحتملة التي قد يواجهونها مع أجهزتهم بطريقة تفيد العميل والشركة.
  • مساعدة شركاء الخدمة التابعين لـ Schneider Electric في الزيارات الميدانية وتقييم الأداء الفني والمهني.
  • أداء المهام الأخرى التي يتم تكليفها.
  • الامتثال لجميع سياسات وإجراءات وممارسات السلامة.
  • المشاركة في الجهود الجماعية الاستباقية لتحقيق أهداف القسم والشركة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الميكاترونكس مع خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات.
  • الحصول على شهادة معتمدة من Schneider Electric في On2cooling/ACDC/LDV/LDCV/LUCV/HDCV/HXCV/Big Chiller.
  • القدرة على أداء المهام بتوجيه عام مع استلام إرشادات عامة فقط فيما يتعلق بالأهداف الكلية، والعمل بشكل مستقل نسبياً عن باقي أعضاء الفريق.
  • التوفر لتقديم الخدمة الميدانية على مدار الساعة طوال أيام الأسبوع (7×24) عند التكليف.
  • إمكانية السفر في جميع أنحاء المملكة العربية السعودية عند التكليف.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مستوى عالٍ من المعرفة التقنية بنظرية المكونات الإلكترونية/الكهربائية.
  • القدرة على قراءة وتحليل وتفسير إجراءات الأعمال العامة والوثائق المهنية والإجراءات الفنية واللوائح الحكومية.
  • القدرة على كتابة التقارير والمراسلات التجارية وأدلة الإجراءات.
  • القدرة على عرض المعلومات والرد على أسئلة مجموعات المديرين والعملاء بشكل فعال.
  • القدرة على تحديد المشكلات وجمع البيانات وإثبات الحقائق واستخلاص استنتاجات صحيحة، وتفسير مجموعة واسعة من التعليمات الفنية في شكل رياضي أو رسم بياني والتعامل مع عدة متغيرات مجردة وملموسة.
  • إجادة استخدام الكمبيوتر الشخصي، بما في ذلك البريد الإلكتروني وحفظ السجلات ونشاط قواعد البيانات الروتينية ومعالجة النصوص وجداول البيانات والرسوم البيانية وغيرها.
  • القدرة على التعامل مع مهام متعددة في وقت واحد والتواصل بفعالية مع مختلف المستويات الفكرية.

  • Perform services on cooling APC & Uniflair equipment/ Chillers
  • Perform basic Power Audits of customer's distribution systems, working with Sales to complete Availability Assessments.
  • Document all required information for each site visit performed
  • Work with other team members to complete custom and large installation projects
  • Properly document, label, and return all defective parts utilized in the repair of APC-MGE equipment to the designated disposal/repair location.
  • Educate APC-Uniflair customers on basic operation of their equipment. Inform customers of issues which they may have experience with their equipment in a way which is beneficial to the customer as well as Schneider Electric
  • Assist Schneider Electric Service Partners in site visits, evaluating technical and professional performance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • High level of technical knowledge of electronic/electrical component theory.
  • Must be able to perform duties with general direction, receiving only general guidance with respect to overall objectives. Work is usually quite independent of other team members
  • Must comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures
  • Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business procedures, professional documents, technical procedures, and governmental regulations.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
  • Proficient personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheets, graphics, etc.
  • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, must be able to communicate effectively to various intellectual levels.
  • 7 X 24 Field Service availability when assigned
  • Available to travel cross the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia when assigned

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

  • Degree in Mechanical - Electro Mechanic engineering with 3-5 years experience
  • Certified Schneider Electric On2cooling/ACDC/LDV/ LDCV/LUCV/HDCV/HXCV/ Big Chiller
