Fit Out Construction Engineer
تفاصيل الوظيفة
سيمثل مهندس التشطيبات الإنشائية شركة AtkinsRéalis الاستشارية في الموقع، ليشرف على تنفيذ أعمال التشطيبات الداخلية ضمن مشاريع تطوير متعددة الاستخدامات ومشاريع مدن الملاهي في منطقة الرياض. تشمل المهام مراقبة أداء المقاول، وضمان الامتثال للمخططات والمواصفات المعتمدة، والمحافظة على معايير الجودة، ودعم تسليم المشروع بدءًا من مرحلة البناء وحتى التسليم النهائي.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف والتفتيش على أنشطة التشطيبات الإنشائية لضمان الامتثال للمخططات والمواصفات ومتطلبات العقد.
- مراقبة تركيب التشطيبات المعمارية، والنجارة، والأسقف، والأرضيات، والفواصل، والعناصر ذات الطابع الخاص، والأثاث والمعدات الثابتة، وأعمال التشطيبات التخصصية.
- مراجعة المواد المسلمة، والخرائط التنفيذية، وطرق العمل، وطلبات المعلومات المقدمة من المقاولين.
- التنسيق مع المهندسين المعماريين ومهندسي الميكانيكا والكهرباء والسباكة والمقاولين والموردين المتخصصين لحل المشكلات في الموقع.
- إجراء التفتيش الدوري للموقع وإعداد تقارير الملاحظات وتقارير عدم المطابقة وقوائم العيوب.
- التحقق من تقدم العمل وتقديم التوصيات بشأن طلبات الدفع المقدمة من المقاول.
- ضمان تنفيذ إجراءات ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة طوال مراحل البناء.
- مراقبة امتثال المقاول للجداول الزمنية للمشروع وطرق البناء المعتمدة.
- المشاركة في اختبارات وتشغيل وتسليم الأعمال والإشراف عليها.
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح السعودية ومواصفات المشروع ومتطلبات الصحة والسلامة وأفضل الممارسات في المجال.
- حضور اجتماعات التقدم وإعداد التقارير الفنية لرفعها إلى المهندس المقيم ومدير المشروع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو الهندسة المعمارية أو الهندسة الإنشائية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في البناء والإشراف الموقعي في مجال الاستشارات.
- خبرة مثبتة في مشاريع التطوير متعددة الاستخدامات والوجهات الترفيهية ومدن الملاهي والضيافة والتجزئة والمشاريع التجارية واسعة النطاق.
- خبرة سابقة في العمل مع مكاتب استشارات هندسية في مهام الإشراف الموقعي.
- معرفة قوية بالتشطيبات المعمارية وأنظمة التشطيبات والبناء ذي الطابع الخاص وتركيبات الأثاث والمعدات الثابتة.
- الإلمام بمعايير البناء الدولية واللوائح السعودية.
- إتقان استخدام برامج AutoCAD وMS Office وبرامج إدارة المشاريع.
- يفضل الخبرة في مشاريع السعودية الكبرى ومشاريع الجيجا، ومدن الملاهي، والمنشآت الترفيهية، والمنتجعات، أو مشاريع التطوير متعددة الاستخدامات.
- يفضل الخبرة السابقة في العمل مع شركات استشارية دولية.
- يفضل الخبرة في الإشراف على حزم تشطيبات متعددة ضمن مشاريع معقدة.

The Fit Out Construction Engineer will represent the Consultant on-site and oversee the execution of interior fit-out works across large-scale mixed-use developments and theme park projects. The role involves monitoring contractor performance, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and specifications, maintaining quality standards, and supporting project delivery from construction through handover.
Your role
- Supervise and inspect fit-out construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
- Monitor installation of architectural finishes, joinery, ceilings, flooring, partitions, themed elements, FF&E, and specialty fit-out works.
- Review material submittals, shop drawings, method statements, and RFIs submitted by contractors.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, contractors, and specialist vendors to resolve site issues.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare observation reports, NCRs, and snagging lists.
- Verify work progress and provide recommendations for contractor payment applications.
- Ensure quality assurance and quality control procedures are implemented throughout construction.
- Monitor contractor compliance with project schedules and approved construction methodologies.
- Witness testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, project specifications, health and safety requirements, and industry best practices.
- Attend progress meetings and prepare technical reports for the Resident Engineer and Project Manager
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in construction and site supervision consultancy.
- Proven experience in mixed-use developments, entertainment destinations, theme parks, hospitality, retail, and large-scale commercial projects.
- Previous experience working with engineering consultancies on site supervision assignments.
- Strong knowledge of architectural finishes, fit-out systems, themed construction, and FF&E installations.
- Familiarity with international construction standards and Saudi Arabian regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.
- Experience on major KSA giga projects, theme parks, entertainment venues, resorts, or mixed-use developments.
- Background working with international consultancy firms.
- Experience overseeing multiple fit-out packages within complex developments.
