AtkinsRéalis تبحث عن مهندس تصميم هياكل (جسور) للعمل في الرياض، السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة تصميم وتحليل وتنفيذ هياكل الجسور الفولاذية في جميع مراحل المشروع، من التصور والتصميم الأولي إلى التصميم التفصيلي والإشراف على الإنشاء وإغلاق المشروع.
- تطوير حلول هندسية مبتكرة وعملية للجسور في الممرات الحضرية المعقدة وشبكات الطرق السريعة.
- تنسيق تصميمات الجسور مع فرق متعددة التخصصات تشمل الطرق والمرافق والمرور والصرف والجيوتقنية والإنشاءات.
- إجراء التحليل الإنشائي وحسابات التصميم والمراجعات الفنية والتحقق المستقل من التصميم.
- تقديم خدمات الدعم الإنشائي، بما في ذلك الرد على الاستفسارات الفنية ومراجعة المخططات التنفيذية وطرق العمل ومقترحات الأعمال المؤقتة والمستندات المقدمة للمواد.
- إجراء التفتيش الميداني ومراقبة أنشطة الإنشاء لضمان الامتثال للتصميمات المعتمدة والمواصفات ومعايير الجودة ومتطلبات السلامة.

- دعم التواصل مع أصحاب المصلحة والتنسيق مع المقاولين والاستشاريين وهيئات المرافق والجهات الحكومية.
- توجيه المهندسين المبتدئين وتوفير القيادة الفنية ضمن فرق تصميم الجسور والإشراف عليها.

- Lead the design, analysis, and delivery of steel bridge structures across all project phases, from concept and preliminary design through detailed design, construction supervision, and project closeout.
- Develop innovative and practical bridge engineering solutions for complex urban transportation corridors and highway networks.
- Coordinate bridge designs with multidisciplinary teams, including highways, utilities, traffic, drainage, geotechnical, and construction disciplines.
- Perform structural analysis, design calculations, technical reviews, and independent design verification.
- Provide construction support services, including responding to technical queries, reviewing shop drawings, method statements, temporary works proposals, and material submittals.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Review contractor submissions and oversee bridge construction, erection, launching, rehabilitation, strengthening, and maintenance works.
- Identify and resolve design and construction issues arising during project execution.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements, Saudi regulations, and international bridge design standards such as AASHTO, Eurocodes, and relevant local codes.
- Support stakeholder engagement and coordinate with contractors, consultants, utility agencies, and government authorities.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership within bridge design and supervision teams.
