شركة AtkinsRéalis تعلن عن توفر وظيفة مساح (Surveyor) في الرياض، السعودية، للمشاركة في مشاريع البنية التحتية والجسور.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
سيكون المساح مسؤولاً عن تنفيذ جميع أنشطة المساحة المتعلقة بأعمال إنشاء الجسور والبنية التحتية في المشاريع. تشمل المهام توفير قياسات دقيقة في الموقع، وتحديد مواقع الأعمال، والتحقق من محاذاة البناء ومناسيبه، وإجراء مسوحات "كما بني"، ودعم فرق المشروع لضمان تنفيذ جميع الأعمال وفقاً للرسومات والمواصفات المعتمدة ومتطلبات المشروع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المسح وتحديد المواقع: تنفيذ مسوحات الموقع، وإنشاء نقاط التحكم، وتحديد مواقع أعمال الجسور والبنية التحتية.
- إجراء فحوصات المحاذاة الأفقية والرأسية للجسور والطرق والجدران الاستنادية والعبارات والمنشآت المرتبطة.
- تحديد مواقع الأساسات، مواقع الخوازيق، الدعامات، الأرصفة، أسطح الجسور، ممرات المرافق، وعناصر الطرق.
- التحقق من الإحداثيات والمناسيب والأبعاد والمواقع الهيكلية قبل وأثناء أنشطة البناء.
- ضمان الحفاظ على شبكات التحكم المساحية طوال دورة حياة المشروع.
- دعم البناء: تقديم دعم مساحي لفرق البناء والهندسة والجودة.
- مراقبة تفاوتات البناء وضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات التصميم المعتمدة.
- المساعدة في حل التناقضات في القياسات الميدانية والتنسيق مع فرق التصميم والموقع.
- إعداد والتحقق من مسوحات "كما بني" للأعمال المنجزة.
- دعم أنشطة قياس التقدم والتحقق من الكميات.
- الجودة والامتثال: ضمان امتثال جميع أنشطة المساحة لمواصفات المشروع ومتطلبات العميل والمعايير الصناعية.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للمسوحات والتقارير والوثائق.
- التحقق من تسليمات المقاولين المتعلقة بالمساحة وتقديم التوصيات الفنية حسب الحاجة.
- دعم عمليات التفتيش والتدقيق المتعلقة بأنشطة المساحة.
- التقنية وإدارة البيانات: تشغيل وصيانة أجهزة المساحة مثل المحطات الشاملة، أنظمة GPS/GNSS، الميزانيات الرقمية، والماسحات الليزرية (حسب الاقتضاء).
- معالجة بيانات المساحة الميدانية وإنتاج تقارير المساحة والرسومات وملفات الإحداثيات.
- استخدام برامج المساحة ومنصات CAD لتحليل البيانات وإعداد التقارير.
- ضمان سلامة ودقة جميع معلومات المساحة المنتجة في الموقع.
- الصحة والسلامة والبيئة: الالتزام بجميع متطلبات HSE للمشروع وممارسات العمل الآمنة.
- المشاركة في محادثات السلامة، إحاطات السلامة، ومبادرات السلامة في المشروع.
- ضمان إجراء عمليات المساحة بأمان في بيئات البناء النشطة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم أو درجة بكالوريوس في المساحة، الجيوماتكس، الهندسة المدنية، أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- يفضل الحصول على شهادة مهنية في المساحة أو تسجيل مهني.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5-10 سنوات في المساحة ضمن مشاريع البنية التحتية المدنية الكبرى.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات مخصصة في إنشاء الجسور.
- يفضل بشدة وجود خبرة سابقة في مشاريع دول الخليج أو المملكة العربية السعودية.
- يفضل خبرة العمل مع استشاريين دوليين أو مقاولين أو مشاريع حكومية للبنية التحتية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- فهم قوي لهندسة الجسور، المحاذاة الهيكلية، وتفاوتات البناء.
- القدرة على تفسير الرسومات الهندسية، رسومات IFC، وبيانات التحكم المساحية.
- معرفة قوية بمنهجيات إنشاء البنية التحتية.
- اهتمام ممتاز بالتفاصيل والدقة.
- مهارات تحليلية وحل مشكلات قوية.

Your role
Surveying & Setting Out
- Perform site surveys, control point establishment, and setting out for bridge and infrastructure works.
- Conduct horizontal and vertical alignment checks for bridges, roads, retaining walls, culverts, and associated structures.
- Set out foundations, pile locations, abutments, piers, bridge decks, utility corridors, and roadway elements.
- Verify coordinates, levels, dimensions, and structural positioning before and during construction activities.
- Ensure survey control networks are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide survey support to construction, engineering, and quality teams.
- Monitor construction tolerances and ensure compliance with approved design requirements.
- Assist in resolving field measurement discrepancies and coordinate with design and site teams.
- Prepare and validate as-built surveys for completed construction works.
- Support progress measurement and quantity verification activities.
- Ensure all surveying activities comply with project specifications, client requirements, and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate survey records, reports, and documentation.
- Verify contractor survey submissions and provide technical recommendations as required.
- Support quality inspections and audits related to survey activities.
- Operate and maintain survey equipment including:
- Total Stations
- GPS/GNSS Systems
- Digital Levels
- Laser Scanners (where applicable)
- Process field survey data and produce survey reports, drawings, and coordinate files.
- Utilize survey software and CAD platforms for data analysis and reporting.
- Ensure integrity and accuracy of all survey information generated on site.
- Adhere to all project HSE requirements and safe working practices.
- Participate in toolbox talks, safety briefings, and project safety initiatives.
- Ensure surveying operations are conducted safely in active construction environments.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Professional surveying certification or registration is preferred.
- Minimum 5-10 years of surveying experience within major civil infrastructure projects.
- Minimum 3 years of dedicated bridge construction experience.
- Previous experience on GCC or KSA projects is highly desirable.
- Experience working with international consultants, contractors, or government infrastructure projects is preferred.
- Strong understanding of bridge geometry, structural alignment, and construction tolerances.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, IFC drawings, and survey control data.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure construction methodologies.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary project teams.
