About the Role:

To manage self-directing, multi-functional teams to efficiently process & pack poultry products to meet internal customer order requirements within management performance parameters ensuring adherence to defined Product Specifications, Quality & Safety Standards. also ensureing that all poultry products are packed to fulfil internal customer service requirements whilst meeting agreed quality specifications and cost parameters and ensuring that all necessary resources are available and utilized in a safe and efficient manner. 

Candidate must meet the following criteria to be shortlisted:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Poultry Processing Technology or related field.
• 7 - 9 years in in the field of Poultry Processing Plant 
• HACCP Certification 
• Knowledge on ISO 22000 
• Quality: Optimise product quality ensuring that products meet required specifications
• Service: Maximise service to internal customers, right product, and right time at the right specification.
• Cost: Optimise product (yield & wastage) and plant utilization to maximise the contribution, to profitably of the operation.
• Health & Safety: Ensure Health & Safety on- the- job training is conducted to staff to ensure all activities are conducted in a safe and efficient manner.
• Manpower Planning: Direct, Manage and control required manpower & resources efficiently to achieve production targets & motivate the work forces to meet future business challenges
• Staff Development: Identify, plan and implement requisite
