تعلن شركة AtkinsRéalis، إحدى المؤسسات الهندسية والنووية العالمية، عن توفر وظيفة مدير تأمين وعقود (Insurance & Contract Manager) في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. سيعمل المرشح على دعم مشاريع البنية التحتية للسكك الحديدية من خلال إدارة الشؤون التعاقدية (بنسبة 85%) والإشراف على الأنشطة المتعلقة بالتأمين (بنسبة 15%).
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة أنشطة إدارة العقود في مشاريع السكك الحديدية من البداية إلى النهاية، وضمان الامتثال للشروط والالتزامات التعاقدية.
- صياغة ومراجعة والتفاوض على العقود المعقدة، بما في ذلك عقود EPC والتصميم والبناء والتشغيل والصيانة.
- مراقبة أداء المقاولين مقابل مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية واتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة (SLAs).
- إدارة تغييرات العقود والمطالبات والمنازعات وأوامر التغيير، مع ضمان تخفيف المخاطر والحماية التجارية.
- تقديم المشورة التعاقدية لفرق المشروع والمشتريات وأصحاب المصلحة طوال دورة حياة المشروع.
- دعم عمليات المناقصات، بما في ذلك إعداد ومراجعة طلبات العروض وتقييم العروض ووثائق منح العقود.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة قوية في إدارة العقود في قطاع السكك الحديدية أو البنية التحتية.
- معرفة عملية بمبادئ التأمين ذات الصلة بالمشاريع الهندسية أو النقل واسعة النطاق.
- يفضل خبرة في مشاريع السكك الحديدية أو المترو.
- الإلمام بعقود FIDIC.
- شهادات مهنية في إدارة العقود أو التأمين (مثل MRICS أو CPCU أو ACII).
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قوية في صياغة العقود والتفاوض وإدارة المطالبات.
- فهم متين لبيئات مشاريع السكك الحديدية والبنية التحتية.
- معرفة بهياكل التأمين ذات الصلة بالمشاريع واسعة النطاق.

Your role
Contract Management (Primary Focus - ~85%)
- Lead end-to-end contract management activities across rail projects, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and obligations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts, including EPC, design & build, operations, and maintenance agreements.
- Monitor contractor performance against contractual KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Manage contract variations, claims, disputes, and change orders, ensuring risk mitigation and commercial protection.
- Provide contractual advice to project teams, procurement, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support tendering processes, including preparation and review of RFPs, bid evaluations, and contract award documentation.
- Ensure alignment with regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements within the rail industry.
- Maintain proper documentation, contract registers, and reporting.
- Oversee implementation and maintenance of project insurance programs (e.g., CAR, third-party liability, professional indemnity).
- Coordinate with brokers, insurers, and internal stakeholders on policy placement, renewals, and claims management.
- Review contractual insurance requirements and ensure adequate coverage and compliance.
- Support risk assessments and ensure alignment between contractual obligations and insurance coverage.
- Manage insurance claims, ensuring timely reporting, documentation, and resolution.
- Insurance Management (Secondary Focus - ~15%)
- Oversee implementation and maintenance of project insurance programs (e.g., CAR, third-party liability, professional indemnity).
- Coordinate with brokers, insurers, and internal stakeholders on policy placement, renewals, and claims management.
- Review contractual insurance requirements and ensure adequate coverage and compliance.
- Support risk assessments and ensure alignment between contractual obligations and insurance coverage.
- Manage insurance claims, ensuring timely reporting, documentation, and resolution.
- Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and claims management expertise
- Solid understanding of rail/infrastructure project environments
- Knowledge of insurance structures relevant to large-scale projects
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- High attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working on railway or metro projects
- Familiarity with FIDIC contracts
- Professional certifications in contract management or insurance (e.g., MRICS, CPCU, ACII)
