شركة AtkinsRéalis، إحدى الشركات الرائدة عالمياً في الخدمات الهندسية والنووية، تعلن عن توفر وظيفة مهندس مدني في الموقع (Site Civil Engineer) في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. تهدف هذه الوظيفة إلى ضمان تنفيذ مشاريع البناء واسعة النطاق وفقاً للمتطلبات التعاقدية والفنية ومعايير الجودة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراقبة أعمال البناء للتأكد من إنجازها وفقاً لمتطلبات العقد.
- تحديد المجالات التي ينحرف فيها أداء المقاول أو النتيجة المتوقعة عن المطلوب، واقتراح الإجراءات التصحيحية، والتنسيق مع جميع الأطراف لضمان توافق النتائج المستقبلية مع مخرجات المشروع.
- مراجعة تقدم أعمال البناء وضبط الجودة.
- إدارة والإشراف على المرؤوسين (مهندسين محليين / مدنيين).
- مراقبة استجابة الاستشاريين وجودة وتوقيت الرد على القضايا والطلبات الفنية في الموقع، بما في ذلك طلبات المعلومات (RFIs).
- مراقبة المعلومات المقدمة من المقاولين بخصوص طلبات المعلومات (RFIs).
- مراقبة المعلومات المقدمة من المقاولين بخصوص مستندات ورشة العمل (Shop Drawings).
- مراقبة جودة وتوقيت ردود الاستشاريين على مستندات ورشة العمل المقدمة.
- مراقبة توقيت تقديم المستندات مقابل الجدول الزمني للمشروع.
- مراقبة عدد مرات إعادة التقديم المطلوبة للحصول على الموافقة.
- مراقبة ملاءمة وتوفر الرسومات والبيانات الأخرى لضمان حصول المقاول على المعلومات الصحيحة للعمل المطلوب.
- مراقبة مستويات التوظيف وملاءمة الكفاءات للأعمال المتبقية.
- مراقبة جودة المنتج / المعلومات / التنسيق المقدم من الاستشاري.
- مراقبة جودة وتوقيت عمليات التفتيش التي يجريها الاستشاري.
- التحقق من نسخ التقرير اليومي والاحتفاظ بها.
- مراقبة الامتثال لطرق العمل المنسقة المعتمدة لتنفيذ الأعمال.
- مراقبة المعلومات المقدمة من المقاولين بخصوص مستندات ورشة العمل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات.
- خبرة مكثفة في الموقع ضمن فريق الإشراف الميداني.
- خبرة في المشاريع الضخمة (Mega projects).
- معرفة عملية بشروط العقد.
- إجادة استخدام الحاسب الآلي.

This position is a Civil Engineer role focused on ensuring that large-scale construction projects are executed in line with contractual, technical, and quality requirements.
Your role
- Monitor construction to make sure that work is being completed according to the contract requirements.
- Identify areas where contractor performance or expected outcome varies from desired, proposes actions and coordinate with all parties to ensure that future outcome is in line with project deliverables.
- Review construction progress and quality control.
- Manage, supervise and monitor subordinates (Local Engineers / Civil.
- Monitor response, quality, and timing from the consultants on technical site issues and requests including RFIs.
- Monitor the information provided by the contractors on requests for information (RFIs).
- Monitor the information provided by the contractors on shop drawing submittals.
- Monitor response quality and timing from the consultants on shop drawing submittals.
- Monitor the timing of submittals against schedule requirements.
- Monitor the number of re-submittals required to obtain approval.
- Monitor suitability and availability of drawings and other data to ensure the Contractor has the right information for the work in hand.
- Monitor staffing levels and suitability of abilities for outstanding work items.
- Monitor quality of product / information / coordination provided by the consultant.
- Monitor the quality and timeliness of inspections carried out by the consultant.
- Verify and maintain copies of Daily Report.
- Monitor compliance with the approved coordinated method statements for carrying out the works.
- Monitor the information provided by the contractors on shop drawing submittals.

- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related.
- Minimum 5 years' experience.
- Extensive site experience in site supervision team.
