تعلن شركة AtkinsRéalis عن توفر وظيفة Civil Engineer في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تقديم القيادة التقنية والإشراف على جميع أعمال الطرق والطرق السريعة والبنية التحتية، مع ضمان الامتثال الكامل لمعايير المملكة العربية السعودية ومتطلبات العميل وأفضل الممارسات الدولية.
  • مراجعة وتقييم هندسة الطرق وتصاميم الرصف وأنظمة الصرف وتنسيق المرافق وخطط إدارة المرور.
  • التعاون الوثيق مع الاستشاريين التصميميين والمقاولين وفرق الإنشاء لمراجعة المخططات والمواصفات والحسابات ومنهجيات الإنشاء.
  • إجراء تفتيشات منتظمة للموقع لمراقبة التقدم والجودة والامتثال للتصاميم والمواصفات ومتطلبات السلامة المعتمدة.
  • الإشراف ومراقبة أعمال الحفر وأعمال الأسفلت وأعمال الخرسانة والمجاري ولوازم الطرق والبنية التحتية المرتبطة بها.
  • مراجعة واعتماد بيانات الطرق والمواد المقدمة ورسومات الورش وخطط إدارة المرور المؤقتة المتعلقة بأعمال الطرق.
  • تحديد مخاطر الإنشاء وعدم المطابقة والتحديات التقنية، واقتراح حلول هندسية عملية وفي الوقت المناسب.
  • التنسيق مع المقاولين والمقاولين من الباطن وهيئات المرافق والموردين لحل المشكلات الفنية وقضايا الواجهات.
  • مراقبة أداء المقاولين مقابل جداول الجودة والسلامة والمعايير الزمنية، والإبلاغ عن التقدم والمخاطر لفريق المشروع.
  • إعداد ومراجعة التقارير الفنية وسجلات التفتيش وإشعارات عدم المطابقة والمراسلات ووثائق التقدم.
  • العمل كواجهة تقنية بين AtkinsRéalis والعميل والمقاولين والجهات المحلية المختصة في جميع الأمور الهندسية المتعلقة بالطرق.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية من مؤسسة مرموقة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 12 عامًا.
  • خبرة مثبتة في الإشراف على إنشاء الطرق، بما في ذلك أعمال الحفر وطبقات الرصف والصرف وتنسيق المرافق.
  • معرفة قوية بمعايير ومواصفات وممارسات إنشاء الطرق في المملكة العربية السعودية (مثل معايير وزارة النقل والبلديات أو الهيئات الأخرى).
  • إتقان البرامج ذات الصلة مثل Civil 3D وMX Road وOpenRoads أو ما شابهها، مع الإلمام بأدوات تصميم الرصف.
  • فهم جيد لإدارة المرور وممارسات السلامة في الموقع وتسلسل الإنشاء.
  • مهارات تواصل وتنسيق مع القدرة على العمل بفعالية مع فرق متعددة التخصصات وأصحاب المصلحة.
  • مهارات تحليلية قوية وحل المشكلات مع الاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
  • القدرة على إدارة أولويات متعددة في بيئة مشروع سريعة الخطى.

Overview

AtkinsRéalis is looking for Civil Engineer, in KSA

Your role

  • Provide technical leadership and oversight on all roads, highways, and infrastructure works, ensuring full compliance with KSA standards, client requirements, and international best practices.
  • Review and assess road geometry, pavement designs, drainage systems, utilities coordination, and traffic management plans.
  • Collaborate closely with design consultants, contractors, and construction teams to review drawings, specifications, calculations, and construction methodologies.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with approved designs, specifications, and safety requirements.
  • Supervise and monitor earthworks, asphalt works, concrete works, culverts, road furniture, and associated infrastructure.
  • Review and approve method statements, material submittals, shop drawings, and temporary traffic management plans related to road works.
  • Identify construction risks, non conformances, and technical challenges, proposing practical and timely engineering solutions.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, utility authorities, and suppliers to resolve technical and interface issues.
  • Monitor contractor performance against schedule, quality, and safety benchmarks, reporting progress and risks to the project team.
  • Prepare and review technical reports, inspection records, NCRs, correspondence, and progress documentation.
  • Act as a technical interface between AtkinsRéalis, the client, contractors, and relevant local authorities on all road related engineering matters.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum 12+years of experience.
  • Proven experience in road construction supervision, including earthworks, pavement layers, drainage, and utilities coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of KSA road standards, specifications, and construction practices (e.g., MOT, municipal, or authority standards).
  • Proficiency in relevant software such as Civil 3D, MX Road, OpenRoads, or similar, with familiarity in pavement design tools.
  • Good understanding of traffic management, site safety practices, and construction sequencing.
  • Communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced project environment.
