يتولى مهندس MEP الرئيسي مهمة تمثيل الاستشاري في الموقع، وقيادة وإدارة جميع أنشطة الإشراف على الأعمال الميكانيكية والكهربائية والسباكة (MEP) للمباني الضخمة والمشاريع متعددة الاستخدامات ومشاريع المتنزهات الترفيهية في منطقة الرياض لدى شركة AtkinsRéalis.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة الإشراف الموقعي على جميع أعمال MEP بما في ذلك أنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء (HVAC)، والكهرباء، والسباكة، والحماية من الحريق، والأنظمة منخفضة الجهد (ELV)، والأنظمة المتخصصة.
- ضمان التزام المقاول بالرسومات المعتمدة والمواصفات وبيانات الطرق ومعايير المشروع.
- إدارة وتنسيق واجهات MEP مع الأعمال المعمارية والإنشائية والتشطيبات وأعمال الجذب الترفيهية.
- مراجعة وتقديم ملاحظات فنية على الرسومات التنفيذية ومستندات التقديم وطلبات المعلومات والتغييرات التصميمية.
- مراقبة تقدم البناء وتحديد المخاطر المحتملة التي تؤثر على التكلفة أو الجودة أو الجدول الزمني.
- إجراء التفتيش الموقعي والتأكد من مطابقة الأعمال لمواصفات المشروع والكودات المعمول بها.
- قيادة أنشطة الاختبار والتشغيل والاختبار التكاملي للأنظمة والتسليم.
- التنسيق الوثيق مع المقاولين والموردين المتخصصين وموردي الألعاب ومقاولي الترفيه ذوي الطابع الخاص.
- مراجعة مطالبات المقاول وأوامر التغيير وتقارير التقدم.
- التحقق من الأعمال المنجزة وتقديم التوصيات لاعتماد الدفعات المالية.
- ضمان تطبيق إجراءات ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة ومتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة عبر جميع أنشطة MEP.
- حضور اجتماعات العميل والاستشاري والمقاول وتقديم القيادة الفنية في مسائل تسليم المشروع.
- دعم المهندس المقيم ومدير المشروع في تحقيق أهداف المشروع وحل التحديات الفنية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الهندسة الكهربائية أو هندسة خدمات المباني أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عاماً في الهندسة الميكانيكية والكهربائية والسباكة والإشراف على الإنشاءات.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في دور مهندس MEP رئيسي في مشاريع بناء كبرى.
- خبرة مثبتة في المشاريع متعددة الاستخدامات والمباني الشاهقة والفنادق والوجهات الترفيهية ومشاريع المتنزهات الترفيهية.
- معرفة قوية بأنظمة خدمات المباني بما في ذلك التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء (HVAC)، التوزيع الكهربائي، الحماية من الحريق، السباكة، تقنية المعلومات والاتصالات (ICT)، الأمن، وأنظمة إدارة المباني (BMS).
- خبرة في إدارة فرق MEP متعددة التخصصات ضمن بيئة إشراف موقعية قائمة على الاستشارات.
- فهم قوي لكودات البناء الدولية والمعايير الصناعية واللوائح السعودية.
- إتقان استخدام AutoCAD وMS Office ومنصات BIM وبرامج إدارة المشاريع.
- يفضل خبرة سابقة في المشاريع العملاقة في المملكة العربية السعودية والمشاريع الكبيرة متعددة الاستخدامات.
- يفضل خبرة في المتنزهات الترفيهية وأماكن الترفيه والمعالم السياحية والمنتجعات والفنادق والمناطق التجارية ومشاريع التطوير الترفيهي.
- يفضل الإلمام بالبيئات الترفيهية المعقدة ومباني العروض ومرافق الجذب وأنظمة MEP المتخصصة.
- يفضل خبرة سابقة في العمل لدى شركات استشارات هندسية دولية.

Overview

The role is responsible for ensuring that all MEP works are executed in accordance with the contract requirements, approved designs, quality standards, project schedules, and regulatory requirements while coordinating with multidisciplinary stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Your role
- Lead the site supervision of all MEP works including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, ELV, and specialist systems.
- Ensure contractor compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project standards.
- Manage and coordinate MEP interfaces with architectural, structural, fit-out, and themed attraction works.
- Review and provide technical comments on shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, and design changes.
- Monitor construction progress and identify potential risks impacting cost, quality, or schedule.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure works comply with project specifications and applicable codes.
- Lead testing, commissioning, integrated systems testing, and handover activities.
- Coordinate closely with contractors, specialist vendors, ride suppliers, and themed entertainment contractors.
- Review contractor claims, variation orders, and progress reports.
- Verify completed works and provide recommendations for payment certifications.
- Ensure implementation of QA/QC procedures and HSE requirements across all MEP activities.
- Attend client, consultant, and contractor meetings and provide technical leadership on project delivery matters.
- Support Resident Engineer and Project Director in managing project objectives and resolving technical challenges.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 15+ years of experience in MEP engineering and construction supervision.
- Minimum 5 years in a Lead MEP Engineer role on major building developments.
- Proven experience in mixed-use developments, high-rise buildings, hospitality, entertainment destinations, and theme park projects.
- Strong knowledge of building services systems including HVAC, electrical distribution, fire protection, plumbing, ICT, security, and BMS systems.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary MEP teams within a consultancy-led site supervision environment.
- Strong understanding of international building codes, industry standards, and Saudi regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, BIM platforms, and project management software.
- Previous experience on major KSA giga-projects and large-scale mixed-use developments.
- Experience in theme parks, entertainment venues, visitor attractions, resorts, hotels, retail districts, and leisure developments.
- Familiarity with complex themed environments, show buildings, attraction facilities, and specialty MEP systems.
- Prior experience working with international engineering consultancy firms.
