نبذة عن الوظيفة
سيتولى مفتش تنسيق الحدائق مسؤولية مراقبة وتفتيش أعمال تنسيق الحدائق في مشاريع الطرق والبنية التحتية، وضمان التنفيذ السليم والامتثال للمواصفات التصميمية والمعايير البيئية ومتطلبات الجودة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تفقد أعمال تنسيق الحدائق بما في ذلك الزراعة والري وتجهيز التربة.
- التحقق من الامتثال للرسومات المعتمدة والمواصفات والمعايير البيئية.
- إجراء تفتيش ميداني لضمان التركيب السليم للنباتات والمسطحات الخضراء وعناصر تنسيق الحدائق.
- مراقبة الالتزام بممارسات السلامة والاستدامة.
- مراجعة والتحقق من أعمال المقاول والمواد والمعدات المستخدمة في تنسيق الحدائق.
- إعداد تقارير التفتيش وقوائم الفحص والوثائق الخاصة بسجلات المشروع.
- تحديد حالات عدم المطابقة والتوصية بإجراءات تصحيحية.
- التعاون مع المهندسين وأخصائيي الري والمقاولين لحل المشكلات الفنية.
- ضمان إنجاز أعمال تنسيق الحدائق في الوقت المحدد وفقًا لجداول المشروع.
- دعم اختبار وتشغيل وتسليم مناطق تنسيق الحدائق.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم أو درجة في هندسة المناظر الطبيعية، أو البستنة، أو الهندسة المدنية، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة مثبتة في تفتيش تنسيق الحدائق ضمن مشاريع الطرق والبنية التحتية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة قوية بتقنيات تنسيق الحدائق وأنظمة الري ورعاية النباتات.
- إتقان استخدام AutoCAD وCivil 3D وبرامج تصميم المناظر الطبيعية.
- القدرة على تفسير الرسومات الهندسية ومواصفات تنسيق الحدائق.
- اهتمام ممتاز بالتفاصيل ومهارات حل المشكلات.
- مهارات تواصل قوية والقدرة على العمل ضمن فريق.
- معرفة بممارسات تنسيق الحدائق المستدامة والبيئية.
- الإلمام بإجراءات الاختبار والتشغيل لأنظمة الري والزراعة.
- إدارة وقت فعالة للتعامل مع مهام التفتيش المتعددة والمواعيد النهائية.

The Landscape Inspector will be responsible for monitoring and inspecting landscaping works within road and infrastructure projects to ensure proper execution, compliance with design specifications, environmental standards, and quality requirements.
Your role
- Inspect landscaping works including planting, irrigation, and soil preparation.
- Verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and environmental standards.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure proper installation of plants, turf, and landscape features.
- Monitor adherence to safety and sustainability practices.
- Review and validate contractor work, materials, and equipment used in landscaping.
- Prepare inspection reports, checklists, and documentation for project records.
- Identify non-conformities and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with engineers, irrigation specialists, and contractors to resolve technical issues.
- Ensure timely completion of landscaping works in line with project schedules.
- Support testing, commissioning, and handover of landscape areas.
- Diploma/Degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in landscape inspection within road and infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, irrigation systems, and plant care.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and landscape design software.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and landscape specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of sustainable landscaping and environmental practices.
- Familiarity with testing and commissioning procedures for irrigation and planting.
- Effective time management to handle multiple inspections and deadlines.
