نبذة عن الوظيفة
قصر رافلز مكة يجمع بين معايير التميز التي تشتهر بها علامة رافلز وقيم الضيافة العربية الأصيلة، ويضم 219 جناحًا وفيلا مزدوجة تطل على المسجد الحرام والكعبة المشرفة. نحن نبحث عن مساعد غرف ملتزم بتقديم خدمة احترافية وودودة لضيوفنا.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم خدمة احترافية وودودة ومتفاعلة بشكل مستمر.
- تنظيف جميع الغرف المخصصة بما في ذلك: إزالة الغبار، ترتيب الأسرة، إزالة البياضات المتسخة من الغرف، إحضار البياضات النظيفة من خزانات البياضات، التنظيف بالمكنسة الكهربائية، تنظيف الحمامات، تنظيف النوافذ من الداخل، وتزويد الغرف بالمستلزمات.
- تسجيل الدخول والخروج للمفاتيح الرئيسية يوميًا.
- الحفاظ على الاستخدام السليم لمستلزمات ومعدات التنظيف.
- تحديث وتسجيل جميع الغرف المنظفة.
- إعادة جميع الأشياء المفقودة وتسجيلها بشكل صحيح في مكتب التدبير المنزلي.
- اتباع سياسات الإدارة وإجراءات العمل ومعايير الخدمة.
- الإبلاغ عن أعمال الصيانة اللازمة.
- اتباع جميع سياسات السلامة والنظافة العامة.
- أداء أي مهام أخرى يتم تكليفها.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- الجنسية السعودية (يشترط أن يكون المتقدم سعودي الجنسية).
- خبرة سابقة في خدمة الضيوف و/أو التدبير المنزلي تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- القدرة على العمل الجماعي مع الزملاء تحت إشراف بسيط.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتنظيم.
- قدرة قوية على التعامل مع الآخرين وحل المشكلات.
- درجة عالية من المسؤولية والموثوقية.
- القدرة على التركيز على احتياجات الضيوف مع البقاء هادئًا ومهذبًا في جميع الأوقات.

Job Description
Reporting to the Floor Supervisor, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- Clean all assigned guestrooms including: dusting, making beds,soiled linen removal from rooms, and retrieval of clean linen from linen closets, vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, inside window cleaning, replenish rooms with supplies
- Sign in and out master keys daily
- Maintain proper usage of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Update and record all cleaned rooms
- Return and properly tag all lost and found articles in the Housekeeping Office
- Follow departmental policies and procedures and service standards
- Report necessary maintenance items
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies
- Other duties as assigned
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Previous guest service and/or Housekeeping experience is an asset.
- Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team with minimum supervision
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
