المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على عمليات التنظيف اليومية في جميع المساحات المشتركة (اللوبي، المطاعم، المصاعد، مناطق الوصول الخارجية).
- إجراء تفتيشات دورية لضمان مطابقة جميع الأسطح والتجهيزات لمعايير تقييم الجودة الفاخرة (LQA).
- قيادة وتدريب وتحفيز فريق من عمال المناطق العامة والمشرفين لتعزيز ثقافة "الضيافة القلبية" والخدمة الاستباقية.
- تنسيق برامج التنظيف الروتينية والعميقة مثل تلميع الرخام، وشامبو السجاد، والتجهيزات الخاصة للوصول VIP والفعاليات.
- التعاون مع أقسام الهندسة والمكتب الأمامي والمشروبات والطعام لمعالجة احتياجات الصيانة أو استفسارات الضيوف فوراً.
- مراقبة استخدام وجرد مواد التنظيف والمعدات الصديقة للبيئة، وضمان الالتزام ببروتوكولات الاستدامة والسلامة الخاصة بالمنتجع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3-5 سنوات في مجال التدبير المنزلي في قطاع الضيافة الفاخرة، مع خبرة كبيرة في دور إشرافي أو إدارة مساعدة.
- خبرة في مرحلة ما قبل الافتتاح (Pre-opening) تشمل التنسيق بين المشاريع وإدارة الوثائق - شرط أساسي لهذه الوظيفة.
- فهم توقعات الضيافة فائقة الفخامة والمواءمة مع العلامة التجارية رافلز.
- نهج استباقي واستباقي مع حس عالٍ بالملكية والمسؤولية.
- الالتزام بمبادئ الاستدامة (تقليل، إعادة استخدام، تدوير) وفق رؤية البحر الأحمر العالمية.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Assist the Public Area Manager in directing daily cleaning operations across all shared spaces, including lobbies, restaurants, elevators, and outdoor arrival areas.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct frequent inspections to ensure all surfaces, furnishings, and decorative elements meet the strict Luxury Quality Assessment (LQA) standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Public Area Attendants and Supervisors, fostering a culture of "heartfelt hospitality" and anticipatory service.
- Program Planning: Coordinate routine and deep-cleaning programs, such as marble polishing, carpet shampooing, and special setups for VIP arrivals or events.
- Departmental Collaboration: Liaise with Engineering, Front Office, and F&B to address maintenance needs or guest concerns promptly.
- Resource Management: Monitor the usage and inventory of eco-friendly cleaning chemicals and equipment, ensuring adherence to the resort’s sustainability and safety protocols.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in luxury hospitality housekeeping, with significant experience in a supervisory or assistant management role.
- Pre-Opening Expertise: Experience in pre-opening stages-including project coordination and document control-is often mandatory for this specific destination.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in property management systems (like Opera) and a deep understanding of specialized cleaning techniques for high-end finishes.
