تعلن فنادق ومنتجعات رافلز (Raffles Hotels & Resorts) عن حاجتها لتعيين مدير أمن المجموعة (Cluster Security Manager) للإشراف على العمليات الأمنية لفندقي رافلز وفيرمونت ضمن مشروع البحر الأحمر في أملج، المملكة العربية السعودية. سيتولى المسؤول وضع وتنفيذ استراتيجيات أمنية شاملة لكلا العقارين، وضمان سلامة الضيوف والموظفين والأصول، مع التزام تام بأعلى معايير الأمن في بيئة الضيافة الفاخرة.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
نحن نبحث عن مدير أمن محترف وذو كفاءة عالية للإشراف على العمليات الأمنية لفندقينا الفاخرين (رافلز وفيرمونت) في أملج، المملكة العربية السعودية. في هذا الدور القيادي، ستكون مسؤولاً عن وضع وتنفيذ استراتيجيات أمنية شاملة عبر المجموعة، مع ضمان سلامة الضيوف والموظفين والأصول. المرشح المثالي يجب أن يتمتع بقدرات استثنائية في اتخاذ القرارات، ومهارات تحليلية قوية، والتزام بأعلى معايير الأمن في بيئة الضيافة الفاخرة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتنفيذ والإشراف على السياسات والإجراءات والبروتوكولات الأمنية عبر جميع عقارات المجموعة لضمان الامتثال للوائح المحلية وأفضل الممارسات العالمية.
- قيادة وتدريب والإشراف على طاقم الأمن، وإجراء تقييمات أداء دورية، وتعزيز ثقافة المسؤولية والتميز المهني.
- إجراء تقييمات شاملة للمخاطر وتحليلات التهديدات لتحديد نقاط الضعف والتوصية بالإجراءات الوقائية.
- إدارة أنظمة الأمن والبنية التحتية التقنية، بما في ذلك أنظمة التحكم في الدخول والمراقبة والإنذار، وضمان الأداء الأمثل والتكامل.
- الاستجابة الفورية للحوادث والطوارئ الأمنية، بالتنسيق مع السلطات المحلية وتنفيذ إجراءات إدارة الأزمات.
- مراقبة وتحليل الحوادث الأمنية، وإعداد تقارير مفصلة، وتنفيذ إجراءات تصحيحية لمنع تكرارها.
- التعاون مع إدارة الفنادق وفرق العمليات وخدمات الضيوف لتحقيق التوازن بين المتطلبات الأمنية وتجارب الضيوف الاستثنائية.
- حفظ سجلات ووثائق أمنية مفصلة ومسارات تدقيق بما يتوافق مع المعايير التنظيمية والمؤسسية.
- إجراء عمليات تدقيق وتفتيش أمنية دورية للتحقق من الالتزام بالبروتوكولات المعتمدة وتحديد مجالات التحسين.
- تطوير وتقديم برامج تدريب أمني للموظفين على جميع المستويات، مع التركيز على الوعي وإجراءات الاستجابة للطوارئ.
- إدارة ميزانيات الأمن وعلاقات الموردين، مع تحسين الموارد والحفاظ على جودة الخدمة.
- مواكبة التهديدات الأمنية الناشئة واتجاهات الصناعة والتطورات التكنولوجية في قطاع الضيافة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات متراكمة في إدارة الأمن، مع 3 سنوات على الأقل في منصب قيادي أو إشرافي.
- خبرة مثبتة في عمليات الأمن في قطاع الضيافة أو العقارات الفاخرة.
- معرفة قوية بأنظمة الأمن، بما في ذلك التحكم في الدخول ومراقبة كاميرات CCTV وإدارة الإنذار.
- قدرة مثبتة على تحليل المواقف الأمنية المعقدة وتطوير حلول فعالة.
- مهارات تنظيمية وإدارة وقت ممتازة مع القدرة على إدارة أولويات متعددة في وقت واحد.
- إتقان استخدام برامج إدارة الأمن وتطبيقات مايكروسوفت أوفيس.

- القدرة على العمل بساعات مرنة تشمل الليالي وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع، والتواجد على مدار الساعة للطوارئ.
- اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل والالتزام بالحفاظ على السرية والتكتم.
- قدرة بدنية على أداء جولات أمنية والاستجابة للحوادث عند الحاجة.
- يفضل: الحصول على شهادة في إدارة الأمن أو أمن الضيافة.
- يفضل: خبرة في التقنيات الأمنية المتقدمة ومنهجيات تقييم التهديدات.

- Develop, implement, and oversee security policies, procedures, and protocols across all cluster properties to ensure compliance with local regulations and international best practices
- Lead, train, and supervise security personnel, conducting regular performance reviews and fostering a culture of accountability and professional excellence
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and threat analyses to identify vulnerabilities and recommend preventive measures
- Manage security systems and technology infrastructure, including access control, surveillance, and alarm systems, ensuring optimal functionality and integration
- Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies, coordinating with local authorities and implementing crisis management procedures
- Monitor and analyze security incidents, preparing detailed reports and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence

- Maintain detailed security records, documentation, and audit trails in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards

- Manage security budgets and vendor relationships, optimizing resources while maintaining service quality
- Stay current with emerging security threats, industry trends, and technological advancements in the hospitality sector
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in security management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity
- Proven expertise in hospitality or luxury property security operations
- Strong knowledge of security systems, including access control, CCTV surveillance, and alarm management
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex security situations and develop effective solutions
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in security management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead diverse teams and interact professionally with guests and stakeholders
- Thorough understanding of emergency response procedures and crisis management protocols
- Knowledge of local Saudi Arabian security regulations and international security standards
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and on-call availability for emergencies

- Physical capability to perform security rounds and respond to incidents as needed
- Preferred: Certification in security management or hospitality security
- Preferred: Experience with advanced security technologies and threat assessment methodologies
- Understanding of Ultra-Luxury guest expectations and brand alignment.
- experience in project coordination, scheduling, and document control during pre-Opening stages.
- Experience in pre-Opening is a must.
