فندق رافلز مكة بالاس، التابع لمجموعة أكور العالمية، يبحث عن بتلر (سعودي الجنسية) للعمل في منطقة مكة المكرمة. يتطلب الوظيفة تقديم خدمات شخصية متميزة للنزلاء والحفاظ على معايير الضيافة العربية الرفيعة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم خدمة احترافية وودودة وجذابة باستمرار
- تحديد احتياجات النزلاء وتوقعها وضمان تقديم خدمة شخصية
- تقديم خدمات الأطعمة والمشروبات حسب الحاجة
- المساعدة في أي خطط أو ترتيبات ينوي النزيل القيام بها أثناء إقامته
- ضمان تلبية جميع طلبات النزلاء ومتابعتها
- الفهم الكامل والمعرفة بجميع الخدمات والتقنيات ووسائل الراحة والوظائف والأنظمة داخل الجناح
- مساعدة النزلاء بشأن مرافق الفندق بطريقة إعلامية ومفيدة
- اتباع سياسات القسم وإجراءاته ومعايير الخدمة
- اتباع جميع سياسات السلامة
- أداء مهام أخرى قد تُكلف بها
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة سابقة في مجال التعامل مع العملاء تعتبر ميزة إضافية
- امتلاك مظهر مهني لائق
- امتلاك مهارات ممتازة في خدمة النزلاء ومهارات اتصال شفهية ولغوية متطورة
- الإلمام بالحاسب الآلي وتطبيقات Microsoft Windows يعتبر ميزة إضافية
- مهارات قوية في التعامل مع الآخرين وحل المشكلات
- مسؤولية عالية وموثوقية
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط في بيئة سريعة الإيقاع
- القدرة على العمل بشكل متماسك كجزء من فريق
- القدرة على تركيز الانتباه على احتياجات النزلاء والبقاء هادئاً ومهذباً في جميع الأوقات

Job Description
Reporting to Fairmont Head Butler, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- Identify and anticipate guests’ needs and ensure personalized service is provided
- Provide Food and Beverage services as required
- Assist with any plans or arrangements the guest intends to make during their stay
- Ensure that all requests from guests are made possible and are followed up on
- Fully understand and have knowledge of all in suite services, technology, amenities, functions and systems
- Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
- Follow department policies, procedures and service standards
- Follow all safety policies
- Other duties as assigned
- Previous customer related experience an asset
- Must possess a professional presentation
- Must possess outstanding guest services skills and sophisticated verbal and communication skills
- Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications an asset
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
