Senior Facilities Specialist / Facilities Manager

About the Roles

We are looking for qualified Saudi nationals to join our Facilities Management team in two positions:

1. Senior Facilities Specialist

Responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and monitoring of facilities operations, maintenance activities, contractors, and service providers within Azure’s residential communities.

2. Facilities Manager

Responsible for managing the overall facilities operations of one of Azure’s residential communities, overseeing hard and soft services, facilities teams, contractors, maintenance, budgets, and operational performance.

Both positions will report to the Facilities Management Director and will work closely with Property Management, Community Management, Procurement, Finance, and other relevant departments.

Key Requirements

• Saudi Nationals Only.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Senior Facilities Specialist: 3-5 yeas of experience in facilities management, preferably within residential communities, hospitality, or property management.
• Facilities Manager: 5-8 years of relevant experience, preferably managing residential communities or large-scale facilities.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, BMS, and building infrastructure.
• Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance, contractor management, and KPIs / SLAs.
• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
