PROJECT MANAGER

Job Purpose

The Project Manager is responsible for managing and monitoring project execution from planning through completion, ensuring that projects are delivered according to the approved scope, schedule, budget, quality standards, and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor Azure projects in line with the approved scope, budget, and schedule.
• Develop and monitor project plans, timelines, and key milestones.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor site progress and prepare regular project status reports.
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical requirements to ensure proper execution.
• Monitor the quality of works and ensure compliance with approved standards and specifications.
• Identify project risks, delays, and challenges and support the implementation of corrective actions.
• Monitor project costs and scope changes and provide recommendations when required.
• Coordinate with internal departments, including Design, Facilities, Operations, and Community Management.
• Follow up with contractors to ensure compliance with contractual requirements, specifications, and timelines.
• Attend project meetings and ensure that actions and decisions are properly documented and followed up.
• Follow up on outstanding works, corrective actions, handover, and project completion.
• Ensure proper project documentation, reports, and final drawings are completed.
• Support the Projects Manager in improving project management and execution processes.
• Perform other project-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

• Saudi National - Mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in project management or project execution, preferably in construction or residential projects.
• Experience in managing projects from planning through execution and handover.
• Good knowledge of construction drawings, technical specifications, and site execution.
• Experience working with contractors and consultants and monitoring site activities.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project is preferred.
• Strong planning, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Fluent in English - Mandatory.
