شركة Mace تعلن عن وظيفة مدير التحكم في المشاريع (Project Control Manager) للعمل في مشروع سكني وفندقي فائق الفخامة مع نطاق كبير من الأعمال المدنية والبنية التحتية، بالتعاون مع معماريين مرموقين واستشاريين عالميين، في مدينة الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يجمع Mace بين الخبرة الإنشائية والاستشارات لإطلاق الإمكانات في كل شخص أو مشروع، وإعادة تعريف حدود الطموح. تتولى الشركة تقديم هذا المشروع بصفة استشاري إدارة مشاريع عملي مع مسؤولية مهندس فيديك. يشمل المشروع بنية تحتية واسعة ومناظر طبيعية وأصولاً مبنية، ويتم تنفيذه بسرعة عبر فريق Mace.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة تقديم مكتب إدارة المشاريع (PMO) وضبط المشاريع عبر المهام الموكلة.
- تقديم إرشاد متخصص في إدارة التكاليف والجدول الزمني والمخاطر والتغيير.
- بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء وقيادة تقارير الأداء.
- مواءمة التسليم مع مركز ضبط Mace، وتوجيه الفرق، وتعزيز الاستدامة.
- العمل بشكل تعاوني نحو الهدف المشترك للتحول إلى صافي انبعاثات صفرية، والمشاركة في المسؤولية عن التحديد الاستباقي وإدارة الانبعاثات الكربونية المرتبطة وخفضها أثناء تنفيذ العمل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة علمية ذات صلة أو ما يعادلها.
- التقدم نحو الزمالة مع هيئة مهنية معترف بها والتطوير المهني المستمر.
- قيادة مثبتة في مجالات الصحة والسلامة والرفاهية، مع تحقيق نتائج قابلة للقياس ودمج أفضل الممارسات.
- معرفة قوية وتطبيق للتشريعات ذات الصلة داخل بيئات تنظيمية معقدة.
- التواصل الفعال مع قدرة تحليلية والقدرة على المشاركة والتأثير وبناء علاقات موثوقة مع أصحاب المصلحة.
- استيفاء معايير التأشيرة اللازمة للمملكة العربية السعودية، وخبرة عمل ذات صلة في مشاريع/برامج عالية القيمة لدى شركة استشارية في إدارة المشاريع (مطلوبة لأغراض الهجرة وموافقة العميل).

The Project
This project offers the chance to join a talented Mace team in delivering an ultra-luxury residential and hospitality project with significant civils and infrastructure scope, collaborating with renowned architects and global consultants.
The project involves extensive infrastructure, landscape and built assets, delivered rapidly through Mace as a hands-on Project Management Consultant with FIDIC Engineer responsibility.

You’ll Be Responsible For
- Leads PMO and project controls delivery across assigned commissions.
- Provides expert guidance on cost, schedule, risk and change management.
- Builds strong client relationships and drives performance reporting.
- Aligns delivery with Mace control centre, mentoring teams and promoting sustainability.
- Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
- Relevant degree or equivalent.
- Progressing toward chartership with a recognised professional body and ongoing professional development.
- Proven leadership in health, safety and wellbeing, delivering measurable outcomes and embedding best practice.
- Strong knowledge and application of relevant legislation within complex organisational environments.
- Effective communicator with analytical capability and ability to engage, influence and build trusted stakeholder relationships.
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
