تتولى شركة ماز (Mace) التعاقد على أحد أكبر البرامج في المملكة العربية السعودية، وهو مشروع تطوير متعدد الاستخدامات يضم مرافق رياضية وترفيهية وفنية إلى جانب البنية التحتية المرتبطة بها. تبحث الشركة عن اختصاصي تقارير (للسعوديين فقط) للانضمام إلى فريق العمل في الرياض.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم تقديم خدمات إدارة البرامج والمشاريع (PMO) ومراقبة المشاريع ضمن المشاريع المسندة في مركز التميز للتخطيط، تحت إشراف المحترفين ذوي الخبرة.
- الإسهام في تطبيق أطر ومنهجيات إدارة البرامج والمشاريع ومراقبتها، بما في ذلك إدارة القيمة المكتسبة (EVM)، وضمان التوافق مع مركز التحكم في ماز ومتطلبات العميل ومعايير الحوكمة ذات الصلة.
- بناء علاقات عمل فعّالة مع ممثلي العميل ودعم تكامل التخصصات الأساسية، بما في ذلك التخطيط وإدارة المخاطر.
- المساعدة في إعداد حزم التقارير الشهرية، وتسهيل مراجعات الأداء وتوفير نظرة ثاقبة حول أداء المشروع.
- العمل بشكل تعاوني نحو الهدف المشترك المتمثل في الانتقال إلى صافي الانبعاثات الصفرية الكربونية، والمشاركة في تحديد وإدارة الانبعاثات الكربونية المرتبطة وخفضها أثناء تنفيذ العمل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- الجنسية السعودية (هذا المنصب مخصص للسعوديين فقط).
- درجة علمية ذات صلة أو ما يعادلها.
- التقدم نحو الزمالة المهنية مع هيئة مهنية معترف بها والتطوير المهني المستمر.
- خبرة مثبتة في قيادة إدارة البرامج والمشاريع ومراقبتها على مشاريع معقدة.
- قيادة مثبتة في مجالات الصحة والسلامة والرفاهية، مع تحقيق نتائج قابلة للقياس وترسيخ أفضل الممارسات.
- معرفة قوية وتطبيق للتشريعات ذات الصلة ضمن بيئات تنظيمية معقدة.
- متواصل فعّال يتمتع بقدرة تحليلية والقدرة على التفاعل والتأثير وبناء علاقات موثوقة مع أصحاب المصلحة.

You’ll Be Responsible For
- Supports the delivery of PMO and Project Controls services across assigned projects within the Planning Centre of Excellence, under the guidance of senior professionals.
- Contributes to the implementation of PMO and Project Controls frameworks and methodologies, including EVM, ensuring alignment with the Mace Control Centre, client requirements, and relevant governance standards.
- Builds effective working relationships with client representatives and supports the integration of core disciplines, including planning and risk management.
- Assists with the preparation of monthly reporting packs, facilitating performance reviews and providing insight on project performance.
- Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
- Relevant degree or equivalent.
- Progressing toward chartership with a recognised professional body and ongoing professional development.
- Proven PMO and Project Controls leadership on complex projects.
- Proven leadership in health, safety and wellbeing, delivering measurable outcomes and embedding best practice.
- Strong knowledge and application of relevant legislation within complex organisational environments.
- Effective communicator with analytical capability and ability to engage, influence and build trusted stakeholder relationships.
