نبذة عن الوظيفة
نبحث عن Senior Specialist متخصص في اللافتات وأنظمة التوجيه لقيادة تصميم وإنتاج وتركيب أنظمة اللافتات والتوجيه للفعاليات والمعارض والأنشطة واسعة النطاق. يلعب هذا الدور دوراً حاسماً في ضمان سلاسة تنقل الزوار وتعزيز حضور العلامة التجارية في الأماكن البارزة والفعاليات في منطقة الرياض.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- التخطيط والتصميم والإشراف على إنتاج أنظمة اللافتات والتوجيه للفعاليات والمعارض والأنشطة.
- التنسيق مع فرق عمليات الأماكن لضمان أن توزيع اللافتات يدعم تدفق الحشود وتجربة الزوار.
- إدارة الجدول الزمني للإنتاج من البداية إلى النهاية، بدءاً من المفهوم وصولاً إلى التركيب والفك.
- التعاون مع فرق العلامات التجارية والعرض المرئي للحفاظ على اتساق العلامة التجارية عبر جميع أصول اللافتات.
- إجراء مسوحات للمواقع وجولات ميدانية لتحديد أفضل مواقع اللافتات ومتطلبات التزيين.
- التواصل مع الموردين والمصنعين وفرق التركيب لضمان الجودة والتسليم في الوقت المحدد.
- حل المشكلات المتعلقة باللافتات والتوجيه في الموقع أثناء الفعاليات والأنشطة الحية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في التصميم، إدارة الفعاليات، التسويق أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل).
- سجل مثبت في تقديم حلول اللافتات والتوجيه للفعاليات أو الأماكن الكبيرة.
- محفظة قوية تعرض مشاريع اللافتات والتزيين والعلامات التجارية.
- الإلمام بأنظمة وفعاليات الأماكن في المملكة العربية السعودية (ميزة إضافية).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في عمليات الفعاليات أو إنتاج اللافتات أو بيئات الأماكن.
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة مشاريع التوجيه والتزيين للمعارض أو الفعاليات أو ما يعادلها من الأحداث.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة قوية بإنتاج اللافتات والمواد وطرق التركيب.
- خبرة في مبادئ التوجيه وتخطيط التنقل في الأماكن.
- خبرة في عمليات الفعاليات والمعارض والأنشطة.
- فهم معايير العلامات التجارية ومعايير العرض المرئي.
- مهارات ممتازة في إدارة الموردين وأصحاب المصلحة.
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط في بيئات الفعاليات الحية السريعة الخطى.

We are seeking a Signage & Wayfinding Senior Specialist to lead the design, production, and installation of signage and wayfinding systems for large-scale events, exhibitions, and venue activations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless visitor navigation and brand presence across high-profile venues and activations in the Riyadh Region.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and oversee the production of signage and wayfinding systems for events, exhibitions, and activations
- Coordinate with venue operations teams to ensure signage placement supports crowd flow and visitor experience
- Manage end-to-end production timelines, from concept through installation and dismantling
- Collaborate with branding and visual merchandising teams to maintain brand consistency across all signage assets
- Conduct site surveys and venue walkthroughs to identify optimal signage and dressing requirements
- Liaise with vendors, fabricators, and installation crews to ensure quality and timely delivery
- Troubleshoot on-site signage and wayfinding issues during live events and activations
- Strong knowledge of signage production, materials, and installation methods
- Expertise in wayfinding principles and venue navigation planning
- Experience in event operations, exhibitions, and activations
- Understanding of branding guidelines and visual merchandising standards
- Excellent vendor and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced, live event environments
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Events Management, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Proven track record delivering signage and wayfinding solutions for large-scale events or venues
- Strong portfolio demonstrating signage, dressing, and branding projects
- Familiarity with local Saudi Arabia venue and event regulations is an advantage
- 5+ years of experience in event operations, signage production, or venue-related environments
- Demonstrated experience managing wayfinding and dressing projects for exhibitions, activations, or comparable transferable event settings
