تعلن شركة فقيه للرعاية الصحية عن توفر وظيفة System Administrator للعمل في مكة المكرمة وجدة، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة العمليات اليومية لخوادم FCMS المضيفة من خلال مراقبة أداء النظام والتكوين والصيانة والإصلاح، وحفظ سجلات وقت تعطل النظام وجرد المعدات.
- إدارة أنظمة Windows وLinux وMac لضمان التوافق والكفاءة.
- ترقية وتثبيت وتكوين البرامج التطبيقية وقطع خادم الأجهزة.
- إجراء استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها عند الحاجة، وقيادة جهود حل المشكلات التي تشمل البائعين الخارجيين وموظفي الدعم.
- إنشاء وصيانة وإدارة حسابات المستخدمين والبريد الإلكتروني، وتثبيت وتعديل وصيانة برامج النظام والمرافق على أنظمة الخوادم، وتقديم دعم الخادم للبرامج الأخرى.
- الإجابة عن الأسئلة واستكشاف مشكلات المنتجات وإصلاحها مع التركيز على حل المشكلات وتوثيقها.
- مراقبة وإدارة تقدم حالات المستخدمين والمهام الموكلة حتى إغلاقها.
- المشاركة في جهود الفريق لتحسين روتين العمل والعمليات والمعرفة بالمنتجات باستمرار.
- تسهيل علاقات عمل قوية مع فريق تقديم حلول فقيه للرعاية الصحية.
- ضمان التوفر العالي ومستويات الأداء المقبولة لموارد الخادم المضيف الحيوية.
- مساعدة مكتب المساعدة والفرق الأخرى في استكشاف الأخطاء لتحديد الأسباب الجذرية وتقديم الدعم الفني عند الحاجة.
- تثبيت وتكوين وصيانة الخوادم وأنظمة التخزين.
- تنفيذ مهام إدارة الخادم بما في ذلك إدارة المستخدمين والمجموعات، وأذونات الأمان، وسياسات المجموعة، وخدمات الطباعة، ومراقبة سجل الأحداث، وإدارة الموارد، وضمان التكامل السلس للنظام.
- مراقبة صحة مركز البيانات باستخدام أدوات الإدارة والاستجابة لمشكلات الأجهزة عند ظهورها، وبناء واختبار وصيانة خوادم جديدة حسب الحاجة.
- أية مهام أخرى تُسند ضمن نطاق الوظيفة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة من 2 إلى 3 سنوات في إدارة النظم أو مجال ذي صلة.
- درجة البكالوريوس في تقنية المعلومات أو علوم الحاسب أو مجال ذي صلة.
- إتقان ممتاز للغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة، ويفضل إتقان اللغة العربية.
- الشهادات المهنية (مثل MCSE, RHCE, CISSP) مرغوب فيها بشدة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة قوية بإدارة أنظمة تشغيل Windows وLinux وMac.
- إتقان تثبيت وتكوين وصيانة برامج وأجهزة الخادم.
- خبرة في استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها في مشكلات النظام والشبكة.
- القدرة على إدارة حسابات المستخدمين وأنظمة البريد الإلكتروني ومهام دعم الخادم.
- مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات لمواجهة التحديات التقنية المعقدة.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتعاون للعمل مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات والبائعين الخارجيين.

To design, plan, implement, and maintain mission-critical enterprise systems, ensuring optimal performance, security, and recovery procedures. The role involves serving as a technical expert in system administration, recommending system redesigns, and providing high-level support to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities And Duties
- Manage the day-to-day operations of FCMS host servers by monitoring system performance, configuration, maintenance, and repair. Maintain records of system downtime and equipment inventory.
- Manage Windows, Linux, and Mac systems to ensure compatibility and efficiency.
- Upgrade, install, and configure application software and server hardware.
- Perform troubleshooting as required, leading problem-solving efforts involving outside vendors and support personnel.
- Establish, maintain, and manage user and email accounts. Install, modify, and maintain systems and utility software on server computer systems. Provide server support for other software.
- Answer questions and troubleshoot product issues, focusing on problem resolution and documentation.
- Monitor and manage the progression of user cases and assigned tasks through to closure.
- Participate in team efforts to continuously improve work routines, processes, and product knowledge.
- Facilitate strong working relationships with the Fakeeh Care Solutions Delivery team.
- Ensure high availability and acceptable performance levels of mission-critical host computer resources.
- Assist the help desk and other teams with troubleshooting to identify root causes and provide technical support when needed.
- Install, configure, and maintain servers and storage systems.
- Perform server administration tasks, including user/group administration, security permissions, group policies, print services, event log monitoring, and resource management, ensuring seamless system integration.
- Monitor datacenter health using management tools and respond to hardware issues as they arise. Build, test, and maintain new servers as needed.
- Other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.
Skills And Abilities
- Strong knowledge of system administration for Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems.
- Proficiency in installing, configuring, and maintaining server hardware and software.
- Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving system and network issues.
- Ability to manage user accounts, email systems, and server support tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Knowledge of datacenter management and hardware maintenance.
- Ability to monitor system performance and ensure high availability of critical resources.
- 2 - 3 years of experience in system administration or a related role.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Excellent command of oral and written English and prefer Arabic.
- Professional certifications (e.g., MCSE, RHCE, CISSP) are highly desirable.
