تعلن شركة Mace، الرائدة في مجال الاستشارات والإنشاءات، عن توفر وظيفة (Senior BIM 4D Manager) في الرياض، السعودية. تجمع Mace بين الخبرة الإنشائية والاستشارية لإطلاق إمكانات كل شخص أو مشروع، وإعادة تعريف حدود الطموح. في هذا الدور، ستقود المشاريع لتحقيق النتائج المتفق عليها من حيث الوقت والتكلفة والجودة، وتوحيد الفرق وأصحاب المصلحة لتحقيق مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية وإدارة المخاطر والتغيير، مع الحفاظ على أداء تجاري قوي.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تعزيز السلامة والرفاهية والشمولية والتسليم المسؤول عبر كل مشروع.
- تسليم المشاريع من خلال تخطيط واضح وأنظمة جودة وتعاون قوي مع أصحاب المصلحة.
- الإشراف على التغيير والأداء التجاري بنزاهة.
- قيادة الفرق لتحقيق مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية، ومشاركة أفضل الممارسات، وإطلاق الإمكانات عبر Mace.
- تطوير وصيانة المعايير التنظيمية والإجراءات وأطر الحوكمة للتخطيط الرباعي الأبعاد ومحاكاة الجدول الزمني.
- تحديد متطلبات 4D ضمن خطط تنفيذ BIM (BEPs) ومتطلبات تسليم المشروع والمعايير الرقمية.
- ضمان التوافق مع مبادئ إدارة المعلومات ISO 19650 ومتطلبات BIM التنظيمية.
- إنشاء عمليات ضمان الجودة لتكامل النموذج والجدول الزمني.
- قيادة إنشاء وصيانة نماذج 4D من خلال دمج نماذج BIM مع جداول Primavera P6 أو ما يعادلها.
- تطوير محاكاة مراحل البناء والخدمات اللوجستية وتصورات التسلسل.
- التحقق من منطق الجدول الزمني من خلال المحاكاة المستندة إلى النموذج وتحديد تعارضات التسلسل والواجهات ومخاطر التسليم.
- دعم فرق المشروع في تقييم استراتيجيات البناء البديلة وخطط التعافي.
- إنتاج الرسوم المتحركة وشرائح الزمن والمحاكاة البصرية لمراجعات المشروع والتقارير التنفيذية.
- التنسيق مع مدراء BIM وفرق مراقبة المشاريع ومتخصصي GIS وأصحاب المصلحة للحفاظ على بيئات 4D دقيقة وموثوقة.
- إدارة تجميع النماذج متعددة التخصصات لتخطيط المناطق والمجمعات والبرامج.
- ضمان اتساق البيانات بين النماذج والجداول ومنصات إعداد التقارير.
- تيسير ورش العمل التي تركز على تسلسل البناء والواجهات وإمكانية الوصول والعمليات والتخطيط اللوجستي.
- تطوير لوحات المعلومات والتقارير التنفيذية والعروض التقديمية البصرية ومواد التواصل مع أصحاب المصلحة.
- إنشاء مخرجات بصرية عالية الجودة مناسبة لمراجعات حوكمة المشروع وعروض القيادة العليا.
- دعم دمج مخرجات 4D في Power BI ومبادرات التوأمة الرقمية حيثما أمكن.
- قيادة وتوجيه مخططي 4D ومنسقي BIM وأخصائيي التسليم الرقمي.
- تعزيز تبادل المعرفة وتطوير القدرات عبر فرق المشروع.
- دفع التحسين المستمر لسير عمل 4D والأدوات وفرص الأتمتة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو العمارة أو إدارة الإنشاءات أو إدارة المشاريع أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- يفضل الحصول على مؤهلات مهنية في BIM ومراقبة المشاريع.
- يفضل الحصول على شهادة ISO 19650.
- يفضل العضوية في المنظمات المهنية ذات الصلة (RICS، CIOB، PMI، AACE، ICE أو ما يعادلها).
- سنوات خبرة واسعة في BIM أو الهندسة الرقمية أو تخطيط البناء أو مراقبة المشاريع.
- خبرة مكثفة في قيادة أنشطة التخطيط الرباعي الأبعاد ومحاكاة الجدول الزمني على مشاريع البنية التحتية واسعة النطاق أو التطويرات متعددة الاستخدامات.
- خبرة في إدارة بيانات BIM عبر فرق متعددة التخصصات.

You’ll Be Responsible For

- Supervise change and commercial performance with integrity.
- Lead teams to achieve KPIs, share best practice and unlock potential across Mace.
- Develop and maintain organizational standards, procedures, and governance frameworks for 4D planning and schedule simulation.
- Define 4D requirements within BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), project delivery requirements, and digital standards.
- Ensure alignment with ISO 19650 information management principles and organizational BIM requirements.
- Establish quality assurance processes for model and schedule integration.
- Lead the creation and maintenance of 4D models by integrating BIM models with Primavera P6 or equivalent project schedules.
- Develop construction phasing, logistics simulations, and sequencing visualizations.
- Validate schedule logic through model-based simulations and identify sequencing conflicts, interfaces, and delivery risks.
- Support project teams in evaluating alternative construction strategies and recovery plans.
- Produce animations, time slices, and visual simulations for project reviews and executive reporting.
- Coordinate with BIM Managers, Project Controls teams, GIS specialists, and project stakeholders to maintain accurate and reliable 4D environments.
- Manage the aggregation of multi-disciplinary models for district, precinct, and program-level planning.
- Ensure data consistency between models, schedules, and reporting platforms.
- Facilitate workshops focused on construction sequencing, interfaces, accessibility, operations, and logistics planning.
- Develop dashboards, executive reports, visual presentations, and stakeholder communication materials.
- Create high-quality visual outputs suitable for project governance reviews and senior leadership presentations.
- Support integration of 4D outputs into Power BI, and digital twin initiatives where applicable.
- Lead and mentor 4D planners, BIM coordinators, and digital delivery specialists.
- Promote knowledge sharing and capability development across project teams.
- Drive continuous improvement of 4D workflows, tools, and automation opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline.
- Professional BIM and Project Controls qualifications preferred.
- ISO 19650 certification preferred.
- Membership in relevant professional organizations desirable (RICS, CIOB, PMI, AACE, ICE or equivalent).
- Extensive years in BIM, digital engineering, construction planning, or project controls.
- Intensive experience in leading 4D planning and schedule simulation activities on large-scale infrastructure or mixed-use developments.
- Experience managing BIM Data across multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated experience on mega-projects and complex multi-package developments.
