تعلن شركة Mace عن توفر فرصة وظيفية في الرياض، السعودية، لمسمى Quantity Surveyor للانضمام إلى فريق متميز في مشروع سكني وفندقي فاخر ذي نطاق بنية تحتية كبير، بالتعاون مع معماريين واستشاريين عالميين.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تعزيز ثقافة السلامة والرفاهية والشمولية والتسليم المسؤول في كل مشروع.
- تسليم المشاريع من خلال تخطيط واضح وأنظمة جودة وتعاون قوي مع أصحاب المصلحة.
- الإشراف على أداء التغييرات التجارية والمالية بنزاهة.
- قيادة الفرق لتحقيق مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية، ومشاركة أفضل الممارسات، وإطلاق الإمكانات عبر Mace.
- إدارة حزم العمل المقاولة من الشراء حتى الحساب النهائي.
- إعداد وثائق المناقصة، وإدارة المناقصات، ودعم شراء المواد.
- إعداد تقارير الأداء التجاري الشهري، ومراقبة التكاليف والتغييرات والمخاطر والفرص لحماية هامش الربح.
- التعاون عبر الفرق لتعزيز الهندسة القيمية، تقليل البصمة الكربونية، وتحقيق نتائج مشتركة.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة جامعية في المسح الكمي/إدارة التكاليف (أو ما يعادلها).
- MRICS/RICS مؤهل أو العمل نحو الاعتماد المهني.
- خبرة قوية في إدارة العقود التجارية، بما في ذلك العقود والمخاطر ومراقبة التغيير وتحسين التكاليف.
- خبرة في عقود FIDIC.
- معرفة متينة وقدرة على تقديم المشورة في إدارة العقود وإدارة العقود.
- إجادة استخدام أدوات MS Office.
- مهارات متطورة في التخطيط والتنظيم.
- القدرة على توجيه الفريق بوضوح وخلق ثقافة الأداء العالي.

The Project
This project offers the chance to join a talented Mace team in delivering an ultra-luxury residential and hospitality project with significant civils and infrastructure scope, collaborating with renowned architects and global consultants. The project involves extensive infrastructure, landscape and built assets, delivered rapidly through Mace as a hands-on Project Management Consultant with FIDIC Engineer responsibility.
Manages the commercial delivery of work packages, partnering with package managers and the project commercial lead to protect margin, control cost, and drive performance through robust risk and opportunity management.
You’ll Be Responsible For

- You will manage tasks and associated deliverables in support of the Associate Director and other senior leaders, alongside the wider project and client teams, to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of the project.
- You will manage project budgets and highlight any risks, challenges and mitigations.

- You will manage design and wider consultant teams in a collaborative manner to ensure effective completion of responsibilities.
- You will lead and manage the project team and relevant stakeholders to achieve strategic project key performance indicators (KPIs).
- You will actively network, innovate, and seek understanding of best practice, utilising the full depth of knowledge of Mace Group, the Centres of Excellence, Mace Way Control Centre and Knowledge Hub.
- Champion safety, wellbeing, inclusivity and responsible delivery across every project.
- Deliver projects through clear planning, quality systems and strong stakeholder collaboration.
- Supervise change and commercial performance with integrity.
- Lead teams to achieve KPIs, share best practice and unlock potential across Mace.
- Manage subcontract packages from procurement through to final account.
- Prepare tender documentation, administer tenders and support material procurement.
- Report commercial performance, cost control, change, risk and opportunity to protect margin.
- Collaborate across teams to drive value engineering, reduce carbon and deliver shared outcomes.
- A degree in quantity surveying/cost management (or equivalent).
- MRICS/RICS qualified or working towards professional accreditation.
- Strong commercial management expertise, including contracts, risk, change control and cost optimisation.
- Experience in FIDIC contracts
- Sound knowledge and ability to undertake and advise on Contract Administration and Contract Management.
- Proficient in MS office tools.
- Preparing monthly commercial reports.
- Developed planning and organizational skills.
- Provides clear direction and creates a culture of high performance.
- Encourages and empowers others, providing praise & recognition of efforts.
- Actively supports the wider team to ensure plans are met.
