تعلن شركة KBR, Inc. عن توفر وظيفة مدير مشاريع - إنشاءات (Project - Construction Director) في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، للإشراف على برنامج بنية تحتية رئيسي لتطوير متعدد الاستخدامات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف والتنسيق مع شركات إدارة المشاريع (PMCs) لتطوير وتنفيذ وحوكمة نماذج تقارير موحدة للإبلاغ عن الجودة والتبادل التجاري والتخطيط والسلامة.
- التحقق من التقدم خلال عملية المراحل (gate process) لما قبل وما بعد التعاقد.
- التحقق من التقدم المحقق مقابل الجداول الأساسية (baselines schedules).
- التنسيق مع شركات إدارة المشاريع لإعداد والتحقق من تقارير تكاليف المشروع.
- تقديم الإشراف والتحقق من إعداد شركات إدارة المشاريع للميزانيات السنوية للبرنامج وإعداد تقارير التدفق النقدي الشهرية.
- المشاركة في تطوير مقترحات الهندسة القيمية (value engineering) وإضافة القيمة.
- تحديد والإبلاغ عن المخاطر المتعلقة بالنطاق التي قد تؤدي إلى اتجاهات نمو محتملة.
- العمل عن كثب مع شركات إدارة المشاريع ومخططي مكتب إدارة البرامج (PMO) لأداء التنبؤات لإنجاز المعالم الرئيسية.
- دعم خدمات إدارة المخاطر على مستوى المحفظة لدعم الحوكمة الفعالة واتخاذ القرارات والضمان عبر المحفظة، بما يتماشى مع سياسات وأطر وأنظمة المخاطر المعتمدة.
- العمل مع شركات إدارة المشاريع لأداء تحديد وتحليل وإشراك أصحاب المصلحة.
- تحديد المخاطر التي تهدد فعالية إدارة أصحاب المصلحة والتنسيق مع الأطراف الثالثة.
- التنسيق مع شركات إدارة المشاريع للتحقق من إنشاء سجل الموافقات والإبلاغ عنه وإدارته بدقة.
- التنسيق مع شركات إدارة المشاريع لتحديد المخاطر المتعلقة بالامتثال للصحة والسلامة والبيئة والجودة مع إعداد خطط التخفيف.
- التنسيق مع شركات إدارة المشاريع للإبلاغ عن المخاطر وتطوير خطط التخفيف لإنجاز المشروع وشروط شهادات الاستلام وإنجاز العيوب.
- التنسيق بين شركات إدارة المشاريع والعميل لإدارة الجاهزية التشغيلية ونقل الأصول وفترة مسؤولية العيوب.
- تسهيل نقل المعرفة إلى العميل وشركات إدارة المشاريع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في العلوم في إدارة الإنشاءات أو الهندسة أو العمارة.
- شهادة PMI-PMP، أو مهندس محترف (Professional Engineer)، أو عضو في Institution of Civil Engineers، أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 15 عاماً في إدارة البرامج المدنية والبنية التحتية والتطويرية الكبرى.
- 3 سنوات على الأقل في منصب مدير مشاريع أو مدير إنشاءات.
- خبرة عملية في مجال الخدمات اللوجستية والتخطيط والجدولة وإدارة المخاطر وتقدير التكاليف وضوابط المشاريع وإعداد التقارير.
- التزام قوي بالصحة والسلامة والبيئة والجودة.
- مهارات تحليلية وحل المشكلات مع الاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
- خبرة في استخدام مجموعة Microsoft Office ومنصات التقارير المؤسسية.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل الشفهي والكتابي باللغة الإنجليزية.

KBR will provide PMO services, enterprise - level governance, assurance, integration and performance oversight across all projects and programs.

The objective is the control of delivery, recommending the most appropriate commercial strategy, pre and post contract management, provision of accurate status reports that allow timely decisions to be made to prevent schedule slippage and cost overruns, and production of close out reports for each project.

Main Responsibilities
- Oversight and coordination with PMCs to develop, implement, and govern standard reporting formats to report upon quality, commercial, planning, quality and safety.
- Validate progress along the pre and post contact stage gate process.
- Validate earned progress against baselines schedules.
- Coordinate with the PMCs for preparation and validation of project cost reports.
- Provide oversight and validation of PMC preparation of annual programme wide budgets and preparation of monthly cashflow reports.
- Participate in development of value engineering proposals and value adding.
- Identify and report upon risks to scope resulting in potential growth trends.
- Work closely with PMCs and PMO planners to perform forecasts for completion of milestones.
- Support portfolio-wide risk management services to support effective governance, decision-making, and assurance across the portfolio, in alignment with approved risk policies, frameworks, and systems.
- Work with PMCs to perform stakeholder identification, analysis and engagement plans.
- Identify risks to effective stakeholder management and third-party coordination.
- Coordinate with PMCs to validate the creation, accurate reporting, and management of the Approvals Register.
- Coordinate with PMCs to identify risks to health, safety, environmental, and quality compliance with preparation of mitigation.
- Coordinate with PMCs to report risks and develop mitigation for project completion, conditions for taking-over certificates, and completion of defects.
- Coordinate between the PMCs and Client for management of operational readiness, asset transfer, and defects liability period,
- Facilitate knowledge transfer to the Client and PMCs.
- Bachelor of Science degree in construction management engineering or architecture.
- PMI-PMP, Professional Engineer, Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers, or equivalent
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience in the management of major civil, infrastructure and development programs.
- At least 3 years in the position of Project Director or Construction Director.
- Working level experience in logistics, planning, scheduling, risk management, cost estimating, project controls and reporting.
- Strong commitment to health, safety, environment and quality.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise reporting platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
