يعلن مستشفى فقيه للرعاية الصحية عن توفر وظيفة Senior Business Rules and Operations Manager في مكة وجدة، المملكة العربية السعودية، لدعم التمكين الاستراتيجي وتحسين العمليات والتحليلات وبناء القدرات عبر إدارة دورة الإيرادات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة مراجعات عمليات دورة الإيرادات على مستوى المؤسسة لتحديد أوجه القصور وإعادة تصميم سير العمل لتحقيق قابلية التوسع والتوحيد.
- دعم مسؤولي دورة الإيرادات في توثيق سير العمل الحالي والمستقبلي، وإجراءات التشغيل القياسية (SOPs)، والسياسات التشغيلية.
- التعاون مع رؤساء الأقسام لضمان دمج الممارسات الفضلى عبر العمليات.
- تطبيق منهجيات Lean أو Six Sigma أو ما يشابهها لتنظيم التحسينات واستدامتها.
- العمل كواجهة لدورة الإيرادات في اجتماعات الامتثال والتدقيق والحوكمة.
- توثيق نتائج الاجتماعات ومتابعة التعديلات والتنسيق للردود على ملاحظات الحوكمة.
- ضمان التوافق بين الأولويات التشغيلية ومتطلبات الرقابة الخارجية.
- تطوير البرامج التدريبية وتوثيق إجراءات التشغيل القياسية (SOPs) ومبادرات التوظيف لترسيخ المعرفة وتقليل الاعتماد على الأفراد.
- تعزيز ثقافة التعلم والأداء داخل فريق دورة الإيرادات.
- الشراكة مع مسؤولي المواقع لتعميم المعرفة بفعالية عبر الكيانات.
- توفير الإشراف والحوكمة لأداء الترميز السريري والامتثال.
- قيادة عمليات التدقيق وخطط العمل التصحيحية بالتعاون مع فرق الفوترة والامتثال.
- ضمان التوافق بين التوثيق السريري وجودة الترميز وتوقعات جهات الدفع.
- العمل كشريك تحول داخلي لقادة دورة الإيرادات وأصحاب المصلحة.
- تجربة نماذج جديدة، والتحقق من الحلول، وتوجيه التنفيذ عبر الوظائف.
- مراقبة اعتماد المبادرات وقياس أثرها على الأعمال.
- أي مهام أخرى تُسند ضمن نطاق الوظيفة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في دورة الإيرادات، أو تحسين الأداء، أو العمليات الصحية.
- درجة البكالوريوس في الإدارة الصحية، أو إدارة الأعمال، أو الهندسة، أو مجال ذي صلة. يفضّل درجة الماجستير أو شهادة في تحسين العمليات (مثل Lean Six Sigma).
- إجادة ممتازة للغة الإنجليزية والعربية تحدثاً وكتابة.
- لا تتطلب الوظيفة شهادات/تراخيص محددة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة متقدمة بعمليات دورة الإيرادات والتحليلات وتحسين العمليات.
- مهارات قيادية قوية وإدارة التغيير.
- قدرة مثبتة على ترجمة الرؤى إلى إجراءات وتوجيه فرق متعددة التخصصات.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتفاعل مع أصحاب المصلحة.

Key Responsibilities And Duties
- Lead enterprise-wide RCM process reviews to identify inefficiencies and redesign workflows for scalability and standardization.
- Support RCM functional leads in documenting current and future-state workflows, SOPs, and operational policies.
- Collaborating with department leads to ensure best practices are embedded across operations.
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to structure and sustain improvements.
- Act as the RCM interface for compliance, audit, and governance-related meetings.
- Document meeting outcomes, track revisions, and coordinate responses to governance feedback.
- Ensure alignment between operational priorities and external oversight requirements.
- Develop and lead training programs, SOP documentation, and onboarding initiatives to institutionalize knowledge and reduce reliance on individuals.
- Promote a culture of learning and performance across the RCM team.
- Partner with site leads to cascade knowledge effectively across entities.
- Provide governance and oversight for clinical coding performance and compliance.
- Lead audits and corrective action plans in collaboration with billing and compliance teams.
- Ensure alignment between clinical documentation, coding quality, and payer expectations.
- Serve as an internal transformation partner to RCM leadership and stakeholders.
- Pilot new models, validate solutions, and guide execution across functions.
- Monitor adoption of initiatives and measure business impact.
- Other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.
Skills And Abilities
- Advanced knowledge of revenue cycle operations, analytics, and process improvement.
- Strong leadership and change management skills.
- Proven ability to translate insights into action and guide cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- 7 years of experience in revenue cycle, performance improvement, or healthcare operations.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree or certification in process improvement (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) preferred.
