انضم إلى فريق السياسات العامة الدولي في أمازون في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، كرئيس للسياسات العامة في المملكة. ستكون مسؤولاً عن العمل مع صانعي السياسات والمجموعات غير الحكومية لدعم نموذج الأعمال الذي يركز على العملاء داخل البلاد، ضمن فريق ديناميكي يغطي أوروبا والشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا والهند وآسيا والمحيط الهادئ.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- التنسيق مع صانعي السياسات والمجموعات غير الحكومية لدعم نموذج الأعمال الذي يركز على العملاء في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- فهم البيئة التنظيمية والسياسات العامة وأصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين فيها.
- التنسيق عبر أعمال أمازون محلياً وعالمياً لتطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات التموضع والمشاركة.
- تصميم جهود advocacy الخارجية وبرامج التوعية والشراكات والمبادرات دعماً للأهداف التجارية.
- تنسيق مشاركة أمازون مع الجمعيات الصناعية ذات الصلة والتحالفات الأوسع، وإدارة الدعم الاستشاري.
- بناء حلول للمشاكل التجارية المعقدة وتقديم إرشادات واضحة وواثقة، حتى في حالات الغموض العالي.
- العمل بثقة وباحترام ضمن الهياكل الإقليمية والدولية الأوسع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في تخصص ذي صلة (مثل القانون، العلوم السياسية، السياسات العامة، الشؤون العامة، التنمية الاقتصادية).
- 10+ سنوات من الخبرة في مجال السياسات العامة.
- إجادة التحدث والكتابة والقراءة باللغة الإنجليزية بطلاقة.
- إجادة التحدث والكتابة والقراءة باللغة العربية بطلاقة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- درجة متقدمة في مجال السياسات العامة ذات الصلة (مفضلة).
- خبرة في العمل على مستوى عالٍ وبشكل تعاوني في بيئة شديدة المصفوفية، إلى جانب فرق مثل الشؤون القانونية والعلاقات العامة وفرق الأعمال.
- خبرة في السياسات العامة في الشركات الاستهلاكية أو التكنولوجية أو شركات التجزئة.
- خبرة في إدارة المشاريع.
- مهارات تواصل شفهية وكتابية وشخصية متميزة.
- مبادرة ذاتية قادرة على تلقي التوجيه العام وتحقيق نتائج محددة.
- القدرة على تنسيق مجموعة واسعة من الموارد الداخلية والخارجية للحصول على المعلومات والاستراتيجية وتشغيلها.
- قدرة قوية على الحكم واتخاذ القرارات.
- القدرة على استخدام الخبرة والبيانات بثقة لتقييم والتوصية بأفضل مسار للعمل حتى في المواقف الغامضة.

Work hard, have fun, and make history with Amazon’s International Public Policy team. The Head of Public Policy, KSA will will join a growing and dynamic team that works across Europe, Middle East, Africa, India and Asia Pacific, in support of Amazon’s global consumer and digital businesses. Like our business interests, our policy issues are broad, forward-thinking, and driven by what is best for our customers. The International Public Policy team works with a wide range of national, local, and supranational policymakers, industry organizations, and non-governmental organizations across numerous policy issues spanning the consumer and commercial environment.
Job responsibilities
As Head of Public Policy, KSA you will be responsible for working with policymakers and non-governmental groups in support of our consumer-centric business model within the country. You will have an astute understanding of the public policy and regulatory environment as well as the key stakeholders within it. You will coordinate across Amazon’s business, locally and globally, to develop and implement positioning and engagement strategies.
You will help design external advocacy efforts, outreach programs, partnerships, and initiatives in support of these business objectives. You will help coordinate Amazon’s engagement with relevant industry associations and wider coalitions, and manage consultancy support. You will be able to build solutions for solutions for complicated business problems, and provide clear and confident guidance, including in situations of high ambiguity. You will be confident, but are also able to operate respectfully and collaboratively within wider regional and international structures.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Law, Political Science, Public Policy, Public Affairs, Economic Development)
- 10+ years of public policy experience
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English

Preferred Qualifications
- An advanced degree in a related public policy field is preferred.
- Experience working at a high level and collaboratively in a highly-matrixed environment, alongside teams including Legal, PR, and business teams.
- Experience of public policy in consumer-facing, technology or retail companies.
- Project management experience.
- Outstanding oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- A self-starter who can take general direction and produce specific results.
- Able to coordinate a wide array of internal and external resources to obtain, process, and operationalize information and strategy.
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills.
- Capable of confidently using experience and data to assess and recommend a best course of action even in an ambiguous situation.
