تعلن شركة فقيه للرعاية الصحية عن وظيفة مدير البنية التحتية لتقنية المعلومات (IT Infrastructure Administrator) في مكة وجدة، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تصميم ونشر وإدارة الخوادم والتخزين والمحاكاة الافتراضية وبيئات الشبكات (محلياً وسحابياً).
- مراقبة أداء النظام وسعته وتوافره لضمان أقصى وقت تشغيل.
- تنفيذ أتمتة البنية التحتية وإدارة التكوين وحلول المراقبة.
- إدارة منصات المحاكاة الافتراضية VMware وHyper-V أو ما يعادلها.
- نشر وإدارة أعباء العمل في المنصات السحابية (Azure وAWS وGCP) مع ضمان كفاءة التكلفة والأمان.
- تكوين واستكشاف أخطاء شبكات LAN/WAN وجدران الحماية وموازنات التحميل وVPN وبروتوكولات التوجيه.
- التعاون مع فرق الأمان لتطبيق أفضل الممارسات بما في ذلك التصحيح والتحكم في الوصول ومعايير الامتثال.
- تنفيذ وإدارة حلول النسخ الاحتياطي والتكرار وإجراءات التعافي من الكوارث.
- المشاركة في تخطيط وتنفيذ استمرارية الأعمال.
- العمل عن كثب مع فرق التطبيقات وقواعد البيانات والدعم لتقديم خدمات تقنية معلومات موثوقة.
- الحفاظ على توثيق تفصيلي للبنية التحتية وإجراءات التشغيل القياسية ومخططات البنية.
- أي مهام أخرى يُسندها نطاق العمل.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان إدارة خوادم Windows/Linux وActive Directory ومنصات المحاكاة الافتراضية (VMware/Hyper-V).
- فهم قوي لمفاهيم الشبكات بما في ذلك VLANs وجدران الحماية وVPN وموازنة التحميل.
- خبرة في حلول التخزين والنسخ الاحتياطي والتعافي من الكوارث لضمان استمرارية الأعمال.
- خبرة في أدوات المراقبة والأتمتة (PowerShell وBash وAnsible).
- مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات واستكشاف الأخطاء مع التركيز على التوفر العالي والأمان.
- مهارات تواصل فعالة وقدرة على العمل الجماعي في بيئات سريعة الوتيرة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة من 0 إلى 2 سنة في البنية التحتية لتقنية المعلومات أو مجال ذي صلة.
- درجة البكالوريوس في تقنية المعلومات أو علوم الحاسب أو مجال ذي صلة.
- إجادة ممتازة للغة الإنجليزية كتابة وتحدثاً، ويفضل إجادة اللغة العربية.
- الشهادات المفضلة: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate، VMware Certified Professional (VCP-DCV)، Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)، Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)، CompTIA Network+، CompTIA Security+، AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate.

Description
Skills and Abilities:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Language: Excellent command of oral and written English and prefer Arabic.
Licenses / Certifications: Preferred certifications:
- Design, deploy, and manage servers, storage, virtualization, and network environments (on-premises and cloud).
- Monitor system performance, capacity, and availability to ensure optimal uptime.
- Implement infrastructure automation, configuration management, and monitoring solutions.
- Manage VMware, Hyper-V, or equivalent virtualization platforms.
- Deploy and manage workloads in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) ensuring cost efficiency and security.
- Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, and routing protocols.
- Collaborate with security teams to implement best practices, including patching, access control, and compliance standards.
- Implement and manage backup solutions, replication, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Participate in business continuity planning and execution.
- Work closely with applications, DBA, and support teams to deliver reliable IT services.
- Maintain detailed infrastructure documentation, SOPs, and architecture diagrams.
- Other duties assigned within the scope of the job.
Skills and Abilities:
- Proficient in managing Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, and virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, including VLANs, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancing.
- Skilled in storage, backup, and disaster recovery solutions ensuring business continuity.
- Experience with monitoring tools and automation (PowerShell, Bash, Ansible).
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a focus on high availability and security.
- Effective communicator and team player with the ability to work in fast-paced environments.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Language: Excellent command of oral and written English and prefer Arabic.
