شركة Mace تعلن عن توفر وظيفة Senior Design Manager - سعودي الجنسية، للعمل في الرياض، ضمن فريق إدارة المشاريع (PMC) لمشروع بارز يتضمن تسليم مباني متميزة وبنية تحتية داعمة لعقار خاص مرموق.

هذا المشروع هو برنامج بارز يشمل تسليم مباني فاخرة وبنية تحتية داعمة لعقار خاص مرموق. يتضمن المشروع مجموعة متنوعة من التطورات عالية القيمة، مما يتطلب معايير استثنائية في التصميم والتخطيط والتنفيذ. بصفة Senior Design Manager ضمن فريق PMC، ستكون مسؤولاً عن قيادة التميز في التصميم عبر جميع مراحل المشروع، وتنسيق الاستشاريين متعددي التخصصات، وإدارة توقعات أصحاب المصلحة، وضمان توافق التصميم مع أهداف البرنامج الإجمالية والميزانية ومعايير الجودة ومتطلبات التسليم.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة عملية إدارة التصميم عبر حزم متعددة متزامنة من المباني والبنية التحتية.
- إدارة وتنسيق الاستشاريين متعددي التخصصات خلال مراحل المفهوم والتصميم التخطيطي والتفصيلي والإنشاء.
- ضمان أن تكون التصاميم منسقة بالكامل وقابلة للتنفيذ ومتوافقة مع متطلبات المشروع.
- مراجعة وتحدي مقترحات التصميم لتحسين الجودة والوظيفة والبرنامج والقيمة.
- تيسير ورش العمل التصميمية والمراجعات الفنية واجتماعات أصحاب المصلحة.
- مراقبة تقدم التصميم مقابل التسليمات المتفق عليها والمراحل الرئيسية للبرنامج.
- تحديد وإدارة مخاطر التصميم وقضاياه وواجهات التداخل عبر المشروع.
- التنسيق مع فرق إدارة المشروع والتجارة والمشتريات والإنشاء والعميل لضمان تسليم المشروع بفعالية.
- إدارة التحكم في التغيير المتعلق بتطوير التصميم وتعديلات النطاق.
- مراجعة تسليمات الاستشاريين والطلبات الفنية والمواصفات وتقارير التصميم.
- دعم أنشطة المشتريات بما في ذلك التقييمات الفنية للاستشاريين والمقاولين.
- تقديم القيادة والتوجيه لأعضاء فريق إدارة التصميم المبتدئين.
- ضمان الامتثال للكودات والمعايير ذات الصلة ومتطلبات الحوكمة وأفضل الممارسات الصناعية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة علمية في الهندسة المعمارية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة واسعة في إدارة التصميم ضمن شركات إدارة المشاريع (PMC) أو الاستشارات أو المطورين أو جهات العميل.
- خبرة مثبتة في تسليم مشاريع سكنية راقية أو ضيافة أو متعددة الاستخدامات أو عقارية أو تطورات بارزة.
- فهم قوي لتصميم المباني متعدد التخصصات وواجهات البنية التحتية.
- خبرة في إدارة الاستشاريين التصميميين الدوليين والمصممين المتخصصين.
- المواطنة السعودية مطلوبة.
- استيفاء معايير التأشيرة اللازمة للمملكة العربية السعودية والخبرة العملية ذات الصلة في مشاريع/برامج عالية القيمة ضمن شركة استشارات إدارة مشاريع، وهي مطلوبة للموافقة الهجرية وموافقة العميل.
- يفضل: خبرة في العمل على مشاريع كبرى في الشرق الأوسط.
- يفضل: عضوية مهنية (RIBA, CIOB, PMI, ICE, IStructE أو ما يعادلها).
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قوية في إدارة أصحاب المصلحة والتواصل.
- قدرة مثبتة على قيادة فرق التصميم في بيئات المشاريع الصعبة وسريعة الوتيرة.
- معرفة متينة بعمليات حوكمة التصميم وضمان التصميم وإدارة الجودة.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Lead the design management process across multiple concurrent buildings and infrastructure packages.
- Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary design consultants throughout concept, schematic, detailed design, and construction stages.
- Ensure designs are fully coordinated, buildable, compliant, and aligned with project requirements.
- Review and challenge design proposals to optimise quality, functionality, programme, and value.
- Facilitate design workshops, technical reviews, and stakeholder meetings.
- Monitor design progress against agreed deliverables and programme milestones.
- Identify and manage design risks, issues, and interfaces across the project.
- Coordinate with project management, commercial, procurement, construction, and client teams to ensure effective project delivery.
- Manage change control related to design development and scope amendments.
- Review consultant deliverables, technical submissions, specifications, and design reports.
- Support procurement activities including consultant and contractor technical evaluations.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to junior design management team members.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, governance requirements, and industry best practices.
- Degree qualified in architecture or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience in design management within PMC, consultancy, developer, or client organisations.
- Demonstrable experience delivering high-end residential, hospitality, mixed-use, estate, or landmark developments.
- Strong understanding of multidisciplinary building design and infrastructure interfaces.
- Experience managing international design consultants and specialist designers.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead design teams through challenging and fast-paced project environments.
- Sound knowledge of design governance, design assurance, and quality management processes.
- Experience working on major projects in the Middle East is highly desirable.
- Professional membership (RIBA, CIOB, PMI, ICE, IStructE, or equivalent) preferred.
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience working on high-value projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
