شركة Mace تعلن عن فرصة وظيفية (للسعوديين فقط) للعمل كمختص في التقارير (Reporting Specialist) في الرياض، ضمن أحد أكبر البرامج في المملكة والذي يشمل تطويراً متعدد الاستخدامات يضم مرافق رياضية وترفيهية وفنية مع البنية التحتية المرتبطة بها.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
هذه فرصة للعمل على أحد أكبر البرامج في المملكة العربية السعودية. يتكون هذا المشروع الفريد من تطوير متعدد الاستخدامات يشمل مرافق رياضية وترفيهية وفنية وجميع البنية التحتية المرتبطة بها. شركة Mace هي أحد شركاء التوصيل الذين يحتاجون إلى محترفين ذوي خبرة عالية لقيادة فرق متكاملة خلال كل مرحلة من مراحل المشروع. الوظيفة مخصصة للسعوديين فقط.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم تقديم خدمات PMO وProject Controls عبر المشاريع الموكلة ضمن مركز التميز للتخطيط، تحت إشراف كبار المحترفين.
- الإسهام في تطبيق أطر ومنهجيات PMO وProject Controls بما في ذلك EVM، وضمان التوافق مع مركز التحكم في Mace ومتطلبات العميل ومعايير الحوكمة ذات الصلة.
- بناء علاقات عمل فعالة مع ممثلي العميل ودعم تكامل التخصصات الأساسية بما في ذلك التخطيط وإدارة المخاطر.
- المساعدة في إعداد حزم التقارير الشهرية، وتسهيل مراجعات الأداء وتوفير رؤى حول أداء المشروع.
- العمل بشكل تعاوني نحو الهدف المشترك للانتقال إلى صافي انبعاثات كربونية صفرية، ومشاركة المسؤولية في التحديد الاستباقي وإدارة الانبعاثات الكربونية المرتبطة وخفضها أثناء تنفيذ العمل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة علمية ذات صلة أو ما يعادلها.
- التقدم نحو الحصول على الزمالة المهنية من هيئة مهنية معترف بها والتطوير المهني المستمر.
- خبرة مثبتة في قيادة PMO وProject Controls في مشاريع معقدة.
- قيادة مثبتة في الصحة والسلامة والرفاهية، مع تحقيق نتائج قابلة للقياس وتطبيق أفضل الممارسات.
- معرفة قوية وتطبيق للتشريعات ذات الصلة ضمن بيئات تنظيمية معقدة.
- مهارات تواصل فعالة مع قدرة تحليلية والقدرة على المشاركة والتأثير وبناء علاقات ثقة مع أصحاب المصلحة.

This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment and arts along with all associated infrastructure.

You’ll Be Responsible For
- Supports the delivery of PMO and Project Controls services across assigned projects within the Planning Centre of Excellence, under the guidance of senior professionals.
- Contributes to the implementation of PMO and Project Controls frameworks and methodologies, including EVM, ensuring alignment with the Mace Control Centre, client requirements, and relevant governance standards.
- Builds effective working relationships with client representatives and supports the integration of core disciplines, including planning and risk management.
- Assists with the preparation of monthly reporting packs, facilitating performance reviews and providing insight on project performance.
- Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
- Relevant degree or equivalent.
- Progressing toward chartership with a recognised professional body and ongoing professional development.
- Proven PMO and Project Controls leadership on complex projects.
- Proven leadership in health, safety and wellbeing, delivering measurable outcomes and embedding best practice.
- Strong knowledge and application of relevant legislation within complex organisational environments.
- Effective communicator with analytical capability and ability to engage, influence and build trusted stakeholder relationships.
