شركة Mace تعلن عن وظيفة مدير مكتب إدارة المشاريع (PMO Director) في الرياض، السعودية، لقيادة أداء PMO ومراقبة المشاريع عبر المراكز المحددة وبناء فرق عالية الأداء.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- القيادة في تعزيز السلامة والرفاهية والشمولية والتسليم المسؤول عبر كل مشروع.
- تسليم المشاريع من خلال تخطيط واضح وأنظمة جودة وتعاون قوي مع أصحاب المصلحة.
- الإشراف على إدارة التغيير والأداء التجاري بنزاهة.
- قيادة الفرق لتحقيق مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs)، وتبادل أفضل الممارسات، وإطلاق الإمكانات.
- قيادة أداء PMO ومراقبة المشاريع عبر المراكز المحددة.
- ضمان توافق الخدمات مع أفضل الممارسات ومعايير ISO ومتطلبات مركز التحكم.
- تقديم التوجيه الخبير والإرشاد والدعم عبر المراكز.
- بناء شراكات موثوقة مع العملاء مع تعزيز التسليم الرقمي والتميز في الخدمة وتحقيق صافي الانبعاثات الصفرية.
- تطبيق عملي لفهم تحليلات البيانات والتقارير الذكية وأدوات Power BI.
- استخدام الحماس لتركيز الفريق على تحسين الأداء التجاري أو أداء البرامج/المشاريع الكبرى.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة كبيرة في قيادة PMO ومراقبة المشاريع بفعالية على مشاريع إنشائية ضخمة/بارزة/تاريخية.
- خبرة كبيرة في نشر استراتيجيات وأطر PMO قوية ومنهجيات مراقبة مشاريع متكاملة.
- معرفة متخصصة بأدوات وتقنيات المخاطر (MS Office، Power BI، Aconex، Primavera P6، RiskHive، @Risk، Primavera Risk Analyser).
- القدرة على إدارة الأنشطة في ظل عدم يقين أو غموض كبير وتقديم استشارات فعالة للعملاء وأصحاب المصلحة.
- فهم عملي لتحليلات البيانات وإعداد التقارير الذكية وأدوات Power BI.
- مهارات قوية في تطوير الأعمال والوعي التجاري (مثل بيع خدمات Mace بشكل متبادل للعملاء).
- فهم عميق لصناعة البناء والتشييد والاتجاهات والابتكارات والمخاطر والفرص المرتبطة بها.
- خبرة في تقديم خدمات مشاريع متنوعة على برامج إنشائية كبرى أو استشارات إدارية.
- خبرة في العمل لدى العميل وكذلك في الاستشارات.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة (كتابية وشفهية) وإدارة علاقات، ومهارات عرض وتحدث أمام الجمهور.
- مهارات تحليل وتقييم فعالة تدعم التفاوض وحل المشكلات وحل النزاعات.

- Significant experience of effective PMO and Project Controls leadership on significant/landmark/mega construction projects.
- Significant experience of leading the effective deployment of robust PMO and Project
- Controls strategies/frameworks and integrated project controls methodologies.
- Expert knowledge of risk tools, techniques and software (e.g., MS office and Power BI, Aconex, Primavera P6 and RiskHive, @risk, Primavera Risk Analyser).
- Ability to manage activities with significant uncertainty or ambiguity providing effective consultancy to clients and other key stakeholders to drive effective outcome/s.
- Practical application and understanding of the opportunities related to data analytics and intelligent reporting, Power BI and other reporting suite tools.
- Strong business development skills and commercial awareness/acumen (e.g. cross selling Mace services into client organisations).
- Strong understanding of construction and related industry, trends, innovation and associated threats and opportunities.
- Deep domain knowledge of providing PMO and Project Controls leadership in collaboration with external bodies, professional institutions and peers.
- Experience of working client side as well as consultancy.
- Excellent communicator (verbal and written), relationship manager.
- Confident presenter and public speaker; ability to capture the audience and clearly transmit the position/message.
- Effective appraisal/analytical skills to support skilled negotiations, problem solving, or conflict resolution.

- Management Successful Programmes / P3O / P3M3 accreditation
- Engages with peers within professional bodies and other forum to maintain professional knowledge and work across industry to advance the profession.
- Actively supports professional White Paper development and review.
