تعلن شركة CAE عبر موقعها الرسمي عن وظيفة محاسب مشاريع (قطاع الدفاع) في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، للعمل ضمن فريقها في الشرق الأوسط ودعم المشاريع في المنطقة.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
بصفتك الشريك المالي لمجموعة من المشاريع ضمن قسم الدفاع والأمن، ستتولى مسؤولية المؤشرات المالية للمشاريع من البداية إلى النهاية، وذلك بالعمل جنباً إلى جنب مع مدراء المشاريع والمشاركة في اجتماعات مراجعة المشاريع، وتقديم رؤية واضحة حول الأداء المالي والمخاطر وتأثير القرارات الرئيسية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة دورة التنبؤ الشهري لكل من قائمة الدخل والميزانية العمومية، بالتعاون الوثيق مع مدراء المشاريع خلال دورة مراجعة المشروع (PRC).
- مراقبة الأداء المالي للمشاريع واتخاذ إجراءات استباقية لتعظيم هامش الربح والتدفق النقدي.
- امتلاك وتحسين محاسبة التكاليف باستمرار، والعمل بشكل وثيق مع مسؤولي مراكز التكلفة.
- المساهمة في إعداد الميزانية السنوية والحسابات الإدارية الشهرية والحسابات القانونية للشركة.
- امتلاك التوفيق بين دفاتر المحاسبة، وضمان دقة البيانات وحداثتها وسهولة الوصول إليها.
- المساهمة في تخطيط الأعمال وتقييم مخاطر الاستثمار.
- دعم أنشطة التسعير والتكلفة للفرص الجديدة ومقترحات التغيير الهندسي (ECPs).
- بناء السيناريوهات وتحليلات التدفق النقدي (بما في ذلك UBR/UER)، ودعم CCO وFBS أثناء إعداد/إنشاء المشاريع.
- إعداد التوقعات المالية والنماذج وتحليلات دعم القرار المخصصة حسب الحاجة.
- ضمان تطبيق المعايير الدولية للتقارير المالية (IFRS) بشكل مناسب، بما في ذلك المعيار IFRS 15.
- التنسيق ودعم جميع متطلبات التدقيق الداخلي والخارجي.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- أن يكون المتقدم سعودي الجنسية (لا يتم تقديم كفالة لهذا الدور).
- درجة جامعية في المحاسبة أو المالية، أو مؤهل محاسبي معترف به (مثل CMA، CA، CGA، ACCA).
- 5 سنوات من الخبرة في التحليل المالي، بما في ذلك إعداد التقارير المالية وتحليل الأداء.
- خبرة في تسوية الأرصدة والمعاملات بين الشركات.
- مهارات تحليلية ومحاسبية فنية قوية.
- إتقان استخدام أدوات Microsoft 365، خاصة Excel وPowerPoint.
- خبرة عملية في تطبيق المعايير الدولية للتقارير المالية (IFRS)، بما في ذلك IFRS 15.
- يفضل خبرة في العمل في بيئة تصنيعية.

Key Tasks
- Lead the monthly forecasting cycle for Profit & Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet, partnering closely with Project Managers during the Project Review Cycle (PRC).
- Monitor project financial performance and take proactive action to maximise gross margin and cash flow.
- Own and continuously improve cost accounting, working closely with cost centre owners.
- Support preparation of the annual budget, monthly management accounts, and statutory accounts for the company.
- Own reconciliations across accounting ledgers, ensuring accurate, up-to-date data that is readily accessible.
- Contribute to business planning and investment risk evaluation.
- Support pricing and costing activities for new opportunities and Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs).
- Build scenarios and cash-flow analyses (including UBR/UER) and support CCO and FBS during project set-up/creation.
- Prepare ad hoc financial forecasts, models, and decision-support analysis as needed.
- Ensure IFRS is applied appropriately, including IFRS 15.
- Coordinate and support all internal and external audit requirements.
- Take on other related duties as required to support the team and business.
- Must be a KSA national; sponsorship is not offered for this role
- University degree in accounting or finance, or a recognised accounting qualification (e.g., CMA, CA, CGA, ACCA).
- 5 years of experience in financial analysis, including financial reporting and performance analysis.
- Experience reconciling intercompany balances and transactions.
- Strong analytical and technical accounting skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Practical experience applying IFRS, including IFRS 15.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of local Government Price Law.
- Familiarity with Hyperion Enterprise and Oracle systems.
