نبحث عن مهندس تطوير متاجر متحفّظ ومهتم بالتفاصيل لدعم تطوير وتجهيز وجاهزية المتاجر المظلمة ومواقع التجزئة والطعام. يركز الدور على ضمان بناء كل متجر مظلم وتجهيزه وتأمينه بشكل صحيح ليكون جاهزًا للتشغيل. سيجري المهندس زيارات ميدانية منتظمة، ويتابع أعمال البناء والتشطيب، وينسّق مع المقاولين والفرق الداخلية، ويضمن أن كل موقع يستوفي المعايير الفنية والتشغيلية المطلوبة قبل الإطلاق. تتطلب هذه الوظيفة السفر المتكرر إلى مواقع مختلفة ونهجًا عمليًا في التفتيش الميداني وحل المشكلات ومتابعة المشاريع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على تطوير وتشطيب وتجهيز مواقع المتاجر المظلمة الجديدة
- إجراء زيارات ميدانية منتظمة لتفقّد سير أعمال البناء والجودة وحالة الموقع العامة
- ضمان تجهيز المتاجر المظلمة بشكل كامل وجاهزيتها للتشغيل قبل تاريخ الافتتاح
- تفقّد الأرضيات والجدران والأسقف والإضاءة والأعمال الكهربائية والسباكة والتهوية وعناصر البناء الأخرى
- التحقق من أن تخطيط المتجر ومناطق التخزين ومحطات العمل والمساحات التشغيلية تطابق المخططات المعتمدة ومتطلبات العمل
- التنسيق مع المقاولين وفرق الصيانة والموردين وفرق العمليات لحل مشكلات الموقع والأعمال المعلقة
- متابعة قوائم الملاحظات وضمان تصحيح جميع العيوب قبل التسليم
- مراجعة المخططات الفنية والتأكد من أن التنفيذ في الموقع يطابق التصاميم والمواصفات المعتمدة
- مراقبة الجداول الزمنية للمشاريع ومتابعة الأعمال المعلقة لتجنب التأخير في افتتاح المتاجر
- دعم تركيب وتجهيز معدات المتجر والتركيبات والأرفف والمرافق الأخرى المطلوبة
- إعداد تقارير التفتيش الميداني وتحديثات التقدم وقوائم التحقق من جاهزية المتجر
- تحديد المشكلات الفنية واقتراح الحلول وضمان أن كل موقع يفي بمعايير الشركة، والسفر بين مواقع المشاريع حسب الحاجة لضمان الجودة والجاهزية
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية أو الهندسة المدنية أو تخصص ذي صلة
- خبرة من 0 إلى 2 سنة في مجال ذي صلة
- الاستعداد للسفر المتكرر وإجراء الزيارات الميدانية المنتظمة
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان استخدام برنامج AutoCAD
- معرفة عملية ببرنامج 3D Max
- إجادة جيدة للغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثًا

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Store Development Engineer to support the development, setup, and readiness of our dark stores and retail/food locations.
The role focuses on ensuring that every dark store is properly constructed, fully equipped, safe, and ready to operate. The engineer will conduct regular site visits, follow up on construction and fit-out works, coordinate with contractors and internal teams, and ensure that each location meets the required technical and operational standards before launch.
This position requires frequent travel to different locations and a hands-on approach to site inspections, problem-solving, and project follow-up.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the development, fit-out, and readiness of new dark stores locations
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect construction progress, quality, and overall site conditions
- Ensure dark stores are fully prepared and fit for operation before the opening date
- Inspect flooring, walls, ceilings, lighting, electrical works, plumbing, ventilation, and other construction elements
- Verify that store layouts, storage areas, workstations, and operational spaces meet approved plans and business requirements
- Coordinate with contractors, maintenance teams, suppliers, and operations teams to resolve site issues and outstanding works
- Follow up on snag lists and ensure all defects are corrected before handover
- Review technical drawings and ensure on-site execution matches approved designs and specifications
- Monitor project timelines and follow up on pending works to avoid delays in store openings
- Support the installation and readiness of store equipment, fixtures, shelving, and other required facilities
- Prepare site inspection reports, progress updates, and store readiness checklists
- Identify technical issues, recommend solutions, and ensure that each location meets company standards
- Travel between project locations as required to ensure consistent quality and readiness
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Fresh graduate to 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Working knowledge of 3D Max
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Basic knowledge of technical construction drawings, fit-out works, and construction methods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify construction defects and site issues
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel frequently and conduct regular site visits
