هيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك تعلن عن وظيفة (أخصائي أول في تخطيط الطلب والتسليم - تطبيقات أساسية) في الرياض، حيث سيتولى قيادة تحليل متطلبات الأعمال وطلبات التغيير، ووضع حلول للمشكلات المعقدة بالتنسيق مع البنية المؤسسية واستراتيجية تقنية المعلومات.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يشغل حامل الوظيفة دورًا قياديًا في تحليل متطلبات الأعمال وطلبات التغيير الجديدة والمعقدة، وتقييم تأثيرها وترتيب أولوياتها وفقًا للبنية المؤسسية واستراتيجية تقنية المعلومات. كما يقدم الدعم لحل المشكلات المحالة من المستويات الأقل خبرة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتنفيذ منهجيات وإجراءات تخطيط وإدارة الطلب وفقًا لأفضل الممارسات.
- جمع وتحليل وتوثيق متطلبات الأعمال والحلول الجديدة وطلبات التغيير.
- تقييم وترتيب أولويات الطلبات بما يتوافق مع استراتيجية الهيئة والبنية المؤسسية.
- إعداد ومتابعة خطط تنفيذ الحلول التقنية وطلبات التغيير وتتبع تقدمها.
- قياس ومراقبة مؤشرات الأداء المتعلقة بالمبادرات والطلبات التقنية.
- تحديد الفجوات والمخاطر والتحديات التقنية والتشغيلية، واقتراح الحلول المناسبة.
- متابعة تنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية والتحقق من فعاليتها.
- دعم مبادرات إدارة التغيير والتحول المرتبطة بالحلول التقنية.
- مراجعة وتحليل نتائج الاختبارات والعيوب والملاحظات لضمان جودة الحلول.
- إعداد ومشاركة تقارير دورية عن حالة الطلبات ومستويات التقدم.
- الالتزام بجميع السياسات والإجراءات والتشغيلية ذات الصلة لضمان تنظيم العمل.
- المساعدة في حل المشكلات المحالة وتقديم الدعم لأعضاء الفريق الأقل خبرة.
- تدريب الموظفين الجدد على الأنشطة المختلفة لضمان نقل المعرفة عند الحاجة.
- تقديم التوجيه الواضح، وتحديد أولويات المهام، وتوزيع المهام ومتابعة سير العمل للمرؤوسين.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في تقنية المعلومات أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة.

Job Resposiblites
- Develop and implement demand planning and management methodologies and procedures in accordance with leading practices.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, new solutions, and change requests.
Assess and prioritize requests in alignment with the Authority’s strategy and enterprise architecture. - Develop and monitor implementation plans for technical solutions and change requests and track their progress.
- Measure and monitor performance indicators related to technical initiatives and requests.
Identify operational and technical gaps, risks, and challenges, and recommend appropriate solutions. - Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and verify their effectiveness.
Support change management and business transformation initiatives associated with technical solutions. - Review and analyze test results, defects, and observations to ensure solution quality.
Prepare and share periodic reports on the status of requests and progress levels. - Adhere to all relevant policies, processes, and standard operating procedures to ensure that work is performed in an organized and consistent
- manner.
- Assist in resolving escalated issues and provide the necessary support to junior team members to ensure the efficient execution of work.
- Train junior employees on various job-related activities to ensure knowledge transfer, where applicable.
- Provide clear guidance, establish task priorities, assign and delegate responsibilities, and monitor the workflow of direct reports and junior employee
