البنك الإسلامي للتنمية (IsDB) يعلن عن وظيفة أخصائي تطوير أعمال رقمية رئيسي في جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يتولى قائد تطوير الأعمال الرقمية مسؤولية تطوير وتنفيذ الحلول الرقمية بما يتوافق مع الاستراتيجية الرقمية للمنظمة وأهدافها، وتحديد ورعاية الشراكات الاستراتيجية مع أصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين بما في ذلك موردي التكنولوجيا والمنصات والشركاء في القطاع. كما يقدم القيادة والتوجيه لفرق تطوير البرمجيات، ويضمن تسليم المشاريع في الوقت المحدد وضمن الميزانية ووفقاً لمعايير الجودة المطلوبة. يتعاون مع الجهات الداخلية والخارجية، ويتابع ويحلل مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية المتعلقة بمبادرات تطوير البرمجيات، وينفذ إجراءات لتحسين الأداء وتحقيق أهداف العمل.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم التوجيه والإرشاد والخبرة الفنية لفريق التطوير، وضمان الالتزام بأفضل الممارسات والمعايير.
- قيادة تخطيط وتنفيذ وتسليم مشاريع التطوير، بما في ذلك تحديد نطاق المشروع والجداول الزمنية وتخصيص الموارد.
- دفع التصميم المعماري والنهج الفني لمشاريع التطوير، وضمان قابلية التوسع والموثوقية والأداء.
- إجراء مراجعات الكود، وضمان جودة الكود والالتزام بمعايير الترميز، وتنفيذ عمليات ضمان الجودة.
- تعزيز بيئة فريق تعاونية وشاملة، تشجيع مشاركة المعرفة والابتكار والتحسين المستمر.
- التعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة بما في ذلك مديري المنتجات والمحللين التجاريين والعملاء لفهم المتطلبات والأولويات، والتواصل الفعال حول تقدم المشروع والحلول التقنية.
- تحديد وتخفيف المخاطر والتحديات التقنية، ومعالجة المشكلات بشكل استباقي لضمان نجاح المشروع.

- التعاون مع المهندس المعماري للمؤسسة بشأن مواءمة المنصات ودعم التعاون مع قطاع الأعمال لبناء وتعزيز ركائز الهندسة المعمارية، خاصة تلك المرتبطة بالأعمال مثل هندسة المعلومات والتطبيقات.
- دفع مبادرات التحسين المستمر بما في ذلك تحسين العمليات وتعزيز الأدوات والأتمتة لزيادة الكفاءة والفعالية في عمليات التطوير.
- ضمان التزام طلبات القسم المعني بعملية استلام الطلبات مع وجود دراسة جدوى قوية وخطة لضمان أن تكون خطة العمل السنوية مبنية على أساس جيد للتخطيط والتنفيذ.
- إدارة تسليم الحلول الشاملة لمجموعة المنتجات وفقاً لمنهجيات agile، بدءاً من تصميم الحل وحتى التسليم والتشغيل والصيانة لضمان الجودة في كل مرحلة وتحقيق المواعيد النهائية طوال دورة حياة التنفيذ، وضمان الموثوقية وحل المشكلات في الوقت المناسب ورضا مستخدمي الأعمال عن التطبيقات والخدمات المقدمة.
- إدارة وضمان تحقيق الأهداف الوظيفية بشكل فعال من خلال قيادة الفريق، وتحديد أهداف الفريق والأفراد، وعقد اجتماعات منتظمة، وإدارة الأداء، وتطوير وتحفيز الموظفين، وتقديم التغذية الراجعة الرسمية وغير الرسمية والتقييم لتعظيم أداء المرؤوسين والفريق.
- مراجعة المتطلبات ذات الأولوية (التجارية والوظيفية والفنية) وتقديم التغذية الراجعة لمحلل الأعمال ومدير علاقات الأعمال بناءً على الخبرة الموضوعية في المنتج.
- فهم الأولويات التقنية المباشرة، ودعم نماذج الإثبات والتجارب الابتكارية، والتوصية بمجالات البحث والتطوير في مركز الابتكار.
- تنسيق المشكلات على مستوى المنتج ورفعها إلى مدير تسليم الحلول عند الحاجة لضمان إدارة المشكلات مع أصحاب المصلحة بالسرعة المطلوبة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة الماجستير في تقنية المعلومات أو علوم الحاسب أو هندسة الحاسب أو مجال ذي صلة.
- 10 سنوات من الخبرة في تطوير المنتجات، منها 3 سنوات في دور إداري أو إشرافي ذي صلة.
- اللغات: الإنجليزية (إلزامية)، العربية (مفضلة)، الفرنسية (مفضلة).
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة عملية في هندسة الحلول بما في ذلك الحوسبة السحابية ويفضل Azure.
- خبرة عملية في تصميم الحلول ونمذجة UML.
- معرفة بمنصات التطبيقات المختلفة: الويب وسطح المكتب والجوال.
- خبرة عملية في منهجيات SDLC القياسية: waterfall و agile و DevOps.
- خبرة في تنفيذ 5 دورات مشروع كاملة على الأقل.
- خبرة في أطر JAVA.
- خبرة على مستوى كبير في حلول SAP: ABAP و PI/PO و ERP و NetWeaver و SAP BPM.
- خبرة عملية في APIs (WS, RS) والذكاء الاصطناعي والتكامل وتعلم الآلة.
- خبرة في إدارة المشاريع (ميزة إضافية).

JOB PURPOSE

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of development projects, including defining project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Drive the architectural design and technical approach for development projects, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Conduct code reviews, ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards, and implement quality assurance processes.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, encouraging knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, business analysts, and clients, to understand requirements and priorities, and communicate project progress and technical solutions effectively.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and challenges, proactively addressing issues to ensure project success.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, architectural diagrams, and code documentation, to support knowledge transfer and future maintenance.
- Evaluate new technologies and tools and make recommendations for their adoption to improve development processes and outcomes.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize code and infrastructure to improve application performance and scalability.
- Collaborates with the Enterprise Architect on alignment of platforms and support collaboration with the Business to build and strengthen the architecture pillars mainly those tied to the business e.g.: Information and Application architecture.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization, tooling enhancements, and automation, to increase efficiency and effectiveness in development processes.
- Ensure that the related department’s demands adhere to the demand intake process with a strong business case in place and plan to ensure the annual work plan is based on a good foundation for planning and implementation.
- Manage the end-to-end solution delivery for the product group, according to agile methodologies, from solution design, to delivery, operations, and maintenance to ensure the quality at each stage gate meets the expected outcome and execution meets the deadlines through the life cycle of the implementation, and ensure the reliability, the timely resolution of raised issues, and the satisfaction of business users with the applications and services provided.
- Manage and ensure the effective achievement of functional objectives through leadership of the Team. Setting Team and individual objectives, conducting regular meetings, managing performance, developing and motivating staff, provision of formal and informal feedback, and appraisal to maximize subordinates and Team performance.
- Review the prioritized business, functional, and technical requirements and provide feedback to the Business Analyst and Business relationship manager based on product subject-matter expertise.
- Understand immediate technology priorities, support innovation proofs of concept and trials and recommend areas for Innovation Hub research and development.
- Coordinate product-level issues and escalate to the solution delivery manager when required to proactively ensure issues are managed with the stakeholders at the required pace.
- Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
- 10 years of experience in product development, 3 years of which need to be in a managerial or relevant supervisory role.
- Languages: English: Mandatory | Arabic: Preferred | French: Preferred
- Hands-on experience in Solution Architectures including cloud SA and preferably Azure.
- Hands-on experience in solution design and UML modeling
- Knowledge in various application platforms; web, desktop and mobile.
- Hands-on experience in standard SDLC methodologies; waterfall, agile, and DevOps.
- At least 5 full cycle project implementations.
- Experience in JAVA frameworks.
- Senior level experience in SAP solutions; ABAP, PI/PO, ERP, NetWeaver, SAP BPM.
- Hands-on experience in APIs (WS, RS), Artificial Intelligence, Integration, Machine Learning.
- Project management experience is an advantage.
