نبذة عن الوظيفة
ستتولى هذا الدور قيادة تصميم وتنفيذ أنظمة ICT وELV والأمن في مجموعة من مشاريع البنية المبنية في الشرق الأوسط. تشمل المسؤوليات إدارة التنسيق متعدد التخصصات، وإنتاج مخرجات تقنية عالية الجودة، وضمان تسليم الأنظمة بكفاءة وامتثال وفق أعلى المعايير المهنية من مرحلة المفهوم حتى مرحلة الإنشاء.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة تطوير تصميم أنظمة ICT وELV والأمن من المفهوم حتى التصميم التفصيلي ووثائق المناقصة والدعم الإنشائي.
- إجراء دراسات مفاهيمية، تشمل استراتيجيات الأنظمة، ومتطلبات المعدات والمساحات، وإعداد مبادئ التصميم والرسومات التخطيطية.
- إعداد تقارير التصميم والحسابات والمواصفات وتقديرات التكاليف ووثائق المناقصة.
- ضمان امتثال جميع التصميمات للكودات والمعايير المحلية والدولية ذات الصلة ومتطلبات العميل.
- تنسيق التصميمات مع تخصصات MEP والمعمارية والتصميم الداخلي والإنشائي والمرافق والتخصصات الأخرى لتحقيق حلول متكاملة بالكامل.
- الإشراف على إنتاج الرسومات والوثائق الفنية.
- اقتراح حلول فعالة من حيث التكلفة وهندسة القيمة دون المساس بالأداء أو الامتثال.
- حضور اجتماعات الموقع حسب الحاجة وتقديم الدعم الفني لحل مشكلات الإنشاء والتنسيق والتقدم.
- دعم إعداد دراسات الجدوى وتقديرات المهندس ووثائق قبول الموقع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة في الهندسة الكهربائية أو الإلكترونيات أو الاتصالات من جامعة معتمدة.
- عضوية في مؤسسة مهنية معترف بها (أو العمل نحو الحصول على العضوية).
- خبرة في مجموعة واسعة من أنظمة ICT وELV والأمن، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر: الشبكات الهيكلية (Structured cabling) والشبكات النشطة (Active networks)، وIPTV والاتصال الهاتفي عبر IP، ونقاط الوصول اللاسلكية، والمراقبة بالفيديو والتحكم في الدخول، والاتصال الداخلي وأنظمة الراديو ثنائية الاتجاه / TETRA، وأنظمة إدارة المباني (BMS)، وأنظمة العناوين العامة والإنذار الصوتي (PAVA)، وأنظمة الصوت والمرئيات والأنظمة الذكية للمباني.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design development of ICT, ELV and Security systems from concept through to detailed design, tender documentation and construction support.
- Undertake conceptual studies, including system strategies, plant and space requirements, and preparation of design principles and sketches.
- Prepare design reports, calculations, specifications, cost estimates and tender documentation.
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant local and international codes, standards and client requirements.
- Coordinate designs with MEP, architectural, interior design, structural, utilities and specialist disciplines to achieve fully integrated solutions.
- Supervise the production of drawings and technical documentation.
- Propose cost‑effective and value‑engineered solutions without compromising performance or compliance.
- Attend site meetings as required and provide technical support to resolve construction, coordination and progress issues.
- Support the preparation of feasibility studies, engineer’s estimates and site acceptance documentation.
- Strong technical expertise in ICT, ELV and Security systems design and delivery.
- Proficiency in relevant industry software, including hands‑on experience with BIM and digital design tools.
- Ability to manage workloads effectively across multiple projects and teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and technical presentations.
- Proven ability to collaborate with geographically and culturally diverse teams.
- High professional and ethical standards, demonstrating integrity, diligence, and accountability at all times.
- A committed team player able to communicate effectively at all organisational levels.
- Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Telecommunications Engineering from an accredited university.
- Membership of a recognised professional institution (or working towards membership).
- Experience across a broad range of ICT, ELV and Security systems, including (but not limited to):
- Structured cabling and active networks
- IPTV and IP telephony
- Wireless access points
- Video surveillance and access control
- Intercom and two‑way radio / TETRA systems
- Building management systems (BMS)
- Public address and voice alarm (PAVA)
- Audio‑visual and smart building systems
- Familiarity with Autodesk Revit and BIM environments is advantageous.
