نبذة عن الوظيفة
تتولى هذه الوظيفة مسؤولية إدارة منظومة Atlassian لدى ICD وإعدادها وحوكمتها والدعم المستمر لها، ويشمل ذلك Jira Service Management وJira Software وConfluence والتكاملات ذات الصلة. يدير شاغل الوظيفة سير العمل والأتمتة والصلاحيات وأداء النظام ودعم المستخدمين، بما يضمن منصة مستقرة وآمنة ومُدارة بفعالية. ترتبط الوظيفة بمدير قسم التحول الرقمي ودعم تقنية المعلومات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم الإدارة المتخصصة والدعم المستمر لمنصة Atlassian الخاصة بـ ICD، بما يشمل Jira Service Management وJira Software وConfluence والتكاملات ذات الصلة.
- إدارة إعدادات المنصة وسير العمل والأتمتة والصلاحيات والمتطلبات الإدارية الأخرى.
- ضمان الحوكمة المناسبة والإدارة المضبوطة لمنظومة Atlassian.
- ضمان استقرار المنصة وأمنها وأدائها وتشغيلها الفعال بشكل مستمر.
- تقديم الدعم للمستخدمين والرد على الاستفسارات المتعلقة بالمنصة والمتطلبات التشغيلية.
- تقديم التدريب والإرشاد للمستخدمين لتسهيل الاستخدام الفعال للمنصة.
- دعم تنفيذ المنصة وتعميم استخدامها وتشغيلها بنجاح في المؤسسة.
- دعم اعتماد المنصة واستخدامها بفعالية في مختلف أنحاء المؤسسة.
- تطوير سير العمل والأتمتة والإعدادات وتحسينها بما يتماشى مع الاحتياجات التشغيلية المتغيرة.
- تحديد فرص تحسين استخدام المنصة وفعاليتها.
- دعم التحسين المستمر لمنظومة Atlassian بما يلبي متطلبات المؤسسة.
- تولي الملكية الداخلية المتخصصة للإدارة المستمرة والإعداد والحوكمة والدعم لمنظومة Atlassian.
- تعزيز القدرات الداخلية لضمان الاستدامة طويلة الأمد للمنصة.
- تقليل الاعتماد على الاستشاريين الخارجيين في الإدارة والدعم المستمر للمنصة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنة واحدة في إدارة أنظمة تقنية المعلومات والمنصات، مع خبرة عملية في إدارة حلول Atlassian وإعدادها.
- درجة البكالوريوس في تقنية المعلومات أو علوم الحاسب أو نظم المعلومات أو مجال ذي صلة.
- درجة الماجستير في مجال ذي صلة، أو شهادة مهنية ذات صلة، مطلوبة.
- خبرة عملية في Jira Service Management وJira Software وConfluence، تشمل سير العمل والأتمتة والصلاحيات وإعدادات المنصة.
- خبرة في دعم تنفيذ المنصات التقنية وتشغيلها والتحسين المستمر لها.
- خبرة في تقديم الدعم والتدريب للمستخدمين لتعزيز اعتماد المنصة واستخدامها بفعالية.
- فهم جيد لحوكمة المنصات وأمنها واستقرارها وأدائها وإدارتها المستدامة.
- القدرة على التواصل باللغة الإنجليزية.
- يُفضّل إجادة اللغة العربية و/أو الفرنسية.

- Provide dedicated administration and ongoing support of the ICD Atlassian platform, including Jira Service Management, Jira Software, Confluence, and related integrations.
- Manage platform configurations, workflows, automation, permissions, and other administrative requirements.
- Ensure appropriate governance and controlled administration of the Atlassian ecosystem.
- Ensure platform stability, security, performance, and effective ongoing operation.
- Provide user support and address platform-related queries and operational requirements.
- Provide user training and guidance to facilitate effective utilization of the platform.
Platform Implementation, Adoption & Continuous Improvement
- Support the successful implementation, rollout, and operationalization of the ICD Atlassian platform.
- Support the continued adoption and effective utilization of the platform across the organization.
- Manage and enhance workflows, automation, and configurations based on evolving operational needs.
- Identify opportunities to improve platform utilization and effectiveness.
- Support continuous improvement of the Atlassian ecosystem to meet organizational requirements.
- Provide dedicated internal ownership for the ongoing administration, configuration, governance, and support of the Atlassian ecosystem.
- Strengthen internal capability to support the long-term sustainability of the platform.
- Reduce dependency on external consultants for ongoing platform administration and support
User Support and Training
- Provide ongoing support to users of the Atlassian platform and address platform-related queries and requirements.
- Provide user training and guidance to facilitate effective utilization of Jira Service Management, Jira Software, and Confluence.
- Support the continued adoption and effective use of the Atlassian platform across the organization.
- Assist users in effectively utilizing relevant workflows, automation, and platform functionalities.
- At least one (1) year of experience in IT systems and platform administration, with practical experience in the administration and configuration of Atlassian solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field or a relevant professional certification is required.
- Hands-on experience with Jira Service Management, Jira Software, and Confluence, including workflows, automation, permissions, and platform configurations.
- Experience in supporting the implementation, operationalization, and continuous improvement of technology platforms.
- Experience in providing user support and training to promote effective platform adoption and utilization.
- Good understanding of platform governance, security, stability, performance, and sustainable administration.
- Capable of communicating in English. Whereas proficiency in Arabic or and/or French is preferred.
