نبذة عن الوظيفة
تُعد DHL Global Forwarding, Freight (DGFF) المتخصصة في الشحن الجوي والبحري والبري ضمن المجموعة، وتقدم حلولاً نمطية للنقل وحلولاً متخصصة شاملة من البداية إلى النهاية لعملاء في قطاعات صناعية متنوعة حول العالم.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- العمل كنقطة الاتصال الأولى للعملاء فيما يخص معلومات الشحنات، وإدارة الحوادث والشكاوى، والتسعير الخاص، والمطالبات
- التأكد من تسجيل التكاليف والإيرادات الصحيحة في ملف العميل، وتولي مسؤولية حل المشكلات البسيطة والمعقدة
- إدارة الأنشطة على مستوى الشحنة، بما في ذلك استلام حجوزات العملاء، ومتطلبات المستندات، وجميع أعمال النقل المحلي والدولي ذات الصلة
- ضمان إدارة الشحنات بما يتوافق مع التزام خدمة العملاء
- تتبع الاستثناءات والمخالفات التشغيلية وتسجيلها وتحليلها وتحسينها
- المسؤولية عن جودة بيانات الشحنات العالية
- تطبيق إجراءات الامتثال التنظيمي اللازمة المتعلقة بالسلع والمواقع الخاصة بالشحنات
- توجيه الشحنات و/أو إسنادها إلى التجميعات (Consol) المناسبة بما يحقق التزام خدمة العميل ويعظم الأرباح
- تحديد الشحنات الحرجة والأعمال الجديدة التي تحتاج إلى دعم إضافي أو رعاية مكثفة
- الرد على الاستفسارات، وإعداد المعلومات لزيارات العملاء، والمشاركة في الزيارات المتعلقة بالجوانب التشغيلية
- تنفيذ المهام والأنشطة اليومية مع الالتزام بإرشادات إدارة الموارد والإنتاجية
- إعداد الفواتير وإشعارات المدين والدائن والمستندات الداعمة اللازمة، مع ضمان دقة الفواتير العملاء وسرعة إصدارها
- التحقيق في نزاعات الفواتير ودعم حلها
- معالجة المشكلات المتكررة واقتراح تحسينات على العمليات بهدف زيادة الفعالية والكفاءة
- معالجة مشكلات أداء الموردين واقتراح حلول لتحسين أدائهم
- تقديم الإرشاد الوظيفي أو المشورة أو التدريب للموظفين الأقل خبرة
- الاستفادة من خبرة القطاع الصناعي أو خبرة متخصص في الخدمات اللوجستية في العمل اليومي
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس
- خبرة تزيد على 4 سنوات
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارة التحدث باللغة الصينية (الماندرين) إلزامية لهذه الوظيفة

In this AFR Specialist position
- Mandarin Chinese speaking skills are mandatory for this role
- Act as Customer first point of contact for shipment information, incident/complaint management, ad hoc pricing, and claims
- Ensure that correct costs and revenues are captured against customer’s profile and take ownership to solve simple and complex issues
- Administer shipment level activities including receipt of customer booking, documentation requirements, and all related local and international transport
- Ensure the management of shipments in line with the customer service commitment
- Track, record, analyze and improve exceptions/operational irregularities
- Responsible for high shipment data quality
- Implement necessary regulatory compliance procedures relating to commodity and locations for shipments
- Route and/or assign shipments to relevant consol that meets our customers service commitment and maximizes our profits
- Identify critical shipments and new business that needs extra support/hypercare
- Answer queries, prepare information for customer visits and participate in customer visits relating to operational topics
- Execute tasks and activities while meeting resource management and productivity guidelines for the day-to-day operations
- Prepare invoices, debit and credit notes and necessary back-up documentation ensuring customer invoice timeliness and accuracy
- Investigate/supports invoice disputes
- Resolve recurring issues, and suggest enhancements to processes focusing on increasing effectiveness and efficiency
- Resolve performance issues of suppliers, and propose solutions to improve performance
- May provide functional guidance, advice or training to less experienced positions
- Use Industry sector or logistics specialist expertise in their day-to-day work
