تعلن شركة Parsons Corporation عن فرصة لشغل وظيفة مهندس تخطيط أول (Senior Planning Engineer) في مدينة مكة الطائف، السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
تتطلب الوظيفة تطوير جدول زمني رئيسي (Master Schedule) يدمج عدة حزم مشاريع مع مراعاة الترابط بينها، وتحديد كيفية تأثير التغييرات في حزمة على الحزم الأخرى، مع إدارة توقعات العميل وضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة الجدول الزمني: تطوير وإدارة جدول زمني رئيسي يدمج عدة حزم مع مراعاة الترابط بينها، لتقييم أثر التغييرات على المشروع.
- ضبط المشاريع: تطوير أنظمة وأدوات ضبط المشاريع وتنفيذها وصيانتها، مع ضمان الالتزام بها وحل مشكلات التخطيط عند ظهورها.
- متابعة التقدم: مراجعة معلومات التخطيط والجدولة والتحقق من صحتها، وتحديد التأخيرات المحتملة واقتراح إجراءات تخفيفها.
- إعداد التقارير والتواصل: إعداد تقارير التقدم الدورية والعروض التقديمية، ومعالجة قضايا البرنامج لضمان إنجاز المشروع في الوقت المحدد.
- المطالبات وحل النزاعات: تقييم المطالبات، بما في ذلك تمديد الوقت (Extension of Time) والاضطراب (Disruption)، باستخدام أحدث منهجيات تحليل التأخير.
- القيادة الفنية: تقديم القيادة الفنية والتوجيه لمهندسي التخطيط، وضمان فعالية عمليات ضبط المشاريع والالتزام بها.
- إدارة المخاطر: تحديد المخاطر والتعارضات المحتملة وتوثيقها في سجل مخاطر المشروع (Project Risk Register)، وإجراء تحليلات "ماذا لو" (what-if) لتقييم الأثر الزمني للتغييرات.
- التنسيق والتعاون مع مهندسي التخطيط الأوائل في المواقع الأخرى لإعداد جدول زمني رئيسي يدمج جميع المواقع ضمن هذا البرنامج.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية، أو في إدارة التشييد، من مؤسسة تعليمية معترف بها.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عاماً في التخطيط والجدولة لمشاريع المباني.
- خبرة في العمل على مشاريع المباني، مع فهم شامل لصناعة التشييد ولمتطلبات التداخل والتنسيق فيها.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان برامج الجدولة الزمنية، وبخاصة Primavera P6.
- مهارات تواصل كتابي وشفهي جيدة (مفضلة).
- القدرات الإدارية (مفضلة).
- خبرة سابقة في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي (مفضلة).
- معرفة متعمقة بأفضل الممارسات الصناعية والأنظمة واللوائح ذات الصلة (مفضلة).

Parsons is seeking a highly skilled Senior Planning Engineer to join their team. This role involves developing a Master Schedule that integrates multiple project packages, taking into account their interdependencies. The goal is to identify and assess how changes in one package affect others, while effectively managing client expectations and ensuring timely delivery.
What You'll Be Doing
- Schedule Management: Develop and manage a Master Schedule integrating multiple packages, considering interdependencies to assess the impact of changes across project.
- Project Controls: Develop, implement, and maintain project controls systems and tools, ensuring compliance and resolving planning issues as they arise.
- Progress Monitoring: Evaluate and verify planning and scheduling information, identifying potential delays and suggesting mitigation measures.
- Reporting and Communication: Prepare regular progress reports and presentations, addressing program issues to ensure timely project completion.
- Claims and Dispute Resolution: Assess claims, including Extension of Time and Disruption, using leading delay analysis methodologies.
- Team Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to planning engineers, ensuring effective project controls processes and compliance.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and conflicts, documenting them in the Project Risk Register, and conduct "what-if" analyses to assess time impacts of changes.
- Coordinate and collaborate with other Senior Planning Engineers on other locations to develop a Master Schedule that integrates all the locations under this program.
- Bachelor's degree in civil/mechanical/electrical engineering or construction management from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in planning and scheduling building Projects
- Successful applicants will have experience working on building projects coupled with an excellent overall understanding of the construction industry and interface and coordination requirements in the industry
- Proficiency in scheduling software, particularly Primavera P6.
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Management capabilities
- GCC experiences preferred
- Thorough knowledge of industry best practices and regulations.
