تعلن شركة Parsons Corporation عن وظيفة مهندس ميداني كهربائي (Field Engineer Electrical) للمواطنين السعوديين في مدينة الرياض، ضمن فريق استشارات الإشراف على التنفيذ المتمركز في الموقع، لصالح مشروع تطوير كبير ومعلم بارز.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
تبحث Parsons عن مهندس ميداني كهربائي ذي خبرة للانضمام إلى فريق استشارات الإشراف على التنفيذ في موقع مشروع تطوير كبير في الرياض. يضم المشروع عدة أصول مميزة ومرافق ضيافة ومباني وخدمات مساندة. ستكون مسؤولاً عن الإشراف على أعمال التنفيذ الكهربائية، والتأكد من إنجاز جميع الأعمال وفق المخططات المعتمدة والمواصفات ومعايير الجودة ومتطلبات السلامة والبرنامج الزمني المعتمد للمشروع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على أنشطة التنفيذ الكهربائية اليومية ومتابعتها في الموقع.
- التأكد من تنفيذ الأعمال الكهربائية وفق المخططات المعتمدة والمواصفات وطرق العمل المعتمدة ومتطلبات المشروع.
- فحص التركيبات الكهربائية والمواد والمعدات والجودة التنفيذية.
- مراجعة طلبات الفحص والاستجابة لها، ومراجعة المواد المقدمة للاعتماد ومخططات الورشة وطرق العمل وطلبات المعلومات (RFIs).
- تنسيق الأعمال الكهربائية مع التخصصات المعمارية والإنشائية والميكانيكية والمدنية وغيرها.
- متابعة تركيب واختبار الأنظمة الكهربائية، including توزيع الطاقة والإضاءة وأنظمة الطوارئ والتأريض وحماية الصواعق والأنظمة منخفضة التيار.
- التحقق من مطابقة المواد والمعدات للمواصفات الفنية المعتمدة ومعايير المشروع.
- متابعة أداء المقاولين وتقدم الأعمال والالتزام بالبرنامج المعتمد.
- رصد مشكلات التنفيذ وتعارضات التصميم والتأخيرات والأعمال غير المطابقة، والتوصية بالإجراءات التصحيحية المناسبة.
- إعداد التقارير اليومية وسجلات فحص الموقع وتحديثات التقدم والتوثيق بالصور.
- المشاركة في الاجتماعات الفنية والتنسيقية واجتماعات التقدم والاختبار والتشغيل والتسليم.
- التأكد من إتمام جميع أنشطة الفحص والاختبار وتوثيقها بشكل صحيح.
- متابعة الالتزام بمتطلبات الجودة والصحة والسلامة والبيئة والاستدامة في المشروع.
- دعم أنشطة الاختبار والتشغيل وقائمة الملاحظات (Snagging) ومراجعة الوثائق والتسليم النهائي.
- مراجعة المخططات كما نفذت (As-built)، وأدلة التشغيل والصيانة، والضمانات، وشهادات الاختبار، ووثائق الإغلاق الأخرى.
- التنسيق مع المقاولين والاستشاريين والموردين وأصحاب المصلحة في المشروع لحل المشكلات الفنية والمتعلقة بالموقع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في الإشراف على التنفيذ الكهربائي أو الهندسة الميدانية.
- خبرة في مشاريع المباني والضيافة والتجارية والسكنية والمختلطة الاستخدام أو مشاريع التطوير الكبرى.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة قوية في تركيب وفحص واختبار وتشغيل الأنظمة الكهربائية للمباني.
- خبرة في أنظمة الجهد المنخفض (LV) والجهد المتوسط (MV)، وتوزيع الطاقة، والإضاءة، والطاقة الاحتياطية، والتأريض، وحماية الصواعق، وإنذار الحريق، والأنظمة منخفضة التيار (ELV) والأنظمة ذات الصلة.
المهارات المرغوبة
- خبرة سابقة في العمل مع استشاري أو استشاري إشراف على التنفيذ أو استشاري إدارة مشاريع أو مقاول.
- معرفة قوية بطرق التنفيذ الكهربائي وإجراءات الفحص ومراقبة الجودة ومتطلبات الاختبار.

Parsons is seeking an experienced Field Engineer - Electrical to join our site-based Construction Supervision Consultant team on a major landmark development project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The project includes several iconic assets, hospitality facilities, buildings, and supporting services. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising electrical construction activities and ensuring that all works are delivered in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and the approved project programme.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supervise and monitor daily electrical construction activities on site.
- Ensure that electrical works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements.
- Inspect electrical installations, materials, equipment, and workmanship.
- Review and respond to inspection requests, material submittals, shop drawings, method statements, and requests for information.
- Coordinate electrical works with architectural, structural, mechanical, civil, and other disciplines.
- Monitor the installation and testing of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, emergency systems, earthing, lightning protection, and low-current systems.
- Verify that materials and equipment comply with approved technical specifications and project standards.
- Monitor contractor performance, work progress, and compliance with the approved programme.
- Identify construction issues, design conflicts, delays, and non-conforming works, and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Prepare daily reports, site inspection records, progress updates, and photographic documentation.
- Participate in technical, coordination, progress, testing, commissioning, and handover meetings.
- Ensure that all inspections and testing activities are properly completed and documented.
- Monitor compliance with project quality, health, safety, environmental, and sustainability requirements.
- Support testing, commissioning, snagging, documentation review, and final handover activities.
- Review as-built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, warranties, test certificates, and other closeout documentation.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and project stakeholders to resolve technical and site-related issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in electrical construction supervision or field engineering.
- Experience in building, hospitality, commercial, residential, mixed-use, or major development projects.
- Strong experience in the installation, inspection, testing, and commissioning of building electrical systems.
- Experience with LV/MV systems, power distribution, lighting, emergency power, earthing, lightning protection, fire alarm, ELV, and related systems.
- Previous experience working with a consultant, construction supervision consultant, project management consultant, or contractor.
- Strong knowledge of electrical construction methods, inspection procedures, quality control, and testing requirements.
- Ability to review drawings, specifications, technical submittals, method statements, and inspection documentation.
- Familiarity with applicable international standards, local regulations, and project specifications.
- Excellent communication, coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering and documentation software.
- Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is preferred.
