تعلن شركة Parsons Corporation عن فرصة لوظيفة مهندس ميداني - مدني (Field Engineer - Civil) في مدينة الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
تنضم الوظيفة إلى فريق استشارات الإشراف على الإنشاء المتمركز في الموقع، ضمن مشروع تطوير معلم بارز في الرياض. يشمل المشروع التصميم وأعمال التمهيد والإنشاء لوجهة تطوير واسعة النطاق تضم أصولاً مميزة ومرافق ضيافة وبنية تحتية داعمة. يدعم شاغل الوظيفة الإشراف على أعمال الإنشاء المدني وتنسيقها، بما يضمن تنفيذها وفق التصاميم والمواصفات المعتمدة ومعايير الجودة ومتطلبات السلامة وأهداف الاستدامة والبرنامج الزمني المعتمد.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم الإشراف على أنشطة الإنشاء المدني اليومية في نطاق مناطق المشروع المحددة.
- متابعة أنشطة المقاول لضمان الالتزام بالرسومات والمواصفات وبيانات طرق العمل وخطط الفحص والاختبار والمتطلبات التعاقدية المعتمدة.
- إجراء زيارات تفتيش دورية للموقع والتحقق من تنفيذ أعمال الإنشاء وفق الوثائق المعتمدة.
- مراجعة طلبات الفحص، ومستندات المواد المقدمة، ورسومات التنفيذ (Shop Drawings)، وبيانات طرق العمل، وطلبات المعلومات (RFIs).
- التنسيق مع المهندس المقيم، ومدير الإنشاء، والمفتشين، والمقاولين، والمصممين، والتخصصات الأخرى.
- متابعة جودة المواد والتنفيذ، والإبلاغ عن أي عدم مطابقة أو أعمال معيبة.
- المساعدة في متابعة تقدم الإنشاء، وتحديد التأخيرات، والإبلاغ عن المخاطر والمشكلات المحتملة.
- تنسيق الأعمال المدنية مع التخصصات الإنشائية والمعمارية والميكانيكية والكهربائية (MEP) والمرافق والبنية التحتية والتخصصات الفنية الأخرى.
- التأكد من إجراء أعمال الفحص والاختبار المطلوبة وتوثيقها بشكل صحيح.
- المشاركة في الاجتماعات الميدانية واجتماعات التنسيق ومراجعات التقدم وأعمال الاختبار والتشغيل التجريبي (Commissioning) والتسليم.
- إعداد وحفظ سجلات الموقع الدقيقة وتقارير الفحص والتقارير اليومية والصور والوثائق ذات الصلة.
- دعم إعداد التقارير الأسبوعية والشهرية لتقدم المشروع.
- متابعة التزام المقاول بمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة والاستدامة.
- المساعدة في مراجعة الرسومات كما هي منفذة (As-Built)، ووثائق التشغيل والصيانة، والضمانات، ووثائق إغلاق المشروع.
- دعم عمليات الدمج والاختبار والتشغيل التجريبي وتسليم الأعمال المنجزة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- يشترط أن يكون المتقدم مواطناً سعودياً.
- بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو تخصص هندسي ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في الإشراف على الإنشاء المدني أو الهندسة الميدانية.
- يفضّل الخبرة في العمل على مشاريع ضيافة كبرى أو متعددة الاستخدامات أو مشاريع تطوير الوجهات أو المشاريع المعلمية البارزة.
- يُفضّل الخبرة السابقة مع شركة استشارات إشراف على الإنشاء أو شركة استشارات هندسية أو شركة استشارات إدارة مشاريع.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة جيدة بطرق الإنشاء، وإجراءات مراقبة الجودة، ومتطلبات الفحص والاختبار، والتوثيق الفني.
- الإلمام بالأكواد والمعايير والمواصفات الدولية وأفضل الممارسات في القطاع.
- مهارات قوية في التواصل والتنسيق وإعداد التقارير وحل المشكلات.
- القدرة على العمل بفعالية ضمن فريق متعدد التخصصات ومتعدد الثقافات.
- إجادة برامج الهندسة وإدارة المشاريع ذات الصلة.
- يُفضّل الخبرة السابقة في المملكة العربية السعودية أو منطقة الشرق الأوسط بشكل عام.

Job Description
Parsons is seeking a highly motivated Field Engineer - Civil to join our site-based Construction Supervision Consultant team on a major landmark development project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The project includes the design, enabling works, and construction of a large-scale destination development featuring iconic assets, hospitality facilities, and supporting infrastructure. The successful candidate will support the supervision and coordination of civil construction activities, ensuring that works are delivered in accordance with approved designs, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, sustainability objectives, and the approved programme.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support the supervision of daily civil construction activities across assigned project areas.
- Monitor contractor activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, inspection and test plans, and contractual requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and verify that construction works are executed in accordance with approved documents.
- Review inspection requests, material submittals, shop drawings, method statements, and requests for information.
- Coordinate with the Resident Engineer, Construction Manager, inspectors, contractors, designers, and other disciplines.
- Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship and report any non-conformance or defective work.
- Assist in tracking construction progress, identifying delays, and reporting potential risks and issues.
- Coordinate civil works with structural, architectural, MEP, utilities, infrastructure, and other specialist disciplines.
- Ensure that required inspections and testing are completed and properly documented.
- Participate in site meetings, coordination meetings, progress reviews, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Maintain accurate site records, inspection reports, daily reports, photographs, and related documentation.
- Support the preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Monitor contractor compliance with health, safety, environmental, and sustainability requirements.
- Assist with the review of as-built drawings, operation and maintenance documentation, warranties, and project closeout records.
- Support the successful integration, testing, commissioning, and handover of completed works.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in civil construction supervision or field engineering.
- Experience working on major hospitality, mixed-use, destination development, or landmark projects is preferred.
- Previous experience with a Construction Supervision Consultant, engineering consultant, or project management consultant is desirable.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, quality control procedures, inspection and testing requirements, and technical documentation.
- Familiarity with international codes, standards, specifications, and industry best practices.
- Strong communication, coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary and multicultural project team.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering and project management software.
- Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or the wider Middle East is preferred.
