تعلن فقيه للرعاية الصحية عن توفر وظيفة فني تصوير بالموجات فوق الصوتية (مبتدئ/أخصائي/أقدم) في منطقة الرياض.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
أداء فحوصات الموجات فوق الصوتية ومساعدة قسم الأشعة في إجراء العمليات الخاصة والتداخلية باستخدام الموجات فوق الصوتية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء فحوصات الموجات فوق الصوتية للبطن والحوض والولادة والثدي.
- تقديم الصور لأخصائي الأشعة للمناقشة وإعداد التقارير.
- استدعاء أخصائي الأشعة للاستشارة أثناء الفحص في الحالات الصعبة.
- المسؤول عن التحقق من صحة هوية المريض وموقع الفحص.
- شرح الإجراء وتوجيه المريض لاتخاذ الوضعية المناسبة للفحص.
- اختيار المجس (Transducer) وضبط إعدادات الجهاز حسب العضو المراد فحصه.
- إدخال بيانات المريض في جهاز الموجات فوق الصوتية لحفظ سجل الصور.
- تسجيل الصور على الجهاز ونقلها إلى نظام (PACS).
- المسؤول عن تدوين تفاصيل المريض في السجل الورقي (Logbook).
- الحفاظ على غرف الموجات فوق الصوتية مرتبة ونظيفة في جميع الأوقات.
- مساعدة أخصائي الأشعة في إجراء العمليات الخاصة مثل الخزعة أو التصريف.
- الإلمام بجميع تقنيات التعقيم والإجراءات التمريضية اللازمة في مجال الموجات فوق الصوتية.
- المسؤول عن معرفة جميع قواعد المستشفى والإجراءات اللازمة والتعامل مع حالات الطوارئ.
- تثقيف المرضى وعائلاتهم حول الحالات الصحية والعلاجات والإجراءات الوقائية عند الاقتضاء.
- أداء مهام أخرى يكلف بها ضمن نطاق المسؤولية ومتطلبات الوظيفة.
- المساهمة الفاعلة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر ضمن نطاق الدور الوظيفي.
- الالتزام ببروتوكولات السلامة ومعالجة أي مخاوف متعلقة بالسلامة الوظيفية بشكل استباقي.
- الحفاظ على سرية تامة لجميع المعلومات الحساسة التي يتم الوصول إليها أو مواجهتها أثناء العمل.
- الامتثال لسياسات ومعايير الأمن السيبراني لحماية أنظمة المؤسسة والمشاركة في التوعية والمبادرات الوقائية.
- الالتزام بقواعد السلوك والسياسات والمعايير الأخلاقية لشركة فقيه للرعاية الصحية.
- إكمال التعليم الإلزامي حسب المتطلبات قبل شهر واحد على الأقل من تاريخ انتهاء صلاحيته.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- القدرة على التواصل بوضوح مع المرضى وعائلاتهم والأطباء والموظفين غير الطبيين.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين بعد الحصول على الدبلوم في ممارسة الموجات فوق الصوتية بشكل مستمر وجيد.
- دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في التصوير الإشعاعي/التكنولوجيا مع تدريب خاص في الموجات فوق الصوتية.
- إتقان ممتاز للغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثاً. المعرفة باللغة العربية مفضلة.
- رخصة مزاولة المهنة حسب الجهة الصحية الإقليمية مثل (SCFHS / DHA).

Description
Job Purpose:
Performs ultrasound examination and assists the radiology in doing special and interventional procedures in ultrasound.
Key Responsibilities And Duties
Skills and Abilities:
Must be able to clearly communicate with patients and their families, physicians and non-medical staff.
Experience
Must be in continuous good ultrasonography practice and should hold at least 2 years post-diploma experience
Education
Appropriate radiographic / technological diploma / Bachelor degree with special training in ultrasonography
Language
Excellent command of oral and written English. Knowledge of Arabic is preferable
Licenses / Certifications
License for practice as per the regional health regulatory authority e.g. (SCFHS / DHA)
Job Purpose:
Performs ultrasound examination and assists the radiology in doing special and interventional procedures in ultrasound.
Key Responsibilities And Duties
- Performs ultrasound examinations including ultrasonography of the abdomen, pelvis, obstetric and breast.
- Submits the images to the radiologist for discussion and reporting.
- Calls the radiologist for consultation during the examination in difficult cases.
- Responsible for correct identification of patients and site of examination.
- Explains the procedure and instructs the patient in assuming physical position for examination.
- Selects transducer and adjusts equipment controls according to the organ to be examined.
- Keys patient information into ultrasound equipment to maintain record of images.
- Records the images on the machine and transfer it to PACS.
- Responsible for recording the details of the patient to the logbook.
- Keeps ultrasound rooms in a neat and orderly appearance at all times.
- Assists radiologist in performing special procedures such as biopsy or drainage.
- Maintains knowledge in all sterile techniques and nursing procedures necessary in the area of ultrasound.
- Responsible for knowing all the hospital rules and necessary procedures and handling an emergency situation.
- Educates patients and their families about health conditions, treatments and preventative measures if applicable.
- Other duties as assigned within the scope of responsibility and requirements of the job.
- Performing all duties and tasks in a manner that supports Fakeeh’s Person-Centered care values.
- Actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, within the scope of the role.
- Adherence to safety protocols and proactively seeking to address any job-related safety concerns.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of all sensitive information accessed or encountered during work.
- Complying with cybersecurity policies and standards to protect Fakeeh’s systems and participating in awareness training and initiatives to prevent cyber threats.
- Adhering to and upholding Fakeeh Care’s code of conduct, policies and ethical standards.
- Completion of mandatory education as per the requirement, at least one month prior to expiration.
