فندق رافلز، أحد فنادق مجموعة أكور الرائدة، يبحث عن مدير منفذ (Outlet Manager) ديناميكي وموجه نحو النتائج لقيادة عمليات موقعه في جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية. يشرف هذا الدور على جميع جوانب إدارة المنفذ، بما في ذلك الإشراف على الموظفين وأداء المبيعات ورضا العملاء ومراقبة المخزون، مع الالتزام بتقديم تجارب استثنائية للعملاء ودفع الربحية والنمو.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على العمليات اليومية للمنفذ وضمان الامتثال لسياسات وإجراءات الشركة.
- الإشراف على فريق متنوع من الموظفين وتدريبهم وتحفيزهم لتحقيق أهداف الأداء والحفاظ على معايير الخدمة العالية.
- إدارة أداء المبيعات وتحليل المقاييس وتنفيذ استراتيجيات لتعزيز نمو الإيرادات والحصة السوقية.
- الحفاظ على سجلات مخزون دقيقة وإجراء جرد دوري وتحسين مستويات المخزون لتقليل الهدر.
- ضمان خدمة عملاء استثنائية من خلال وضع معايير الخدمة وتطبيقها عبر جميع نقاط التواصل مع العملاء.
- إدارة الميزانيات والتحكم في النفقات وإعداد التقارير المالية لدعم أهداف الربحية.
- حل شكاوى العملاء والنزاعات بين الموظفين بشكل احترافي وفوري.
- تخصيص عروض المتجر والأنشطة الترويجية لتعزيز تفاعل العملاء ورؤية العلامة التجارية.
- إجراء تقييمات الأداء وتقديم ملاحظات بناءة لأعضاء الفريق.
- التعاون مع الإدارة الإقليمية لتنفيذ مبادرات الشركة وأفضل الممارسات.
- ضمان الامتثال لأنظمة الصحة والسلامة والأمن داخل المنفذ.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في إدارة التجزئة أو المنافذ.
- سجل مثبت في قيادة الفرق وتحفيزها بنجاح.
- كفاءة عالية في استخدام أنظمة نقاط البيع (POS) وبرامج إدارة التجزئة.
- قدرة مثبتة على تحليل بيانات المبيعات وتنفيذ استراتيجيات تحسين الأداء.
- مهارات ممتازة في إدارة المخزون والتنظيم.
- توجه قوي نحو خدمة العملاء ومهارات تواصل شخصية استثنائية.
- فطنة مالية سليمة مع خبرة في إدارة الميزانيات والتحكم في التكاليف.
- قدرات قوية في حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرارات.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة باللغة الإنجليزية؛ مهارات اللغة العربية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- الإلمام بسوق التجزئة السعودي وتفضيلات المستهلكين (مفضل).
- خبرة في تدريب وتطوير الموظفين (مفضل).
- خبرة في حل النزاعات والوساطة (مفضل).

Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outlet Manager to lead operations at our retail location in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. - Oversee daily outlet operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Supervise, train, and motivate a diverse team of staff members to achieve performance targets and maintain high service standards
- Manage sales performance, analyze metrics, and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and market share
- Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock audits, and optimize inventory levels to minimize waste
- Ensure exceptional customer service by establishing and enforcing service standards across all customer touchpoints
- Manage budgets, control expenses, and prepare financial reports to support profitability objectives
- Resolve customer complaints and staff conflicts professionally and promptly
- Customize store displays and promotional activities to enhance customer engagement and brand visibility
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Collaborate with regional management to implement company initiatives and best practices
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations within the outlet
- Minimum 3 years of retail or outlet management experience
- Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating teams
- Strong proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems and retail management software
- Demonstrated ability to analyze sales data and implement performance improvement strategies
- Excellent inventory management and organizational skills
- Exceptional customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
- Sound financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
- Familiarity with the Saudi Arabian retail market and consumer preferences (preferred)
- Experience in staff training and development (preferred)
- Conflict resolution and mediation expertise (preferred)
