نبذة عن الوظيفة
سوف تعمل بشكل وثيق مع مدراء المشاريع وفرق التصميم والعملاء وأصحاب المصلحة، وتلعب دوراً رئيسياً في تنسيق التسليم الفني وإدارة أنشطة المشروع وضمان نتائج عالية الجودة طوال دورة حياة المشروع. هذه فرصة ممتازة لمحترف بنية تحتية ذي خبرة يتمتع بمهارات قوية في الهندسة وإدارة المشاريع والتواصل مع أصحاب المصلحة. ستساهم في تسليم المشاريع وتطوير العروض ونمو الأعمال مع المساعدة في دفع الابتكار والتسليم الرقمي والتحسين المستمر عبر مشاريعنا.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنسيق فرق التصميم الهندسي متعددة التخصصات في مجالات الطرق والمرافق والصرف والمنشآت المدنية.
- دعم تخطيط وإدارة وتسليم مشاريع تطوير الأراضي والبنية التحتية من مرحلة CMP وDMP وحتى التصميم التفصيلي.
- إدارة أنشطة تسليم المشروع بما في ذلك إدارة البرنامج والموارد والمخاطر والإجراءات والتسليمات.
- مراجعة مخرجات التصميم لضمان التكامل الفني والاتساق والامتثال لمتطلبات المشروع.
- التواصل مع العملاء والجهات الرسمية وأصحاب المصلحة والاستشاريين الفرعيين طوال مراحل تسليم المشروع.
- مراقبة أداء المشروع والميزانية والجدول الزمني والجودة بالتعاون مع مدير المشروع.
- إعداد نطاقات العمل وعروض الرسوم والبرامج وخطط الموارد.
- تنسيق مراجعات التصميم وورش العمل واجتماعات المشروع ومتابعة الإجراءات حتى الإغلاق.
- إنتاج ومراجعة التقارير الفنية وملخصات التصميم والمنهجيات ووثائق المشروع.
- دعم أنشطة تطوير الأعمال وإعداد العروض وإدارة علاقات العملاء.
- دعم التحسين المستمر وطرق العمل الرقمية ومشاركة المعرفة والدروس المستفادة.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو تخصص قريب.
- خبرة مثبتة في الاستشارات الهندسية أو تسليم مشاريع البنية التحتية.
- مؤهل هندسي مهني (CEng, PE, SCE أو ما يعادلها).
- خبرة في تسليم مشاريع البنية التحتية متعددة التخصصات أو تطوير الأراضي.
- خبرة العمل عبر مراحل مشروع متعددة تشمل CMP وDMP والتصميم المفاهيمي والتصميم التفصيلي.
- فهم واسع لتخصصات الهندسة المدنية بما في ذلك الطرق والمرافق والصرف والأعمال الترابية والمنشآت المدنية.
- خبرة في تنسيق فرق التصميم وإدارة أنشطة تسليم المشروع.
- مهارات قوية في التواصل وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة والوعي التجاري.
- يفضل: مؤهل في إدارة المشاريع (PMP أو PRINCE2 أو ما يعادلها).
- يفضل: خبرة في العمل على مشاريع كبرى لتطوير الأراضي أو الاستخدامات المختلطة أو النقل أو البنية التحتية.
- يفضل: خبرة في إدارة الموافقات الرسمية والتواصل مع أصحاب المصلحة داخل المملكة العربية السعودية.
- يفضل: القدرة على اللغة العربية (كتابة وتحدثاً).
- يفضل: خبرة في العمل ضمن بيئة BIM والتسليم الرقمي.

- Coordinate multidisciplinary infrastructure design teams across highways, utilities, drainage and civil structures.
- Support the planning, management and delivery of land development and infrastructure projects from CMP and DMP through to Detailed Design.
- Manage project delivery activities including programme management, resources, risks, actions and deliverables.
- Review design outputs to ensure technical integration, consistency and compliance with project requirements.
- Interface with clients, authorities, stakeholders and subconsultants throughout project delivery.
- Monitor project performance, budget, schedule and quality in collaboration with the Project Manager.
- Prepare scopes of work, fee proposals, programmes and resource plans.
- Coordinate design reviews, workshops and project meetings, tracking actions through to close-out.
- Produce and review technical reports, design briefs, methodologies and project documentation.
- Support business development activities, proposal preparation and client relationship management. Support continuous improvement and digital ways of working, sharing knowledge and lessons learned.

Essential
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Proven experience in engineering consultancy or infrastructure project delivery.
- Professionally qualified engineer (CEng, PE, SCE or equivalent).
- Experience delivering multidisciplinary infrastructure or land development projects.
- Experience working across multiple project stages including CMP, DMP, Concept Design and Detailed Design.
- Broad understanding of infrastructure engineering disciplines including highways, utilities, drainage, earthworks and civil structures.
- Experience coordinating design teams and managing project delivery activities.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and commercial awareness skills.
- Project Management qualification (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent).
- Experience working on major land development, mixed-use, transport or infrastructure projects.
- Experience managing authority approvals and stakeholder engagement within Saudi Arabia.
- Arabic language capability (spoken and written).
- Experience working within a BIM and digital delivery environment.
