تعلن شركة AtkinsRéalis عن حاجتها لشغل وظيفة مدير لوجستي (Logistics Manager) في قطاع البناء/إدارة المشاريع (Construction/PMC) بمنطقة الرياض.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
مدير اللوجستيات مسؤول عن الإشراف على تخطيط وتنسيق وتنفيذ عمليات اللوجستيات لضمان الحركة والتخزين والتوزيع الفعال للسلع والمواد. تشمل المهام إدارة النقل والتخزين ومراقبة المخزون وأنشطة سلسلة التوريد مع ضمان الامتثال لسياسات الشركة ولوائح السلامة ومتطلبات العملاء. يقود مدير اللوجستيات التميز التشغيلي وتحسين التكلفة والتحسين المستمر لدعم أهداف العمل ورضا العملاء.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات لوجستية لدعم متطلبات المؤسسة والمشاريع.
- إدارة عمليات النقل والتخزين والتوزيع والمخزون.

- ضمان الامتثال للوائح النقل المحلية والدولية ومتطلبات الجمارك ومعايير السلامة.
- تحليل مؤشرات الأداء اللوجستي وإعداد تقارير تشغيلية لمراجعة الإدارة.
- إدارة ميزانيات اللوجستيات والعقود وأداء الموردين لتحقيق حلول فعالة من حيث التكلفة.
- تحديد وتخفيف المخاطر المتعلقة بالنقل والتخزين واضطرابات سلسلة التوريد.
- قيادة وتوجيه وتطوير فرق اللوجستيات والمستودعات لتحقيق الأهداف التشغيلية.
- التنسيق مع فرق المشتريات وسلسلة التوريد والمشاريع والعمليات لدعم احتياجات العمل.
- تنفيذ مبادرات التحسين المستمر وأفضل الممارسات عبر عمليات اللوجستيات.
- حل المشكلات اللوجستية والتأخيرات واستفسارات خدمة العملاء في الوقت المناسب.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في اللوجستيات أو إدارة سلسلة التوريد أو إدارة الأعمال أو الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8-12 سنة في اللوجستيات أو النقل أو التخزين أو إدارة سلسلة التوريد.
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة عمليات اللوجستيات من البداية إلى النهاية في بيئات صناعية أو تصنيعية أو إنشائية أو تجارية أو بنية تحتية.
- معرفة قوية بعمليات اللوجستيات وإدارة المخزون وتخطيط النقل وعمليات المستودعات.
- الإلمام باللوائح الجمركية وإجراءات الاستيراد/التصدير ومتطلبات الشحن الدولي.
- خبرة في العمل مع أنظمة ERP وأنظمة إدارة المستودعات (WMS) وبرامج اللوجستيات.
- مهارات تحليلية قوية وقدرة على حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرارات.
- قدرة مثبتة على إدارة ميزانيات اللوجستيات والعقود وعلاقات الموردين.
- مهارات قيادية ممتازة وإدارة فرق وتواصل مع أصحاب المصلحة.
- معرفة بمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والامتثال التنظيمي.
- الشهادات المهنية مثل CSCP أو CLTD أو CPL أو ما يعادلها مرغوبة.
- القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة الخطى وإدارة أولويات متعددة بفعالية.

Your role

- Resolve logistics issues, delays, and customer service concerns in a timely manner.
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8-12 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or supply chain management.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end logistics operations in industrial, manufacturing, construction, retail, or infrastructure environments.
- Strong knowledge of logistics processes, inventory management, transportation planning, and warehouse operations.
- Familiarity with customs regulations, import/export procedures, and international shipping requirements.
- Experience working with ERP systems, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and logistics software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to manage logistics budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Professional certifications such as CSCP, CLTD, CPL, or equivalent are desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
