تسعى شركة Parsons Corporation إلى توظيف مدير QA/QC ذي خبرة لقيادة وظيفة الجودة في مشروع إشراف على إنشاءات بنية تحتية كبرى في تبوك أملج، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة فريق QA/QC والإشراف على أنشطة ضمان الجودة ومراقبتها خلال جميع مراحل الإنشاء.
- تطوير وتنفيذ وإدارة خطة إدارة الجودة الخاصة بالمشروع (QMP) بما يتوافق مع معايير بارسونز ومتطلبات العميل.
- مراجعة واعتماد وثائق QA/QC الخاصة بالمقاول بما في ذلك خطط التفتيش والاختبار (ITPs) وبيانات الطرق وإرساليات المواد وإجراءات الجودة.
- مراقبة امتثال المقاول لمعايير الجودة وضمان التنفيذ السليم لبروتوكولات التفتيش والاختبار.
- قيادة عمليات التدقيق والتفتيش الميداني على الموقع والتنسيق مع مختبرات الطرف الثالث للاختبارات الميدانية والمخبرية.
- إدارة إصدار وتتبع وإغلاق تقارير عدم المطابقة (NCRs) والملاحظات والإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية.
- إعداد وتقديم تقارير الجودة ولوحات المعلومات للإدارة العليا والعميل.
- تقديم التوجيه والتدريب لفريق الإشراف لتعزيز ثقافة الجودة.
- التواصل مع العميل والمقاول وفريق بارسونز الهندسي لحل مشكلات الجودة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في الإشراف على الإنشاءات مع 10 سنوات على الأقل في دور QA/QC في مشاريع بنية تحتية كبرى.
- معرفة عميقة بأنظمة إدارة الجودة (مثل ISO 9001) وإجراءات QA/QC والمعايير الدولية للإنشاءات.
- خبرة في أعمال البنية التحتية بما في ذلك الطرق والأنفاق المغطاة (cut and cover) والمرافق والمباني ومصانع المعالجة والعناصر المدنية ذات الصلة.
- مهارات قيادية وتواصلية وتحليلية قوية.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثاً.
المهارات المطلوبة
- شهادة مدقق رئيسي ISO 9001 أو مؤهل جودة مماثل.
- خبرة سابقة في برامج البنية التحتية في منطقة دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.
- الإلمام بأدوات QA/QC الرقمية ومنصات إدارة التفتيش.

Job Description
Parsons is seeking an experienced and proactive QA/QC Manager to lead the quality function on a major infrastructure construction supervision project. The QA/QC Manager will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining a robust quality management system (QMS) across all disciplines including roads, tunnels, utilities, and bridge works.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the QA/QC team and oversee quality assurance and control activities throughout all phases of construction.
- Develop, implement, and manage the project-specific Quality Management Plan (QMP) aligned with Parsons’ corporate standards and client requirements.
- Review and approve contractor’s QA/QC documentation including ITPs, method statements, materials submittals, and quality procedures.
- Monitor the contractor’s compliance with quality standards and ensure proper execution of inspections and testing protocols.
- Lead quality audits and surveillance inspections on-site and coordinate third-party laboratory and field testing.
- Manage the issuance, tracking, and closure of NCRs, observations, and corrective/preventive actions.
- Prepare and present quality reports and dashboards for senior management and client review.
- Provide guidance and training to the supervision team to promote a strong quality culture.
- Liaise with the client, contractor, and Parsons’ engineering team to resolve quality-related issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction supervision with at least 10 years in a QA/QC role on major infrastructure projects.
- In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001), QA/QC procedures, and international construction standards.
- Experience with infrastructure works including roads, cut and cover tunnels, utilities, building, process plant and related civil elements.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification or equivalent quality credential.
- Previous experience on infrastructure programs in the GCC region.
- Familiarity with digital QA/QC tools and inspection management platforms.
