شركة Parsons Corporation تعلن عن توفر وظيفة مفتش إنشائي/مدني (Structural/Civil Inspector) في تبوك املج، السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يقوم المفتش بمهام تفتيش صعبة ومعقدة في الموقع، ويتولى المراقبة المستمرة لأنشطة التفتيش الموكلة إليه لضمان الامتثال لجميع القوانين والمعايير والمواصفات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء عمليات التفتيش للتحقق من تنفيذ العمل وفقاً لمواصفات العقد، ويشمل ذلك أعمال إنشاء الطرق والجسور والتحسينات المرتبطة (الأرصفة، المجاري، الشوارع، الأرصفة، التشجير).
- الإشراف على أعمال الصرف، التحكم المروري، والامتثال لمتطلبات خطة مراقبة جريان مياه الأمطار (SWPPP).
- الإشراف على تركيب المعدات الكهربائية المتعلقة بإشارات المرور وعدادات المنحدرات وإنارة الشوارع.
- الإشراف على أعمال الري والزراعة، وإزالة وتركيب اللوحات الإرشادية العلوية والطرقية.
- تركيب اللوحات المؤقتة والدائمة وعلامات التحديد، وتركيب المعدات الميكانيكية.
- الإشراف على إنشاء المباني والمرافق وتطوير الموقع المرتبط بها.
- التقاط صور فوتوغرافية للمشروع يومياً وحفظها.
- الحفاظ على الملفات المكتبية المتعلقة بالمشروع، وحسابات الكميات، وكتابة اليوميات.
- إعداد التقارير اليومية وغيرها من الوثائق حسب متطلبات العقد.
- التحقق من استخدام المواد المعتمدة فقط في العمل.
- التعرف على النزاعات والمشكلات المحتملة ورفعها للمشرف مع الحل المقترح.
- جمع ومراجعة وحفظ شهادات المطابقة، صحائف بيانات السلامة (MSDS)، بطاقات التفتيش وغيرها من المعلومات ذات الصلة بالمواد المستخدمة.
- الإبلاغ عن الكميات المنفذة وعدد العمال والمعدات في الموقع.
- أداء المهام الأخرى المرتبطة بهذا المنصب حسب الاقتضاء.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة جامعية Associate كحد أدنى في تخصص تقني أو مجال ذي صلة بالبناء، أو شهادة ثانوية عامة مع خبرة عملية معادلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في المشاريع الميدانية ذات الصلة.
- القدرة على قراءة وتفسير المخططات والمواصفات والإلمام التام بالعمليات الإنشائية المرتبطة بمجال التكليف.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان قواعد اللغة الإنجليزية وتركيب الجمل، والقدرة على التواصل بوضوح شفهياً وكتابياً، واتباع التعليمات الشفهية والكتابية، وإعداد الرسائل والرسوم البيانية البسيطة.
- القدرة على إجراء الحسابات الرياضية لإعداد الحسابات الهندسية والرسوم البيانية.
- الكفاءة في استخدام الحاسب الآلي بشكل أساسي، وبرامج Microsoft Office، وبرامج إدارة المشاريع.
- فهم شامل للجدولة الزمنية، والقدرة على مراجعة تقديرات الدفع للعمال وأعمال الفواتير الإضافية.
- القدرة على التعرف على ظروف العمل الخطرة واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة عند الحاجة، مع حسن التصرف والعمل مع الآخرين.

Inspects various facets of work on the jobsite and performs continuous surveillance of assigned inspection activities to ensure compliance with all applicable codes, standards, and specifications
What You'll Be Doing
Conducts inspections to determine if work has been done in accordance with contract specifications and may include any of the following:
- Construction of roads, bridges, and other associated improvements (curb and gutter, street, sidewalk, landscaping)
- Drainage work, traffic control, compliance with SWPPP requirements
- Installation of electrical equipment related to traffic signals, ramp metering and street lighting
- Irrigation and planting, roadway and overhead sign removal and installation.
- Installation on temporary and permanent signs and delineation Installation of mechanical equipment
- Building and facility construction and associated site development
- Taking project photographs on a daily basis and filing them
- Maintains office files related to the project, quantity calculations and writes daily diaries.
- Prepares daily reports and other documentation, as required by the contract
- Verifies that only approved materials are incorporated in the work.
- Recognizes potential conflicts, issues and problems, and reports to supervisor with proposed solution.
- Collects, reviews and files Certificate of Compliance, MSDS, inspection tags and other information relevant to the materials used.
- Reports on installed quantities, number of workers and equipment on site
- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
- Min associate's Degree in a technical discipline or construction-related field, or a high school diploma and equivalent work experience, is required.
- 10+ years of related experience on field projects.
- Must be able to read and interpret plans and specifications and be thoroughly familiar with construction-related processes related to the area of assignment.
- Fluent in English grammar and composition, the ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing; to follow oral and written instructions, prepare written messages and simple charts and graphs.
- Capability to perform math calculation in order to prepare engineering calculations, graphs and charts. Proficiency with basic computer usage, Microsoft Office, Project Management Software.
- Ability to comply with multitude of requirements as applicable to the project based on client and industry standards. Must have thorough understanding of scheduling, and the ability to review progress pay estimates and extra work bills.
- Must be able to recognize hazardous work conditions and take action if necessary. Ability to use good judgment and work with others is required.
