تعلن شركة Parsons Corporation عن حاجة لشغل وظيفة Field Engineer (مهندس ميداني) للعمل ضمن فريق الإشراف على الإنشاءات في مشروع تطوير رئيسي في الرياض.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يتولى المهندس الميداني مسؤولية الإشراف على أنشطة الإنشاءات في موقع المشروع، الذي يتضمن تصميم وتمكين وأعمال رئيسية لتطوير وجهة واسعة النطاق تضم أصولاً مميزة ومرافق ضيافة وبنية تحتية داعمة، ويتم تنفيذه ضمن إطار حوكمة صارم من حيث البرنامج والجودة والسلامة والاستدامة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراقبة والإشراف على أنشطة الإنشاءات لضمان الامتثال للرسومات والمواصفات ومتطلبات العقد ومعايير الجودة.
- إجراء تفتيشات منتظمة للموقع وتقديم تقارير عن تقدم الإنشاءات وأداء الجودة والسلامة.
- التنسيق مع المقاولين والاستشاريين وأصحاب المصلحة لحل المشكلات الفنية والإنشائية.
- مراجعة بيانات الأساليب وطلبات التفتيش وتقديم المواد وإجراءات العمل.
- التحقق من تنفيذ أعمال الإنشاءات وفقاً للخطط المعتمدة والكودات والمعايير المعمول بها.
- المساعدة في مراقبة الجداول الزمنية للمشروع وتحديد التأخيرات أو المخاطر المحتملة.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للموقع وتقارير يومية ووثائق التفتيش.
- دعم أنشطة الاختبار والتشغيل والتسليم.
- ضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة والاستدامة.
- مساعدة المهندس المقيم ومدير الإنشاءات في تحقيق أهداف المشروع بنجاح.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو تخصص هندسي ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في الإشراف على الإنشاءات أو التفتيش أو الهندسة الميدانية في مشاريع المباني أو البنية التحتية الكبرى.
المهارات المطلوبة
- فهم قوي لمنهجيات الإنشاءات وإجراءات مراقبة الجودة والمعايير الصناعية.
- خبرة في مراجعة الرسومات الإنشائية والمواصفات ومقدمات المقاولين.
- القدرة على تحديد وحل المشكلات الإنشائية بفعالية.
- مهارات ممتازة في التنسيق والتواصل وإعداد التقارير.
- إجادة استخدام Microsoft Office والبرامج الهندسية ذات الصلة.
- يفضل خبرة في المشاريع الضخمة والمعالم البارزة ومشاريع الضيافة وقاعات المؤتمرات والتطويرات متعددة الاستخدامات.
- يفضل خبرة سابقة في بيئة استشاري الإشراف على الإنشاءات (CSC).
- الإلمام بعمليات تسليم المشاريع المعتمدة على BIM.
- معرفة بمتطلبات الاختبار والتشغيل والتسليم.
- مهارات تنظيمية قوية والقدرة على العمل في بيئة مشاريع سريعة الوتيرة.

The project comprises the design, enabling, and main works for a large-scale destination development featuring several iconic assets, hospitality facilities, and supporting infrastructure. Delivered under a client governance framework with stringent programme, quality, safety, and sustainability requirements, the Construction Supervision Consultant (CSC) is responsible for providing independent, end-to-end supervision and management, ensuring that all works are completed, integrated, tested, commissioned, and handed over to support both successful operations and long-term legacy objectives.

What You'll Be Doing
- Monitor and supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and report on construction progress, quality, and safety performance.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to resolve technical and construction-related issues.
- Review method statements, inspection requests, material submissions, and work procedures.
- Verify that construction works are carried out in accordance with approved plans and applicable codes and standards.
- Assist in monitoring project schedules and identifying potential delays or risks.
- Maintain accurate site records, daily reports, and inspection documentation.
- Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and sustainability requirements.
- Assist the Resident Engineer and Construction Manager in the successful delivery of project objectives.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction supervision, inspection, or site engineering on major building or infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, quality control procedures, and industry standards.
- Experience reviewing construction drawings, specifications, and contractor submissions.
- Ability to identify and resolve construction-related issues effectively.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant engineering software.
- Experience working on mega projects, landmark developments, hospitality projects, convention centers, or large mixed-use developments.
- Previous experience within a Construction Supervision Consultant (CSC) environment.
- Familiarity with BIM-enabled project delivery processes.
- Knowledge of testing, commissioning, and handover requirements.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.
