تعلن شركة Parsons Corporation عن توفر وظيفة مهندس مساحة (Survey Engineer) للعمل ضمن فريق الإشراف على الإنشاءات في مشروع تطوير رئيسي في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم التقارير إلى مهندس المقيم / مدير الإنشاءات والعمل كمساح رئيسي لجميع أنشطة المسح والتوقيع في الموقع.
- الإشراف على فريق المسح في Parsons وتنسيق أعمالهم، ومراجعة أعمال المسح التي ينفذها المقاول لضمان الدقة والامتثال لمتطلبات المشروع.
- التحقق من نقاط التحكم والمراجع والإحداثيات المرجعية التي يحددها المقاول والتأكد من ارتباطها بشكل صحيح بنظام الإسناد والشبكة المعتمدة للمشروع.
- فحص وتأكيد توقيع المقاول للمحاور والمناسيب والإحداثيات والأبعاد الخاصة بالطرق والمرافق والمنشآت والأعمال الصلبة والمناظر الطبيعية وغيرها من الأعمال.
- إجراء فحوصات ومسوحات مستقلة للتأكد من مطابقة الأعمال المنفذة للرسومات المعتمدة والتفاوتات المسموح بها.
- مراجعة تقارير المسح والرسومات التخطيطية ومسوحات (as-built) والمسوحات الطبوغرافية المقدمة من المقاول وإبداء الملاحظات لضمان الاتساق والاكتمال.
- تحديد أي تباين بين الرسومات التصميمية والظروف الميدانية والإبلاغ عنه، ودعم فريق الإشراف في حل مشكلات التوقيع.
- تنسيق أنشطة المسح مع مهندسي التخصصات (الطرق والمنشآت والمرافق الرطبة والجافة والأعمال الصلبة والمناظر الطبيعية) لدعم التكامل وتجنب التعارضات.
- الحفاظ على معدات المسح واستخدامها ومعايرتها وحفظها بشكل صحيح (المحطات الشاملة، GPS/GNSS، المناسيب، أجهزة الليزر، وغيرها).
- إدارة وحفظ سجل منظم رقمي وورقي لبيانات المسح والملاحظات الميدانية ومعلومات (as-built) للرجوع إليها مستقبلاً والتسليم النهائي.
- دعم التحقق من كميات الأعمال الترابية والحسابات الحجمية والقياسات لمساعدة فرق الكميات التجارية في المشروع.
- المشاركة في اجتماعات التقدم والتنسيق وتقديم المدخلات والقيود والتوصيات المتعلقة بالمسح.
- ضمان تنفيذ جميع أنشطة المسح وفقاً لمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة وممارسات العمل الآمنة وإجراءات الجودة في Parsons.
- المساعدة في إعداد ومراجعة رسومات (as-built) والسجلات النهائية للمسح لتسليمها إلى العميل والجهات المعنية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في هندسة المساحة من مؤسسة تعليمية معترف بها.
- خبرة عملية في مسح الأراضي / المسح الهندسي في مشاريع البنية التحتية واسعة النطاق أو المشاريع الحضرية أو مشاريع التطوير، تتضمن عدة سنوات في دور مساح أول أو مساح رئيسي.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان قوي لاستخدام أجهزة المسح الحديثة والبرامج ذات الصلة، بما في ذلك المحطات الشاملة، GPS/GNSS، المناسيب الرقمية، وأدوات معالجة بيانات المسح.
- فهم راسخ لمبادئ المسح وأنظمة الإحداثيات والتسوية والتوقيع الإنشائي للأعمال المدنية والهيكلية والمناظر الطبيعية.
- خبرة مثبتة في العمل في بيئة الإشراف على الإنشاءات الميدانية، والتحقق من توقيع المقاول وبيانات (as-built).
- القدرة على قراءة وتفسير الرسومات الهندسية والمعمارية ورسومات المرافق وتحويلها إلى تخطيطات ميدانية دقيقة.
- اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل ومهارات تحليلية وحفظ سجلات، مع الالتزام بالدقة والجودة.
- مهارات جيدة في التواصل والتنسيق مع القدرة على العمل بفعالية ضمن فرق متعددة التخصصات ومع المقاولين.
- يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في المملكة العربية السعودية أو منطقة دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Report to the Resident Engineer/Construction Director and act as the lead surveyor for all site surveying and setting‑out verification activities.
- Supervise and coordinate Parsons’ survey team and review the contractor’s survey work to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Verify the control points, benchmarks, and reference coordinates established by the contractor and ensure they are correctly related to the approved project datum and grid system.
- Check and confirm the contractor’s setting‑out for alignments, levels, coordinates, and dimensions for roads, utilities, structures, hardscape, landscape features, and other works.
- Conduct independent spot checks and surveys to confirm that constructed works are in accordance with approved drawings and tolerances.
- Review and comment on the contractor’s survey reports, layout drawings, as‑built surveys, and topographic surveys, ensuring consistency and completeness.
- Identify and report any discrepancies between design drawings and site conditions, and support the supervision team in resolving setting‑out issues.
- Coordinate survey activities with discipline engineers (roads, structures, wet and dry utilities, hardscape, landscape) to support interface and clash avoidance.
- Maintain and ensure proper use, calibration, and safekeeping of survey equipment (total stations, GPS/GNSS, levels, laser instruments, etc.).
- Manage and maintain an organized digital and hard-copy record of survey data, field notes, and as‑built information for future reference and handover.
- Support the verification of earthwork quantities, volumetric calculations, and measurement to assist the project’s commercial and quantity surveying teams.
- Participate in progress and coordination meetings and provide survey-related inputs, constraints, and recommendations.
- Ensure all survey activities are carried out in accordance with HSE requirements, safe work practices, and Parsons quality procedures.
- Assist in the preparation and review of as‑built drawings and final survey records for handover to the client and relevant authorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying Engineering from a recognized institution.
- in land/engineering surveying on large-scale infrastructure, public realm, or urban development projects, including at least several years in a senior or lead surveyor role.
- Strong proficiency in the use of modern survey instruments and software, including total stations, GPS/GNSS, digital levels, and survey data processing tools.
- Solid understanding of surveying principles, coordinate systems, leveling, and construction setting‑out for civil, structural, and landscape works.
- Proven experience working in a site-based construction supervision environment, verifying contractor setting‑out and as‑built data.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering, architectural, and utility drawings and translate them into precise field layouts.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and record-keeping, with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Good communication and coordination skills, able to work effectively with multi-disciplinary teams and contractors.
- Experience in KSA or the GCC region is preferred.
