فندق رافلز جدة، الواقع في جدة والمملكة العربية السعودية، يبحث عن مساعد مدير مالي (سعودي الجنسية) للانضمام إلى فريق العمل والإشراف على العمليات المالية اليومية للفندق.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم مدير المالية في الإشراف على العمليات المالية والمحاسبية اليومية للفندق.
- إعداد ومراجعة القوائم المالية الشهرية والتقارير الإدارية وتحليل (P&L) وتقارير الأداء.
- دعم إقفال نهاية الشهر ونهاية السنة وضمان دقة وتوقيت التقارير المالية.
- مراجعة تسويات الحسابات (balance sheet reconciliations) وقيود اليومية والمخصصات والإثباتات والعمليات المحاسبية.
- دعم إعداد الميزانيات والتنبؤات المالية ومراقبة التدفقات النقدية وتحليل الانحرافات.
- ضمان الامتثال للسياسات المالية للفندق والضوابط الداخلية وإجراءات التشغيل القياسية والمعايير المحاسبية.
- مراقبة الإيرادات والمصروفات والتكاليف والأداء المالي للإدارات، وتسليط الضوء على أي انحرافات أو مخاطر كبيرة.
- دعم مراجعة الرواتب وضمان دقة التسجيل والتسوية.
- المساعدة في إجراء التدقيقات الداخلية والخارجية وتوفير الوثائق ذات الصلة.
- ضمان الامتثال للمتطلبات المالية والضريبية السعودية بما يشمل ضريبة القيمة المضافة (VAT) وهيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك (ZATCA).
- الإشراف على فريق المالية ودعمهم بما في ذلك إدارة عبء العمل والتدريب والتطوير.
- دعم التوظيف والتوجيه (onboarding) وإدارة الأداء وتطوير أعضاء فريق المالية.
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع الإدارات التشغيلية وتقديم الإرشاد المالي والرقابة.
- العمل كداعم رئيسي لمدير المالية وتولي مسؤوليات الإدارة عند الحاجة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- سعودي الجنسية.
- درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- عضوية/شهادة SOCPA مفضلة؛ CPA أو CMA أو ما يعادلها ميزة إضافية.
- من 5 إلى 10 سنوات خبرة متراكمة في المالية/المحاسبة، ويفضل في قطاع الضيافة.
- خبرة سابقة في فنادق فاخرة (luxury hotel) مرغوبة للغاية.
- معرفة جيدة بضريبة القيمة المضافة (VAT) وهيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك (ZATCA) والمتطلبات المالية المحلية السعودية.
- خبرة في أنظمة الفنادق مثل SUN و Opera و Micros أو ما يماثلها مفضلة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة قوية بمبادئ المحاسبة والتقارير المالية وإعداد الميزانيات والتنبؤات وتحليل (P&L) والتسويات والضوابط الداخلية.
- إتقان متقدم لبرنامج Excel ومهارات إعداد التقارير المالية.
- مهارات تحليلية وتنظيمية وحل المشكلات قوية.
- مهارات تواصل وتعامل مع الآخرين ممتازة مع القدرة على العمل مع الإدارات التشغيلية والإدارة العليا.
- قدرة على قيادة وتدريب وتطوير فريق المالية.

Job Description
- - Support the Director of Finance in overseeing the hotel’s day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements, management reports, P&L analysis, and performance reports.
- Support month-end and year-end closing and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Review balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, provisions, and accounting transactions.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow monitoring, and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with hotel financial policies, internal controls, SOPs, and accounting standards.
- Monitor revenue, expenses, costs, and departmental financial performance and highlight any major variances or risks.
- Support payroll review and ensure accurate recording and reconciliation.
- Assist with internal and external audits and related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi financial and tax requirements, including VAT and ZATCA.
- Supervise and support the Finance team, including workload, training, and development.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and development of Finance team members.
- Work closely with operational departments and provide financial guidance and controls.
- Act as a key support to the Director of Finance and assume departmental responsibilities when required.
- Qualifications
- Saudi National.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- SOCPA membership/certification preferred; CPA, CMA, or equivalent is an advantage.
- 5-10 years of progressive experience in Finance/Accounting, preferably within hospitality.
- Luxury hotel experience is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, P&L, reconciliations, and internal controls.
- Good knowledge of Saudi VAT, ZATCA, and local financial compliance requirements.
- Experience with hotel systems such as SUN, Opera, Micros, or similar is preferred.
- Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with operations and senior management.
- Ability to lead, coach, and develop the Finance team.
- High level of accuracy, integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
