نعمل حصرياً مع وجهة طعام عصرية في الخبر تجمع بين أجواء الريفييرا الفرنسية وحياة المدينة اليومية. تشتهر بأطباقها الاستثنائية وضيافتها الدافئة، وتبحث عن موظف استقبال محترف ليكون الواجهة الأولى للضيوف ويدير حجوزاتهم ويضمن انسيابية تجربة تناول الطعام منذ لحظة الدخول.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة قوائم الانتظار والحجوزات والمشاة وترتيبات الجلوس بسهولة، لضمان شعور كل ضيف بالترحيب والحفاظ على وتيرة سير الصالة.
- التواصل الاستباقي من خلال التفاعل الشخصي الدافئ وآداب الهاتف المهنية، مع توقع الاحتياجات مثل تسجيل طلبات المشروبات الأولية أثناء مرافقة الضيوف إلى طاولاتهم.
- الحفاظ على دقة قائمة الضيوف وبناء ملفات تعريف مفصلة لهم، مع المحافظة على منطقة الاستقبال نظيفة ومرتبة طوال الوقت.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- لا تشترط خبرة سابقة - الشخصية والدفء والسحر الطبيعي هي الأهم.
- الإلمام بأنظمة حجوزات الضيافة ميزة إضافية.
- الطلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة إلزامية.
- مهارات إضافية في اللغات مثل العربية أو الفرنسية ميزة حقيقية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- الأناقة والاتزان والتنظيم العالي.
- الحفاظ على الهدوء والتوازن حتى في أوقات الازدحام والسرعة العالية.

The Role As the first point of contact, you are the face of the restaurant. You will manage reservations, warmly welcome and farewell guests, and ensure the flow of the dining room feels effortless from the moment the doors open. By seamlessly optimizing the seating plan, you will play a direct role in the restaurant's daily performance and atmosphere.
Your Profile & Experience
- Location: Al Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia
- Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent
- Department: Front of House (Reporting to the Restaurant Manager)
- Compensation: 6,000 SAR Monthly

Your Profile & Experience
- Experience: No prior experience is required-your personality, warmth, and natural charm matter most. Familiarity with hospitality reservation systems is a plus.
- Traits: Elegant, poised, and highly organized. You maintain composure and balance even when the room is full and the pace is fast.
- Language: English fluency (written and spoken) is mandatory. Additional language skills such as Arabic or French are a genuine advantage.
- Reservation Flow: Manage the waitlist, bookings, walk-ins, and seating arrangements with ease, ensuring every guest feels expected and the room's momentum stays consistent.
- Proactive Communication: Deliver warm in-person interactions and clear, professional phone etiquette. You anticipate needs naturally, such as taking initial drink orders while guiding guests to their tables.
- Organization & Profiling: Keep the guest list accurate, actively build detailed guest profiles, and maintain an immaculate reception area at all times.
