المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتنفيذ سياسات وإجراءات خدمات السكن بما يتوافق مع رسالة الشركة ورؤيتها
- إدارة تخصيص الوحدات السكنية وضمان توزيعها بشكل عادل وفعال وفقاً لإرشادات الشركة
- الإشراف على الصيانة والإصلاحات والإدارة العامة للوحدات السكنية لضمان بيئة معيشية آمنة ومريحة للمقيمين
- إجراء عمليات تفتيش دورية للعقارات السكنية للتأكد من الالتزام بأنظمة السلامة ومعايير الجودة
- العمل كنقطة الاتصال الرئيسية لاستفسارات الموظفين وشكاواهم المتعلقة بالسكن، وحل المشكلات بسرعة
